The apartment was everything we needed, was in the perfect location and the host were extremely nice!

This bright and cozy studio has everything you would need for a super comfortable stay in the Universtiy district in Seattle. It’s close to the light rail, too, so you can leave your car parked at the studio. Kristi is fantastic host as well.

It was the perfect location for the two of us. Quiet, and we felt very safe. The place was super nice. Everything is detailed and written down on things and instructions.cafe, soaps, shampoo and conditioner is provided. We even got to see Puddles, their pet rabbit. Neighbor hood is great. It is walking distance to very good places and even a small Target.

Very airy and bright. It gets a bit of sun in the afternoon but the central AC kept it cool. Lovely neighborhood; close to eateries. We will re-book if our daughter continues to live in UDistrict.

This is a perfect arrangement above the garage at the rear of a property in a great neighborhood. Kristi is a very good communicator and the amenities are excellent. I'll return!

This studio was very cute, good size, and the bed was very comfortable! We slept very well. The bathroom was not as clean as I would’ve liked, but it was fine for the two nights we were there. If there was one bit of feedback I’d leave for the owner, it would be to provide dishes, silverware, glasses. It only had two tiny coffee cups, two small tumblers, two knives, one spoon, one fork. A full dish set of four would be ideal so we could eat meals there.

Comfy cozy, fresh and light. Lovely furnishings and decor. Nice food & beverage treats. Parking. Frig but no microwave.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood; walking distance to bus routes and some dining; comfortable king bed; clean; coffee maker in the room; a few snacks; owner responded promptly to messages during the stay. Cons: None really, as long as you understand this isn't a hotel. There's no closet, and the one side chair is a style where you sink in (sort of like a hammock).

The location worked out very well with our needs. The room was perfect for us on this visit as we did not need to have any meals in our room. The bed is very comfortable. There are steps involved to get to the room, but that was not a problem for us.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location for visiting our son at UDub. Delicious snacks and a bottle of wine awaited us. We loved sitting out on the spacious deck enjoying the afternoon sun.

Perfect location for the Special Olympics USA Games at UW. The surprise treats added a special touch to the stay.

Being first time travelers to Seattle, my husband and I were thrilled to be staying in such a cute and quaint little apartment/suite. It has everything you could possibly need (except for a microwave and/or stove). When we travel we like to eat out at local places we can’t get at home so that was not a problem for us at all. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We ordered pizza one night (was forced to eat half since I couldn’t warm it up later) *wink wink* (okay, really I’m just fat! Ha!) There was a mini-fridge available. There also was a white noise machine! I brought my mini fan with me for this very reason... I’ve never stayed somewhere that provided this for me! The bed was very firm and I’m use to a really soft mattress that I can sink into. However, I never woke up stiff so maybe that’s what I’ve been missing all my life?! If I ever visit Seattle again I would check to see if this space would be available before booking elsewhere. Excellent hosts, excellent space, excellent location. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

Gorgeous neighborhood with large older homes and tree-lined streets, extremely quiet during our stay. Beautiful and clean apartment perfect for our long weekend. Loved attached deck, lovely for a glass of wine and reading in the evening. The bed was super comfortable and cozy. Just couldn't ask for more! Thank you!

This place was perfect for our needs. Small, but warm, sunny and very clean. Kristi and family were welcoming, very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were excellent. Snacks and treats set out by our host were thoughtful and delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we come through! Easy to get anywhere, Kristi was there to help w any questions and make great recommendations! Snacks were left and drinks in the fridge which were so appreciated after a long day of travel! This was a great studio to stay in during our visit! Just like the description says, the room was so cute! Bright, colorful and very comfortable. It was the perfect location... everything in the University district was an easily walkable distance! Driving into the city and the surrounding neighborhoods was also pretty quick! Loved staying in this beautiful neighborhood instead of nearer downtown. It had everything my husband and I needed for our stay, and even felt like a little hotel room with some snacks and useful things laid out for our use. The room was always warm & cozy for us when we came back at the end of the day ready to get out of the cold & rain. If you're looking for a sweet & simple space to stay for your Seattle visit, we highly recommend this place!
