Location was great. On arrival, the room was spotless.

Room wasn’t routinely cleaned, they used to just leave toilet roll and waters outside the door. Had to ask to have room cleaned as ants had started to come in from under the door. No hot water, cold showers everyday.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They don’t do the daily cleaning but they will always leave you a toilet paper and a bottle of water every day in front of the room.

The only downside of this b&b was that you have to pay in cash for your stay. They do not accept cards. As well as the doors of the balcony won’t completely close, so there were ants quite everywhere, but it wasn’t very disturbing.

Room was spacious and comfortable, good bathroom and shower.

It wasn't Bed & Breakfast as advertised, you had to pay additional if you wanted breakfast. A little too highly priced for the facilities compared to others.

The coziest hotel on Koh Tao. Sairee beach is a five minute walk, it is very quiet, there are no tourist crowds, and squirrels run into your balcony. 7/11 and some great restaurants are also within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, good water pressure. Our favorite room was the corner one on the top floor. The hotel has a comfy and shady terrace with delicious homemade food and great calm music. Tay (I hope I spelled the name right), you are incredible! Thank you and the entire hotel team for our time here. We will miss you and Noooona very much. Sending you all many hugs! <3 <3 <3

The staff is really nice. The place has its own billiard. The cafe is nice as well, tasty breakfast.

Everything is fine

this accommodation is very good value for money. The staff are lovely. The location is perfect because you are close to everything but not on the busy roads.

The beds are way too hard in our opinion and the way how the building is built allows any noise to be heard throughout, so this can mean some noisy nights.

for breakfast i had pancakes which i didnt really like but the cafe itself is really cute and nice vibe overall would come back!

the property didn’t look like the images, quite run down. the doors weren’t secure and lots of gaps. there was loads of bugs in and outside the room. ended up going to a different hotel but could not get a refund. if the doors were upgraded and the bug issue was resolved the property would be fine.

That the reception closes after a certain time, the hotel is in darkness when you come back after dinner. The vent in the toilet is constantly open so you can’t close it to keep out the geckos.

No day to day cleaning, but if you ask them they will make up room nicely. Lot's of mosquitoes everywhere in the island, very painful bites - not related to hotel.

We were forced to pay only cash, no other options to pay via terminal or card transfer was denied I was not expected that in a hotel with such price per night such kind of service was not available. The name of the hotel doesn’t reflect the truth as there is only bed, but for breakfast you should pay in the cafe My room was clean, but the bed linen of my friends who stayed next door was dirth
