Wonderful week! Very relaxing, and the view is amazing. The house was very clean, had everything we needed. Owners respond immediately with any questions or problems. Looking forward to returning next year!

A very well kept beach vibe home. So cozy with the fireplace and sun room. That ocean view all day is just amazing. The house was super clean with all the amenities we desired. We would definately stay here again.

In March, this is perfect! Quiet, good beach walks, a few surfers, and the constant sound of the waves crashing a few feet away! There were enough restaurants and breweries open to satisfy...the owner and daughter were welcoming and helpful but not at all intrusive. The home is comfortable and the views from the porch are perfection. The new gas fireplace is great for chilly evenings! We hope to return!

My sister and I live in Maine and came here to get together and catch up. Location is great and we would return.

Property is perfect for a small family. We really enjoyed the sun room and listening/watching the waves.

This place was exactly what I needed during the winter!!! Despite a nor’easter blowing in during our stay— watching the enormous waves was a treat. The beach is your back yard so it doesn’t get much better than that. Walking - searching for treasures- watching surfers take advantage or the post storm surge, the wonderfully warm fire place — and the sun room looking over the water makes this place prime in every sense. Nights were spent walking on beach and playing games that they had available — SmartTV also available which was nice but we spent most of our time with the waves. Hopefully will return again!!

This is our 2nd year renting this beautiful beachfront cottage! The renters are extremely friendly and very easy to work with. It has become a yearly tradition that we look forward to every winter!

Just an excellent place to be, even in the winter. Lovely little house, which is well-kept and very comfortable. And the sunrises... What a beautiful view! Tyler met us when we arrived, after accommodating our changing arrival time. She's a great host, who filled us in on all the details we needed to know to make our stay comfortable and easy. We would return, no question. Don't hesitate! Book this place for a wonderful vacation.

Had a great stay here with my family for wife’s bday. The sunrises each morning are breathtaking. Very comfortable accommodations.

… That is, if we were lucky enough to have such a place. All the other five star reviews tell you about other things, and they’re all true. What we liked was the comfort of a place that simply “felt” good. We hope to return.

The entire house is spotless and well-appointed, with many modern conveniences. The sunroom facing the beach is amazing with some unique built-ins, and the sunrises were spectacular. We plan to be an annual renter and are letting our friends know of this fabulous place.

Sitting snug in the sunroom watching the stormy waves and wind and rain... then it cleared and was deep blue sky with crashing surf with the white tops blowing off in the wind showing rainbows in the spray... and thanks to the tail end of Tropical Storm Nicole it was WARM and we sat in the sun on the deck... then the surfers arrived and we had front row seats to watch some of them catch great waves (my guess is the waves were 6-8 feet tall) and some of them wipe out spectacularly.... along with laughing and chatting with friends, it was a perfect getaway weekend. Now... to figure out when we can go back!

This was our second visit to the property and to be honest, we'd prefer to keep the listing our ourselves! However, in fairness to the wonderful owners, we must report another perfect long weekend on Fortune's Rock beach. Thank you Tyler, see you again soon.

This is my second stay here, and I absolutely love this place. Steeped in the history of Fortunes Rocks, cozy and familiar (not fussy!), has everything I need to be comfortable and vacation affordably and easily (washer/dryer, full kitchen), and the location is awesome. The sun room is my favorite spot and walking the beach off-season is wonderful. Really dark skies at night filled with so many stars. It's also easy to traverse up the coast to different beaches or hit my second favorite just south (Drake's Island). In my opinion, it's worth the cost to stay here and be beach front.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. From the propane fireplace to the well-supplied kitchen to the windows looking out at the beach, it was just what we were looking for. Tyler had great communication & her showing us around at the beginning was helpful.

David and Tyler are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great hosts...This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful location right on the beach. The cottage is well appointed and we greatly enjoyed the gas fireplace and new fridge. If you're looking for a beach getaway, this is the spot to be. Deborah and Sandy

We wanted someplace where we could be right on the beach so we could go for walks whenever we wanted and have a warm/dry place to be able to sit and stare at the ocean for hours! It is hard to imagine a more perfect place... the heated porch with 3-sides of windows gave us the perfect view of calm/sunny weather and a brief but ferocious wind/rain storm and spectacular waves... the beds are really comfy/firm, the kitchen has everything we needed and more, the shower is lovely and spacious, the living room is snug and cozy.... Tyler greeted us, showed us where everything was... I'm willing to write such a positive review for two reasons: 1) because it is the absolute truth, and 2) because I've already booked another stay at this slice of heaven..... Quintessential beach front cottage. Cozy, Quaint and well appointed. Breathtaking sunrises. We plan to stay again this fall.
