Beautiful Townhouse on the West End
Condo neuf dans le West End. Cette conception unique "à l'envers" comprend un premier étage avec deux chambres, chacune avec un ventilateur de plafond, une salle de bains privative et les produits Kiehl's. Le deuxième étage comprend une troisième salle de bain et un salon ouvert avec un plafond voûté à double hauteur, des puits de lumière, un ventilateur de plafond, la cuisine et le coin repas. Ou, si vous aimez passer du temps à l'extérieur, détendez-vous dehors pour un dîner ou un cocktail l'après-midi dans l'intimité de votre grand patio. Stayed a long weekend in October with friends and dogs in this beautiful home in the West end. Host John was attentive and the home is exquisitely appointed and perfect for two couples. It is a short walk to the beach and Commercial Street-highly recommended!

John our host was always checking in to see if we needed anything and most accommodating to our early arrival. Location was in short walking distance to town, restaurants, gym and yoga studios. Townhouse spacious and decorated beautifully. Pictures on line do not do it justice. Our dog loved the area. Quiet location.

We had a great time at this beautifully appointed apartment. Two great bedrooms downstairs, each with an en suite bathroom, and a gorgeous open kitchen and living/dining area with a spacious terrace upstairs. The apartment is taken care of exceptionally well, and there are many lovely details throughout. The owner manages it himself and was very responsive and helpful to us the entire time. The location is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, but at the same time only a quick walk from restaurants, bars and shops. This is the perfect rental for 2 couples or friends traveling together. 5 stars and my highest recommendation!

My family and I had a great two weeks in Ptown. The property was clean and well appointed. We loved the outdoor space and the location was great - in a quiet area but a quick walk to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful home
The townhouse is exactly what you see online. It is immaculate and new. The beds are very comfortable. All of the bathrooms have kiels products. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need and the apartment is super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The host, John, was available on a moment's notice to explain anything and we loved the gas fireplace. Great location. Great place. We would love to stay again.

Amazing Place for a Long Weekend
John's house was the perfect stay place for us and I would highly recommend. My wife and I have been staying in Provincetown at least once a year for a while now, and this is the nicest property we have stayed at. The location is far enough away from commercial street that its nice and quiet, but close enough that the walk down there is not an issue. The setup in the house is perfect for two couples, and we really enjoyed having the upstairs kitchen, living room and porch. The house has all the little amenities that make cooking your own meals easy. John was a super great communicator and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was an excellent rental experience and probably the best rental we have ever stayed at in Provincetown (we have been coming here once or twice a year for 15+ years). New building, high end furnishings, owner very timely with communications and checking in, and just a great place overall. This unit is on the back side, private outside area with a hammock, upper deck with a view to the Monument. Book it if you get the chance.

A+ Property in Ptown!
My husband and I stayed in this Ptown home for two full weeks at the end of September and beginning of October. It was just the two of us, but this 2 level home would also work well for 2 couples or a family. There are 2 bedrooms, each with en suite full bath, and also a half bath on the main upper level. There is also a nice enclosed outdoor shower! The home is new construction and is tastefully decorated inside and out. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed to cook meals at home when we took a break from the many Ptown restaurants. There were 3 types of coffee makers and even supplies of coffee available. There is a major food market (Stop & Shop) a short walk (10 mins) from the home. There are several lovely private outdoor lounging areas to enjoy, including a large deck with a view of the Pilgrim Monument, A Weber grill is available for use. There are 2 parking spaces available in front of the home. We could ride bikes or hike from the property to Herring Cove Beach. The house is located in a very nice residential area right off Bradford Street, yet, the shops and restaurants of Commercial Street, Mussel Beach Gym, and Gale Force Bike Rentals were all only a 10 -15 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable and the towels, linens & soaps provided were of excellent quality. The owners have thought of everything that one could possibly need or want in a vacation home: 2 large screen TVs, music players in each room, electrical outlets with convenient USB ports & fast, reliable WiFi. The owner, John, is friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. The home was sparkling clean when we arrived and access was easy. We felt very secure in the home and neighborhood. This was a perfect property for our two-week stay. I'm sure it would work as well for any length of stay. We will definitely consider this property again (if it's available) for our next trip to Ptown!

The Perfect Ptown Getaway
What a fantastic home! This new property is the perfect rental for people looking for something special. This part of town has been a favorite of ours for years. It is close to town but feels just enough out of the way. John goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and includes so many personal touches in the home that just go above and beyond. WE LOVED this Provincetown Townhouse - July 2019
We stayed at John's new P-Town Townhouse the weekend and week after July 4th - the place was pristine, well appointed and perfect home base for our two couples and dogs. The location is great - private and feels secluded - yet a short walk to West End Commercial Street and easy bike to the beach. John has appointed the place wonderfully - and provided excellent communication and attention to our needs. We would definitely consider another stay - it met all our requirements and needs, and then some.

Luxurious, high-end, first-class ... the perfect Ptown getaway ...
I've stayed in a lot of different Ptown properties over the years. This one stands out as one of the best. We were looking for a higher-end property that was well-located and that allowed a well-behaved dog. John's townhouse met all of our requirements (and then some!) and was the perfect getaway for me and my fellow travelers (we were two couples). John was a responsive, gracious, thoughtful host. He thought of everything to make for a luxurious, worry-free stay in Ptown. Our dog Darby even had his own bed made up with fresh sheets! We can't wait to go back. Five stars all the way.

Fabulous rental!
We absolutely LOVED this place and is our new favorite in Ptown. The owners thought of everything! The townhouse is so thoughtfully decorated, modern, and extremely comfortable. The beds were so comfortable and we really enjoyed the double person shower ( with two separate shower heads) as well as the Kiel’s products in the bathroom. We enjoyed cooking in a few nights on the gas stove and had all necessary supplies to cook a great meal. They even had olive oil and many spices, everything a cook would want. The owners were so thoughtful that they even provided coffee and an invitation to enjoy their bar. They had many different spirits and even had some mixers in the refrigerator. The townhouse had many private outdoor spaces that were beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs and sipping cocktails. The top deck had a great view of the monument. There is also an outdoor shower which would be super convenient after a beach day. This place has it all and we can’t wait to return! Thank you John!
