Cette magnifique maison de ville de 7767 pieds carrés, 5BR / 5BTH, comprenant un quai privé, une piscine, un bain à remous et un home cinéma est une maison de vacances idéale pour votre groupe. Vous pouvez passer du temps de qualité à l’intérieur, vous détendre au bord du lac, faire du jet-ski, du kayak, du canoë-kayak, du bateau, de la pêche, etc. directement dans la cour arrière. Au bord de l'eau près d'un magnifique lac à Palm Beach, cette maison est une combinaison parfaite de détente, de divertissement et d'aventure. Magnifiquement construite en 2012 avec un plan d'étage large ouvert, cette belle maison a un plafond de 28 pieds de haut dans la zone principale, et une large gamme d'équipements pour profiter de vos vacances mémorables. Les plages, l'aéroport de PBI, les terrains de golf, les restaurants raffinés, les boutiques du centre-ville, les magasins d'usine de Palm Beach et le City Place sont à quelques kilomètres seulement. Il est proche de la I-95, donc les déplacements sont également très pratiques. Notre bateau est disponible à la location directement à partir de notre quai arrière.

We just completed our multi-generational family vacation in this beautiful Florida home.iIt truly was the perfect place for our family to spendquality time together as we all live in different states.
Check in was a breeze. The house was available on time and was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. (Kudos to your cleaning company). The house was better equipped than any other we have ever rented.
Having coffee items already there as well as shampoos/body soap/detergent/dish soap was a nice addition. The attention to detail such as the chocolates and wine for our arrival were special touches.
The layout of the house is perfect for family gatherings with its open kitchen and living areas with each having access to a bathroom giving everyone their own space. Our entire family noted how comfortable each of their beds were.
The pool area is beautiful and allows for both sun and shade throughout the day. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and fishing poles that were used right off of the dock.
The house has ample towels and nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs to take to the beach.
The cinema room was a family hit as well to watch the tournament games and Disney movies with our grandchild.
Our only glitch was a power surge problem that affected our toaster, oven and some lights in a couple rooms as well as the pool heater. However the owners response was correcting the issues they could within the hour. The new pool heater and oven were brought within 2 days, no big deal as their grill is nice too.

We had a fantastic stay in our luxury waterfront home! Every amenity was available, and our host was communicative and accommodating. The children were able to watch movies in the theatre, swim in the pool, and play games at the dining room table. We never felt cramped for space and there was a large area where we could all gather. The house exceeded our expectations. Our family of 10, 3 generations, enjoyed all of the amenities in the relaxed setting. The pool and deck were beautifully situated on the lake and made for hours of swimming, fishing and relaxing. We also enjoyed beachtime at nearby Lake Worth!

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful house! The setup is perfect for a large family with everyone having a large comfortable bed and plenty of beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils etc and the outdoor grill is perfect. The pool, hot tub, kayaks and theatre are fabulous and keep everyone happy year after year. Alex is a wonderful host with practically immediate responses to any questions or issues (although we had NO issues) Do not hesitate to book this property!

The grandchildren enjoyed fishing from the pier. They loved the pool and spa. But, the theater room was next level they say.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home. Large clean bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable sitting area, large kitchen with everything we needed. The pool was great for our family (ages 2 to 72 years old). Plenty of activities in the West Palm area. Alex was very accommodating with a few personal requests. We highly recommend for family gatherings.

This property was by far the best property that fit the size of the group. We had 8 adults and 4 kids ranging from 2 to 7 years of age
We were very impressed on the decor and the space available. Every adult had a bedroom and a bathroom.
The neighborhood is very quiet. We caught a few fish off the dock which the kids liked.
The cupboards and pantry were stocked with ample supplies to get you started for your stay.
The description of the house and what is included was spot on.

My family which included 10 of us enjoyed a week in this beautiful, clean, well-stocked, massive home. The theater room and massage chair added to the enjoyment making a relaxing end of day.
The pool and spa were clean and heated at our request. And, having a pontoon boat on site to explore the lakes and canals surrounding this home made it so we never wanted to leave during the day. But we did to enjoy a short drive to the beach and nice restaurants. I loved this home. Thanks Alex and Victoria.

This house was very spacious, comfortable and spotless! I loved how clean it was. The kitchen has every possible thing you could need; more than I would ever expect in a weekend rental. This house also had a lot of closet space with high chairs, cribs and baby baths stored away - we didn't need those items but this house is fully equipped for families with small children. Really have nothing negative to say. The owners are very responsive - they would literally write back to my messages within minutes every time I had a question. We would absolutely stay there again if we need to be in the West Palm area.

This house was amazing! We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday and Thanksgiving with 3 generations. The house was huge, very well equipped, and very comfortable. There were so many extras like games, a large movie room and an amazing massage chair (we all loved this!!). The beds are comfortable and we loved that there was a king in every bedroom. Alex was a wonderful host and easy to work with. As a former host ,I can say with experience, this place is top notch!!

Excellent property! Well maintained! No issues during our stay. Only disappointment was no hot tub except between 4 pm and 9 pm, an inability to control pool temperature., and no live network TV to watch sports. Although we stayed just as a couple, would be a great home for family, even a large one! Of the multiple trips we have booked through VRBO, this ranks near the very top! I hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

Absolutely gorgeous time. We all took turns cooking and loved the kitchen. Every amenity needed was available. Loved master bedroom and each room has private bathroom. No sharing needed. 15 minutes from airport. Close to every attraction we went to see. Golf, theater, and museum. Beaches also close by of course.

Fun Gathering Spot
This property was perfect for our family, and our friend's family. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has many amenities. We enjoyed the pool, theater room, kayaks, and even cooked a great father's day dinner, finding everything in the house we needed to make it perfect. Wonderful relaxed property
We had a family wedding to go to, so decided to book a house as opposed to a hotel. First time I had used VRBO, but chose a super host house. Great relaxed house, in a lovely residential area, great amenities, pool, hot tub, etc we used the cinema room one night too. Great kitchen facilities. BBQ,d a couple of nights, great location to the beach, about a 10 minute drive away. Had one small hiccup, but it was solved within a couple of hours of making the call to Alex. Great 👍! X

It was a nice home and had everything you would need to cook and bake. It was nice that there was also spices and some other things in the kitchen so we did not need to purchase things you hardly use. We did add to the collection of things at the end of our stay for future guests!! We appreciated that there was plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, and personal care products there for our use.

Excellent Property
We rented this property for three weeks, so you get a good idea of the house and the owner as you are bound to need to reach out. I've rented many properties. What I look for is first a property that meets our needs in terms of size, location and amenities of course. But then the things you can't tell from a listing---cleanliness, communication with the owner, etc,,. Alex is an EXCELLENT host. Very communicative. and does whatever he can to resolve whatever issues arise as quickly as possible. A+. The house was very clean, and just as the pics show it to be. Being there for three weeks, we were able to put the kitchen to the test and see what items were there especially since my husband used to own his own catering business. I'm happy to say it had everything we need except one item in three weeks---and we found that item btw a few days later so the house had 100% of what was needed, It is a big kitchen, you have to look a little bit! This house deserves all the excellent reviews it receives. The only criticisms you could give would be nits based on personal preference. Highly recommend

Fantastic house with great space indoors and out. This is the 2nd year my family and I have stayed at this Lake Clarke Shores home and we will be back! The owners have thought of everything - ample towels and linens, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom supplies and pool toys. The beds are extremely comfortable and the neighborhood is safe, quiet and convenient to everything.

Wonderful Family Holiday
We had a wonderful 9 days at the house - plenty of room for a family of 5 with toddlers and a family of 4 with tweens. The amazing kitchen, pool/hot tub and movie room were the highlights. The owners of the home were very accommodating and made our stay easy.

Thanksgiving with family
The house was very clean. We really needed a 6 bedroom, but there was certainly enough bed space. Some of the beds are memory foam mattresses and our family doesn't like those, but the other beds were very comfortable. The pool/hot tub heating, which requires a request and an extra fee, was a first for us having rented twice previously in Palm Beach where those were included with the rental (the heating) and we could control the hot tub ourselves. While not ideal it worked out fine and the host was qucik to answer when we requested the hot tub be turned on. We ended up just setting a daily time, so we didn't have to communicate about it every day. We did use the pontoon boat, but considering there was just a loop and you couldn't take it to a dock or area with restaurants, it was sort of a waste of money. We took it out a total of 4 times the 1 day we rented it -- different groups went each time, and I bet the total amount of time we used it was less than 3 hours, so it was expensive. The daily rental is what we've paid for a full 8 hours with a boat where there were destinations you could get to and truly use it for a full day, so this was not really worth the full day. I would have done for just a couple of hours instead if we'd realized. The loop we were able to boat around was fun and we saw lots of different birds. That being said, the kayaks were fun, and if you're up for it you can do the same loop on those. That's a pretty long kayaking venture though! All in all the house served our purposes very well. Very clean. Lots of kitchen gadgets and pretty much everything we needed during our stay.
