Good location for one night stop. This is like a collection of rooms at different floors. To note that while is a big buliding with many rooms and an interior square, this is a very quiet location, very nice sleep conditions. Area full of restaurants and bars, easy access on foot (12 min) to Stazione Centrale.

I don't particularly like the smell of the cleaning products, but this is a personal aspects-to bote that the room and bathroom are very very clean!

Lovely fittings in the bathroom- great shower. We arrived by train and walked so a good location. Kristine the receptionist was helpful and welcoming. There was a kitchen facility that was all newly fitted out to use. Good value for money.

There was no real communal area to meet new people, the plugs on the headboard of the bed didn't let EU to UK adapters plug in so I had to use the plus socket in the bathroom which worked fine.

We liked everything, the location, the room , the staff . Everything was clean and provided , the bed was super comfy, the staff was very helpful.

the location was perfect, in the center of the city and close to the train station.

the water pressure in the shower wasn’t good and we had some hot water issues

Clean and modern room, great bed and mattress. Location close to Duomo and with great restaurants and metro stations nearby. Also near a very beautiful park.

the location is very good and centered + the staff was great + there is a locker with a code for after booking out

So apparently the kitchen is shared with the other guests on the floor (not like in the pictures) which was very uncomfortable and sometimes felt like staying a doom. the walls are very thin so I could hear everything! like everything: the other guests, the door buzz, the staff everything! There was no property garbage in the rooms so every time I had something to throw up again I had to leave my room to the shared Kitchen - it was very uncomfortable and a bit annoying. the room is very dark and small. so if u looking for a quiet and more private please - I don't think it's the place.

The room is comfortable, clean, and quit. The location is great and near the tram and metro station and like 7 minutes walking from the central station. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly.
