House for 9 people renovated nine benefits and comfort upscale
Idéalement située au bord des canaux de West Palm Beach et dotée d’une vue exceptionnelle, notre villa vient d’être refaite à neuf.
Elle est composée de 4 chambres (dont 2 suites parentales) et de 4 salles de bain et peut accueillir 9 personnes.
Outre sa situation « pieds dans l’eau », sa piscine privée non chauffée (attention le chauffage de la piscine est une option à 300 dollars par semaine car elle engendre une sur-consommation de gaz), son jardin accueillant, son patio couvert et ses deux terrasses au mobilier extérieur raffiné vous combleront. Tout l’équipement de la maison est « haut de gamme » et la décoration est soignée.
Le salon de 65 m2 est ouvert sur les canaux et le jardin, avec accès à la piscine et aux terrasses aménagées et équipées d'un barbecue. Il est doté d’un coin salle à manger avec une table pouvant accueillir 12 personnes assises, un coin salon avec un grand canapé et 4 fauteuils. Il est doté d’une télévision murale avec écran géant et d’une installation home cinéma blu ray.
Les 2 suites parentales donnent également sur les canaux et le jardin, elles proposent chacune une installation home cinéma. La première est meublée d’un grand lit double (king size) articulé électriquement, la seconde suite comprend un lit double (queen size).
La troisième chambre a un lit double et un lit simple. La quatrième chambre comprend deux lits simples.
La cuisine comprend un équipement électroménager de marque Kitchenaid complet et neuf.
La maison est entièrement climatisée et propose un accès internet gratuit.
La maison est située dans un quartier très calme entouré de canaux donnant accès à l’océan.
La plage publique est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, dans la commune très animée de Lake Worth. Cette grande plage de sable fin est agrémentée de restaurants, de cafés et de quelques commerces.

I have to say this has been the best villa we have stayed in. Claire our host was super responsive with any questions we had on the run up to the rental. Property manager Jean Alain super friendly guy checked us in showed us around the property and left his contact details should we ever have any questions but we were all good 😊
The property WOW!!!! Amazing!!!
Just the 2 of us and such a spacious place right on the Lake. The house was very stylishly decorated, I love to cook and the kitchen had every cooking, preparation tools that any one could think off along with new kitchen appliances. The house was well stocked toilet paper kitchen roll and some spices etc to get you started. The whole house was clean and super comfy bed. Outdoor well highlight I think for us with the infinity pool overlooking the lake, my partner was catching fish off the dock and having BBQ watching the sunsets which were just out of this world. We spent a few days fishing in west palm with good friend of ours Patrick of Swamp to Sea so if you’re into fishing look him up. House is close to plenty of stores and vast restaurants I would definitely recommend Sushi Jo just up the road off Forrest Hill Blvd we had take out couple nights. Location is good for anything you plan to do we just come to chill out and fish but your close to several shopping malls, the beach, and many museums.
The neighbourhood is quiet and feel very secure.

We just spent a wonderful week at Claire’s beautiful property. The home is gorgeous and was clean and super well-appointed. We particularly loved the view out to the lake, the motorized blackout shades, the porch (which can be screened or open with the click of a button), the heated towel racks in each bathroom, and the super comfy leather couch in the living room with the massive TV. Jean was available for any questions and check out was a breeze. Location was central and right off the highway so we spent a lot of time on Palm Beach Island, went to the zoo, down to the Boca Art Museum, and did a few beachside dinners at Benny’s and JB’s. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe - no sidewalks however, so we weren’t able to get out for any walks (we have a baby and didn’t want to push a stroller in the street). We had a wonderful week and made many happy memories!

A wonderful property that fit all of our needs perfectly. Property was as listed, really better!! Very comfortable 4BR 4bath house with very spacious family room and dining area. Pool was fantastic for relaxing and spending the afternoon just hanging out. Kitchen was superbly stocked from appliances, silverware to dishes. Hope to come back again for future visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental in West Palm Beach. The location was great - close to the interstate but quiet and safe. The setting is beautiful with the view of the pool and canal. Furnishings were very high quality and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with top of the line appliances and accessories. The property manager was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect luxury getaway
Words cannot describe how amazing this house is. We didn’t even see the beach on our trip as we spent every day lounging in the pool. I have never stayed in a more luxurious VRBO, and I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for an awesome girls week away!

Wonderful Place to Gather
Two families of 4 each (adult children) gathered for the week in advance of a family wedding. The house was perfect in every way. 1/2 of our group was working remotely and there was plenty of space for work and recreation without interruption. The kitchen is very well equipped and serving dinner to a crowd was a pleasure. The bathrooms are updated and very spa-like. Property manager was responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed the tennis courts and walks around the lake.

Most relaxing experience
Claire's beautiful home was well appointed with Restoration Hardware furniture, an extremely well equipted kitchen. The attention to detail and high end renovation were duly appreciated. Linens in the master were delicious!!! Happy to be able to come back next year!

Great week with family
We had a fantastic week. We were met by Jean who was very pleasant and helpful, and kept in touch all week. We spent most of the week by the pool, talked about going to the beach, but never made it , the house and pool were too nice to leave 😊.
We had several fresh avocados from the tree in the yard. Cooked dinners on the grill and made full use of the amazing kitchen. A truly enjoyable vacation. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

Great Vacation Spot
Beautiful home with many exceptional features. The yard with the pool, seating and grill was a great spot to hang out all day. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped. Thr house is in a great neighborhood to walk around. The surrounding area outside Lake Clarke Shores is not the best, but easy access to I-95 gives plenty of other options. Televisions had plenty of channel and app options. Washer/dryer were apartment sized with slow non-vented dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO stay yet
Immaculate property where the owners actually care about the renters experience and have designed and outfitted the home for use without having to bring or buy things like kitchen utensils, pots and pans, towels, and pillows. The property is luxurious and approachable, it didn’t feel stuffy or delicate for the kids in our party. Highlights include exceptional bathrooms, the aforementioned kitchen, screened in porch, pool and back area with dining table, and the great room with lake views and a huge TV. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Stay
Amazing! This home is beautiful inside and out. This was our first VBRO we’ve rented, and it did not disappoint! Cleanliness-check, toiletries - check, spacious - check. Totally enjoyable home with all of the creature comforts of home. I was in the pool every day and I believe the kitchen was my favorite room in the house and I absolutely loved the master suite. The pool was a hit with my grandson. We will be back!!!

Amazing Villa !
My Family and friends spent an amazing week at this Villa, From the initial booking , to checking in to the property , everything was perfect. Property Manager Jean met us at the house and walked us through all the amenities and explained everything that we needed. Any follow up questions were answered without hesitation.
The house itself is absolutely stunning!!! The kitchen is like something out of Masterchef , Every utensil you could ever need, pots and pans and on and on, all high end equipment in perfect shape, all the appliances looked as if they were just installed. I love to cook and this kitchen just made everything that much better.
The rest of the house was also incredible, two master suites, 4 full bathrooms, huge main family room, pool right on the canal!!
I could go on and on about this villa, it really is that nice!
We were sad to leave, put we are already looking to return to this exceptional property! Thankyou Claire for allowing my family and friends to make some amazing memories!

Best Vacation rental.
The property was amazing and just as described. The property owner and manger were amazing during our stay and answered back quickly with any questions we had . The property is located 10 minutes away from beautiful beaches , restaurants , bars, shops and anything you need . We didn’t have to leave the house much it had everything we needed . The pool was amazing and we were able to enjoy it everyday . I would highly recommend this property to anyone. My family loved the property and our vacation . Great waterfront location
Located on the widest part of Lake Clarke, the house is very private. Sitting on the extensive patio we watched the boaters passing by while enjoying the heated pool. The house is exactly as it appears in the listing, and has the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The large TV and surround sound system in the main living room are amazing, and comes with Apple TV (also in the Master Bedroom). Overall we were delighted with the house. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and conveniently located for shops and restaurants (although none within walking distance). It's an easy 15 minutes to the glitz and glamor of Palm Beach.

Outdoor Oasis
Stayed at Claire's place the first week in December and could not be happier. The home was cleanly and had a really cool spacious open layout. The outside patio, with pool, and grill were a delight to enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather. Claire was immediately responsive to all my inquiries and was a pleasure to do business with. The check in and out process was a breeze with a nice gentlemen Jean Alain giving a tour and explaining all the details of the home.

Outstanding rental
We had such a good time. The pool area over looking the water was the highlight. We spent all day out there enjoy the view and cooling off. The area was very safe for walks around the area and very convenient to I-95 to get around the coastal area. The interior was fabulous, had an issue with one of the AC units however it was taken care of immediately and ended up changing the unit in a very timely fashion. The manager was available to answer any questions we had. I minor downside is the washer and dryer are small so you have to do several loads to to get things washed but manageable. We would rent again in a heart beat, great time had by all.

Amazing home
Well spaced out house. There is a massive open concept, kitchen to living room, situation that makes the house fun to hang out in at night. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and plates. Beautiful TV’s, Sonos sound system, surround sound, and the views out the back patio sliding door Windows’s were all top of the line. The in ground pool over looking Lake Clarke was amazing.
The neighborhood this house is in is real chill. Everyone is friendly but mostly keeps to themselves.
Overall, Jean was very responsive if we had an issue. jean was checking in on us to make sure we were ok. He checked us in. And checked us out. Overall, this was just an amazing place to stay during quarantine.

Our stay in this gorgeous home was perfectly sublime! It was like living in a Restoration Hardware catalog 💗� The amenities of Claire's home were in abundance and she and Jean could not be more accommodating for us. We will definitely like to stay here again!!

Great property and enjoyable stay
We stayed at this property during the pandemic and called it our home for 1 week. Location is close to the airport and with a rental car accessible to beaches and stores near by. Beautiful house and pool. One suggestion would be to upgrade to a full size washer and dryer, as it was time consuming to wash everyone's towels after daily use. Top notch appliances and quick reference guides were provided. Thank you!

The most loveliest home and stay!
We have stayed in many homes throughout Florida over the past ten years and by far this home was the most beautiful, gracious and hospital experience and stay. From the very beginning to the very end of our vacation the graciousness and attentiveness of the owner and the helpful manager was very warm and welcoming. The home is immaculate, well designed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with every convenient appliance and equipment...a cook’s delight. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfy. The location near to I-95 allows one easy access to beaches, restaurants, museums, botanical gardens, shops, grocery/convenient stores, gas stations and other towns. The stunning view from the back of the home of Lake Clarke allows for gorgeous sunsets and sunny morning sunrises. The pool is magical and heavenly. We enjoyed this home immensely and plan to come back to this very happy and peaceful home.
