It was nice had a little issue with parking pass that was resolved. Couple of things owners need to address is tile in bathroom. Bed could be better but understand if it is rented out frequently. Ice maker would be nice but everything else was fine.

Great location and fire department was quick to rescue people trapped in the one elevator still in service. Condo needs overall update starting with elimination of dirty rugs. HOA makes rules that only apply to renters (parking and pool rules). Beach Time Rentals does a great job communicating with renters.

We chose this rental for location, location, location and it did not disappoint!!! We woke up to a spectacular view of the ocean while sipping our coffee. The apartment had everything we needed, including a nice new washer/dryer. There were plenty of beach items to take and use for the beach and we bought a few items to donate to the beach trunk as well for others to use after us. You literally cross the street to enjoy the John’s Pass shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We also took a boat ride on the Shark Boat and saw lots of dolphins on our ride. We could not have had a better time and the beach access was the absolute highlight. We almost had the entire beach to ourselves, very private. The last day we were at the beach a manatee was just floating by us 20 ft. away! If I were to give any suggestion it would be to add box springs to the beds for a little more comfort but we would LOVE to return, thank you for having us!

The condo was spacious, beautiful, clean, and well equipped. They even provided extra toiletries, and kitchen supplies, more than I've seen at other rentals. We would definitely stay again. It was hard to leave. The oceanfront room made it easy for our older kids to go to the room if they wanted to get out of the sun and easily keep an eye on us at the beach. The building does require keys to get anywhere, which can be a pain but keeps other people off the premises that are not staying there. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great communication from the host.

The location is amazing. Across the street from John’s Pass, parking space was large and easy to use. Pool is located beach side so the views were great. Our unit was ocean facing, which we loved. Unfortunately the primary bed was awful. We didn’t sleep well at all. Overall the experience was good. All amenities you could need. The style is a bit dated. The bathroom could use some work.

Unit was in a great location and was mostly well equipped with amenities. It could use a couple must haves for a family vacation like a crock pot for easy meals and definitely an ice maker. Having to buy ice daily when you spend a bunch on a beach side unit is disheartening. Other than that, this unit is great!

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed for our stay, beach towels, hand soap for all sinks, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner etc. All the things I did not have to Instacart which was great.
The location is great!! Sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins play each morning, just steps to the beach. Its located directly across from John's Pass, which was a plus for our family. The pool is heated which was also great as it gave our girls an alternative thing to do, as it was a little chilly during our stay.
The condo and the complex are older, updates to the bathroom would are needed but for our family not a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend Charter Finders if you are planning to do a dolphin/shelling cruise.

Our vacation was fantastic! The check-in process with the keys was not as smooth as it could have been, however it was resolved quickly. Needing keys to access the beach and pool was slightly tedious, but not enough to sway us from going back. The property was well stocked and very clean. Fantastic for our family of 4. Beautiful Sunsets
The condo was a great location with terrific views of the daily sunset. Condo kitchen was updated and current. Television system was first rate. We were able to use our AppleTV and Netflix. We would stay here again. Beach was never too crowded in the front of the building. You’ll be happy if you choose this condo for a stay.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our family of 6. Location could not be any better; very convenient with lots of restaurants and boutiques at walking distance.

Perfect location and comfortable stay
My family and I had a wonderful short visit to Madeira Beach, and we felt so lucky to have found this place. It could not have been any closer to the beach! Also, I noticed that this was one of the few buildings in the area that had a decent amount of beach in front of it. Great for spreading out and feeling private, and also for my 7 year old son who spent a lot of time kicking a soccer ball around in the sand without bothering other people.
There is a box of beach supplies, as well as beach towels. This is important information for people like us who just flew in for 4 nights and didn't want to spend time and money shopping. Also, there are a lot of books that others have left - a very large selection for adults and younger readers and even my 10 year old daughter found 4 books to read while there.
The balcony is fabulous. We all enjoyed it tremendously.

Great location
The condo was in a great spot, right across the street from John’s Pass. The beach was clean and not too crowded. The pool was small, but functional. You have to use a key to get into and out of the beach and pool, as well as onto the elevator, this was a bit of an inconvenience when coming back in from the beach when your hands are full. We had some little things that we had to deal with at check in, the WiFi password wasn’t working, batteries in remotes were dead, but they were quick to respond. The condo had cookware, plates and silverware, but no oil and minimal seasonings, so plan on buying/bringing everything you will need to cook. There weren’t kitchen towels and the trash bags don’t fit the trash can well, so it kept falling down - just little things. We appreciated having a washer and dryer to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great beachfront condo in beautiful area
This condo was SO CLEAN. Crazy clean. The grounds, pool, and inside the condo were all immaculate. Great furnishings, a beautiful view of the beach, and really comfy deck furniture for lounging. If you are super particular, it’s worth mentioning two things: 1) the bathroom is in need of an update. While very clean, the entire thing needs a gut job and makeover. Very old, layers of paint, some moldy tile surrounds. 2) you need a key to get anywhere on property— keys are needed for the elevator, stairwell, pool, and beach. There’s also just one set of keys, so if you have a group of people coming/going at different times, you will need to be able to coordinate who has the keys and can they let the next person in/out, etc. Would definitely recommend a second set of keys for future guests!!! Overall, these things didn’t affect our family much and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this condo, and would return again.

We utilized our furnished balcony as if we were sitting right on the beach! The view was great from inside the condo as well. Even better, it was just a short walk out to the sand and waves. Comfortable beds, tv in each room, well-furnished kitchen and super convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for in a relaxed beach vacation.

right across the street from John's Pass. Park your car when you arrive and walk to everything you need except the grocery. Take advantage of the Trolley that runs from JP to Clearwater (only runs on the weekend). We did that and then took the water taxi from Clearwater to Dunedin and walked around to a bunch of breweries - then water taxi to trolley and we're back to Madiera Norte! 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths makes it kind of tight when everyone is getting ready but the view from the balcony makes it worth it while you're waiting. great place, will be back!
