Moderne appartement rénové. Il est idéal pour les familles qui souhaitent profiter des restaurants, des commerces et des plages de Puerto Pollensa sans prendre la voiture. Sur le toit est une grande terrasse avec un barbecue et une merveilleuse fraîcheur tout en admirant la vue spectaculaire sur la mer et ses montagnes distinctifs.

Mise en page: Entrée de la gauche est les deux chambres doubles et la salle de bain sur la droite Salon / salle à manger avec accès au balcon, cuisine à la chambre des lits superposés cuisine. Sur le balcon, il y a un escalier en colimaçon menant à la terrasse du toit.

Property was exceptional in every respect. Spotlessly clean and with everything you could want provided. The roof terrace was fantastic. Location was very central but not too noisy. Lovely pool area too but we didn't use it as we preferred the roof terrace. Excellent communication with the property manager. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely love to return there.

Excellent location. Really spacious. Welcome pack and sundries superb. Beds to die for so comfortable. Everything you require for barbecue and kitchen cooking. Own food only to supply. Highly recommend.

Fantastic centrally located apartment. Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. The roof top terrace is amazing and is the selling point of this property. Pool is good too. Overall this was a fantastic apartment which complemented another amazing stay in Puerto Pollenca.

This is a great apartment, it’s clean, nicely laid out and in a very convenient location. It’s very handy for the beach and for walking into the town and accessing shops and restaurants. We found it to be very well equipped and we loved the roof terrace and spent a lot of time up there enjoying the sun and the views. There was a cleaning and towel changing service three times in our two weeks. Our host Patricia was excellent at communicating and was helpful. In our opinion the apartment is good for four people, but not six. The third bedroom with the bunk beds is very small, has no aircon and is located directly off the kitchen. The apartments location is great in terms of its convenience. We were able to easily walk to the beach and the town, with its numerous restaurants, all just a few minutes away. A large supermarket is just a couple of minutes walk. Whilst the location is convenient, there is a slight downside, and that is noise. The apartment faces a very busy car park. Traffic is coming and going virtually permanently. There is a junction which is a feeder road from the Puerto Pollensa coast road close to the apartment, this road can be very busy. The nearly petrol station has a noisy car wash. Finally residents like their dogs and barking dogs are everywhere. If you like peace and quiet on your holiday, this apartment may not be the one for you, despite how lovely and nicely appointed it is. We had a great time, loved the apartment, but not the noisy location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely comfortable apartment. The location is ideal for supermarkets, and lots of bars and restaurants. Also only a few minutes to the beach. The roof terrace was just perfect for an evening drink with a cool breeze. Patricia was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely think about staying here again.

Great apartment. Highlight was the fantastic roof terrace. Once you navigated the tight metal spiral staircase it was wonderful when you got to the top. The space and views were amazing. The apartment itself was also great. Two good sized bedrooms with double beds and great air conditioning. Large wardrobes and space around the bed and enough room for the suitcase to remain open on the floor at the bottom of the bed. A bathroom with a double sink and a shower over the bath right next door to those bedrooms. My two adult sons (23 and 19) had one of those rooms each and it worked perfectly. There is a smaller shower room which I used. Both super facilities, not the most modern fixtures and fittings but worked just as well. Then through some double doors into a lovely large sitting room with a large dining room table. Small balcony off the sitting room. Kitchen off the sitting room which was a great size and all you would need facility wise. Again not the most up to date but everything in it you would require and the most lovely view from the window.Then what may have originally been a pantry - a sliding door (from the kitchen) into a very small room with a window, a bunk bed in it and a tall but narrow chest of drawers and a chair. No air conditioning. I (me being mum) stayed in there I hung my clothes on the side of the bunk beds, kept the door into the kitchen open, kept the kitchen door into the sitting room open and used the air conditioning from the sitting room.Great find
