L'emplacement de ce (tout) petit appartement est idéal dans Paris. Globalement, il comporte tout ce dont on a besoin pendant un week-end de loisirs. Il est bien décoré, les couleurs sont agréables.

Cet appartement est assez petit, il ne correspond pas du tout à l'impression que donnent les photos, il est au rez de chaussée dans une entrée de bâtiment où il y a beaucoup de passage. Le lit est petit, la chambre est tellement étroite qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir ni portes ni tiroirs totalement. Concernant le matelas, attendez vous à avoir mal au dos!!! Le canapé lit ne doit pas être beaucoup plus confortable étant donné la facture de celui-ci (non testé). L'eau chaude de la douche n'a duré que le temps d'une douche. Le congélateur du réfrigérateur est inutilisable tellement rempli de givre (voir photo). Il y a de petites dégradations ici et là:  une plainthe, un bas de porte ou une armoire abîmés. Bon, disons que c'est cher payé, surtout qu'il y a de très beaux hôtels aux alentours moins chers (que j'ai déjà visités) et l'appartement en soi est certes plus pratique mais celui-ci n'apporte pas de plus value. En résumé l'appartement est situé rue de Verneuil, soit, mais avec un rapport qualité-prix très désavantageux.

No window in Bedroom, View from Living Room was 6 ft wide alley with bike storage and a 6 story tall wall. Floors were filthy, sofa was uncomfortable, dining chairs badly spotted, TV had no free channels...

It was a FANTASTIC location!! Perfect for our needs! The toilet broke the first day, but they had a plumber out same night and fixed it! Excellent response!

Everything was great!

10/10 Location & Authenticity Everything you needed was included: Washing Machine/Hairdryer/Iron & Ironing Board, Welcome Snacks & Water. There were more than enough towels.

The water pressure was a bit too low to wash hair and the apartment could have done with a little bit of a deeper clean.

Excellent location, easy walk to Louvre, handy grocery on same street. Very quiet and being on the ground floor makes luggage easy. Support staff superb.

No view of outside from apartment but unless you plan on staying in does not matter

- Crystal clear instruction from the landlords days before arrival makes the location of the room and key pick-up very smooth, esp. when this is our first time to rent an apartment instead of hotels. - Bravo location, in the heart of the city, or more precisely the River Gauche, and just opposite to Louvre! All kinds of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are just within a stone's throw distance. - Right size room with all essential facilities for a family of 3. The block and the building is very quiet all the time.

- water flow in the shower room is way too low, and it generally took each of us a double time for shower, and this was a bit annoying esp for people with long hair like me, after a whole day visit outside. It seems that the water flow issue should just stay with the shower devices, coz the flow in both basins in the kitchen and toilet works quite well. - certain kitchenware is not quite clean, like the pots, the kettle, etc. But given that we usually have meals outside and we don't really need hot water in the summer, it is a less concern to us this time.

Loved this little place. Had everything we needed, the location was excellent. The shower wasn't working on arrival, but the owner's had it fixed same day - very impressive.

There was nothing I didn't like about it!
