Beautiful Carriage House / Your Own Private Space
Cette remise de 580 pieds carrés récemment rénovée, située juste en face de la maison du propriétaire, est votre "maison de ville à la campagne". Il est à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville d'Ann Arbor ou de Plymouth, à 15 minutes de l'U de M ou de St. Hôpitaux Joe’s et à 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Accès facile par l'autoroute à la M-14 et au couloir des affaires. Avec 7 acres, de nombreux arbres matures, un étang et une retraite tranquille bien loin de la route, vous vous sentirez comme à la campagne. Il comprend une chambre confortable avec un lit king-size à plateau-coussin, un salon, une cuisine complète avec des comptoirs en quartz et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Salle de bain personnalisée avec carreaux de céramique / mosaïque, y compris laveuse et sécheuse - elle vous fournira tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Un garage attenant pour 1 voiture est également inclus. Parcs, événements culturels, événements sportifs, shopping et vie nocturne sont tous à proximité. Une bonne trouvaille!

This is only the 2nd time my husband and I have done a VRBO, and we were not disappointed. This cottage guest house on the owner's property was wonderful. Looked just like the posted pictures. The home was very clean, and the kitchen had any appliance or kitchen tool you needed to have an enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful and were always checking with us to see if we needed anything to make our stay even better. The setting felt like it was far out int he country, but very close to any amenity you would want. Cute Plymouth downtown with restaurants and shops was only a short drive away. I would definitely rent this cottage again when coming back to visit our friends and family in Michigan.

Beautiful property, perfect setting nestled among trees and natural landscape. Very well maintained. The carriage house is also perfect for 2 people. Wonderful space, with fully equipped kitchen. The bath and bedroom are very comfortable, as well as a great mattress. Adorable space, very clean and cared for. The hosts are special people, who are "easy" and full of information about the area, as well as recommendations for dining, points of interest, etc...

This place is the perfect place if you’re looking for that country feel but yet also close to anything you might need. It’s right in between Ann Arbor and Plymouth with everything within about a 10 minute drive. The owners are great people and make sure you feel very comfortable with your stay. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking in this area.

This is a second floor apartment with views of their beautifully landscaped property on three sides. Very private and quiet. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. There is a fully stocked kitchen where they left a selection of coffee & teas. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on. Location makes it easy to get to Plymouth or Ann Arbor.

The Carriage House property was just perfect for our needs. Great location - close to downtown Plymouth and Brighton. King size bed was appreciated as were all the amenities - well stocked kitchen and bathroom, luggage racks, washer and dryer, etc. So beautiful and quiet. Bob and Kimberly were super hosts! Highly recommend.

Our hosts furnished the cottage with essentials and more. We appreciated the attention to detail, cozy comfort and ease in check in. Great location for us, near family, easy access to restaurants, grocery shopping and expressways. We highly recommend this property and if we require another stay, we would return. The hosts were so accommodating and lovely! I locked us out on the first day and they helped me no problem - the house has everything u need and more! Food is within close proximity - my only regret is not staying on days where I didn’t have work!!!!

We are in-between homes and needed a place to stay near Novi, MI for a few days around Christmas. Luckily we found Kim and Bob's carriage house. It was a wonderful mini-vacation and the guests were most welcoming and accommodating. If we need to book another stay while we are in limbo, we will definitely return.

This property was wonderful for a longer stay so we could visit multiple family members. It felt like a home away from home in the country. Property owners were very respectful and attentive to details in the guest house for our comfort.

Welcoming accomodations - every detail included. What a wonderful stay! We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. The space was warm and inviting. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to keep us toasty. Easy to find and beautiful surroundings. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our weekend stay at Bob and Kimberly’s. The carriage house is cozy, super clean, and beautifully furnished, with many extra touches. It feels like a home, not a rental. The property is gorgeous too, and so peaceful. Bob and Kimberly are wonderful hosts- very welcoming and great communicators. Highly recommend!

The carriage house is a very comfortable place to nest for awhile. A lot of thought and care went into it. There are all kinds of thoughtful touches that were unexpected, such as the supply of coffees and teas, complete with jams and honey as well as spring water. The hosts were welcoming and available. And perhaps best of all is being so close to nature (deer three times one day) and gorgeous trees.

Kim's place totally fit the bill for us. Lovely wooded property 15 min from north side Ann Arbor. Out in the country but close to small towns nearby and nature. Designed for comfort and convenience. Outdoor seating and access. Kim was a thoughtful welcoming host. We’ll be back!

This is a lovely carriage home close to Ann Arbor and U of M campus. This was a perfect spot for an art fair stay. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. Hope to stay again next summer!

Kimberly and Bob made us feel like family. The Carriage House is a great place to stay if you are visiting Plymouth or Ann Arbor. Great location with room to roam. Our dog Sunny got along famously with Hosts dog Willow. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We could not have had a more enjoyable and pleasant stay. You will not be disappointed and we highly recommend this exceptional VRBO!!!

The owners are super kind and accommodating! They allowed myself and my bridesmaids to use their home to get ready on my wedding day! It felt like dream! Enough space for all 9 girls to spread out throughout the day and hairstylists and makeup artists as well!

This Carriage House is delightfully charming and relaxing. It felt so cozy the minute we opened the door! Kimberly and Bob were wonderful hosts throughout our stay, offering suggestions for fun and exciting places to explore with our dog. The home was sparkling clean and filled with all the comforts of home and more! We loved our stay and look forward to a return visit to this beautiful home in the future!
