Possible improvements: Shower floor had crack which is likely source of some leaking onto bathroom floor. Limited kitchen utensils for cooking. No dustpan for sweeping floor. Other comments: As noted in other reviews, space is tight, but it’s adequate for two people. Parking is usually not an issue, but weekends can be tough, particularly if you’re unloading/loading on those days. Recommend weekday arrival/departure if possible. Overall good experience and we’d be comfortable staying here again.

A clean property with all the amenities needed (including bidet & washer/dryer access), 1 minute to either oceanside or the bay, access to boardwalk (skate or cycle), surf/boogie board/fish, AND watch the sunset! Awesome place, great people, wonderful vacation!

I’m rating a 3 even though everything was good because according to my rental agreement check-in was 3 and check out was 11 but since they changed their hours after I paid for the rental they should’ve kept to the hours on the contract. I realize it’s just 1 hour on the front and 1 on the back end but it’s still my time.

When we first walked in, my initial thought was "Wow, its small", but as we got settled in, it was perfect for two people. However, I wouldn't recommend it for more than two. What you see in the picture is what you get. There are a lot of very nice upgrades and the location was great. The property is about half way between the Newport Beach Pier and the Balboa Pier and a 3 minute walk to the beach. We walked to the Balboa Pier and it was a beautiful, easy, (I would guess) mile walk. Mike was very responsive and easy to work with and there were a lot thoughtful little details included to make us feel welcome.

Mike is very nice and responsible. We had a problem with a door code and could not get in at first. So I sent him email and he replied very quickly and helped us in. He was very helpful with small things we needed later. His unit is very clean, with new appliances throughout. Kitchen has everything you might need. Location is great. 2 minutes walk to a beach, 30 min drive to Disneyland. The only comment I have that though it says that unit can accommodate 4 people I would say it will be very inconvenient. The unit is small with tiny bathroom and one small closet. I reserved it for 2 adults and 2 kids, however only 1 adult and 1 kid made. We were comfortable and glad that it worked out for us. Over all I recommend this unit for a couple or 3 people max (2 adults and 1 kid). Alina
