Maison super, propriétaires aimables et flexibles sur nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Calme et reposant. RAS.

Un bon séjour dans une maison au calme sur jardin à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de Pézénas avec tous les commerces. Chauffage top en cette saison (Février), lits très confortables et linge de maison à réserver en plus de qualité. La cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselles avec tout ce qu'il faut. La location indique une cheminée mais qu'on a pas ou utiliser (dommage!) sinon rien à redire, propriétaires sympathiques et aux petits soins et maison spacieuse et agréable.

Fraai ingericht huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Bonus is de fiets om naar de bakker te gaan. De afbeeldingen van de tuin kloppen niet met de situatie in september maar dat is geen beletsel om van dit comfortabele huis in het centrum van dit fraaie stadje te genieten.

On a passé un séjour hyper agréable et il y a tout ce qu’il faut!

Location très bien placée à deux pas du cœur de ville ,très calme, décorée avec gout et très bien entretenue. accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. Bien à recommander

sur le plan de l'équipement, il manque un égouttoir a vaisselle et un lave-pont,, par ailleurs très complet..Une notice d'utilisation du micro-onde serait bien utile.Séjour agréable dans un lieu calme et silencieux.

We loved staying in the apartment. So close to everything including great restaurants (L’Atelier amazing) and Brigette a delight to deal with.

Really enjoyed our stay in this very old but very well maintained home close to the centre of Pezenas. The kitchen was well equipped, as were the bedroom and living rooms which were on a grand scale with lots of large old furniture giving plenty of storage. M. & Mme. Duthoit were most welcoming and helpful and although my Fench is limited we seemed to manage to communicate. We did find the bedroom cold as the sun never gets to it but in the height of summer I imagine that is a benefit and we found additional blankets so it wasn’t a problem. I was a little disappointed with the garden, not as green and luxuriant as the pictures, but maybe the result of a very hot summer last year. This is a great property, well equipped and comfortable, close to all amenities but down a quiet road, I would highly recommend this and the town of Pezenas.

Beautifully renovated rooms in an old house conveniently situated near the centre of Pezenas. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were tastefully furnished with some lovely antiques. The large free car park nearby was convenient but access to the property on arrival was difficult - a narrow lane between buildings. The garden was nothing like the photograph and the lawn was just packed dry soil and not pleasant to sit out on. Maybe this was just because we were there at the end of a long dry summer. The owner is very friendly and helpful but doesn't speak any English at all. It would be useful to have some written information in English in the property. Also, we weren't made aware until a couple of days before we left home that we would have to pay extra for bedding. We did enjoy our stay and loved Pezenas.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, la location est parfaite et très bien située dans Pézenas, à la fois en ville mais avec beaucoup de calme et le jardin très agréable et sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires ont bien pensé l'organisation de la maison et ce n'est pas comme certaines locations où l'on se trouve dans la maison des propriétaires avec des placards fermés et la désagréable impression de ne pas être "chez soi" pour la durée de la location. Ici la maison n'est destinée qu'à la location on s'y sent très bien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Very pleasant two weeks spent in this very spacious and comfortable property. Beautiful furniture and furnishing. Well equipped kitchen with all that you need. Lovely bedroom with plenty of storage space, Good supply of clean sheets and plenty of towels provided. As long as you kept the shutters closed during the day the property remained cool throughout our stay with 30 C temperatures.Lovely garden was a welcome addition with dining table and chairs in shaded position under a tree and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing in or out of the sun.Although the location of the property is very close to the centre of Pezenas, it was always quiet and peaceful. A large car park was just a minutes walk so no difficulty with parking and we were able to park outside the property to off load our luggage.Would highly recommend this property.

De woning met grote tuin is een typisch oud frans huis. Dikke muren, daardoor koel. Wat heerlijk is want buiten 35 graden. De tuin heeft zon en schaduw en is geheel prive. Het huis ligt aan een smal straatje, erg rustig tegen het centrum van Pezenas aan. De inrichting is zeer compleet met grootbeeld tv, diverse keukenapparatuur, ligbad, etc. gewoon een zeer compleet huis. Een grote slaapkamer met prima bed en een uitzonderlijk grote woonkamer, meer een balzaal. De eigenaren wonen op de bovenverdieping af en toe. Hebben ook nog een huis op het platteland in de buurt. Maar merk/hoor je verder niet. Het zijn alleraardigste mensen die van alles voor je willen doen, wanneer je dat wilt. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar, handig voor naar de supermarkt maar niet om veel te fietsen in de buurt. Veelal langs toch drukke wegen. Wij komen er zeker een keer terug. Hebben er 12 dagen gezeten en waren er nog lang niet zat van, temeer daar Pezenas heel leuk is. Wanneer je met de auto bent moet je de auto vlakbij op een algemene parkeerplaats zetten. Kost niets maar je weet hoe fransen parkeren. Dus goed uitkijken hoe je de auto parkeert. De eigenaren spreken alleen frans, dus handig wanneer je ook een paar woorden verstaat/ spreekt. Et au fin: c' etait formidable!!

Stor, rummelig og velfungerende lejlighed, der kun på et par punkter var lidt upraktisk. Var super ren og vedligeholdt og levede op til annonceringen. Beliggende tæt på by-centrum med meget gode P-forhold. Dejlig have og en meget charmerende by beliggende midt i det dejlige vin-område. Meget imødekommende og serviceminded værtspar, der desværre kun kunne tale og forstå fransk, og derfor var kommunikationen meget begrænset. God kvalitet for pengene.

Eine Woche haben wir in der stilvoll eingerichteten, sehr geräumigen Wohnung verbracht. Alles war im Haus so wie beschrieben. Nur der Garten hat unter der langen Trockenzeit in Pézénas gelitten und sah trotz Bewässerungsmöglichkeiten nicht mehr ganz so frisch aus. Man sollte unbedingt Mückenschutz mit einpacken, denn der Nachbar hat ein Wassertümpel oder ähnliches, aus dem an manchen Tagen mehr oder weniger viele Stechmücken schlüpfen können. Mit einer Duftkerze und Antibrumm-Spray haben wir uns aber nicht aus dem Garten vertreiben lassen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, toller Garten, absolute Ruhe trotz Innenstadtlage, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

What a great place! Beautifully decorated - everything you could possibly need for your stay - including 2 bikes for excursions into the nearby countryside. Excellently stocked kitchen – every utensil you could need. Very comfortable bed, WIFI connection, large private garden for outdoor lunches – even in February! Pézenas is a large enough town to have a good choice of restaurants, cafés, shops, etc., but small enough to get around in easily and enjoy. The hostess was charming and most helpful. We have rented many places in over 15 years of travels through France and really have never stayed in a better place. We can’t wait to come back!

We so enjoyed this wonderful home in the heart of the historic centre of Pezenas. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Rare to find a rental with such a lovely garden in the heart of pretty Pezenas. Lunches and aperos enjoyed in a lush green and flowery backyard. Delightful! The owners are very helpful and informative. Furnished with antiques, a truly special home to relax in and discover the history and arts of Pezenas. Fabulous Saturday market just minutes away. Easy access to spectacular villages set on hilltops amidst the vines, the beaches and mountains. Appreciated the bicycles and all the amenities during our month stay in April. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend this special rental.
