Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. The owner provided so many sweet extra amenities (like dog treats, a full keurig assortment, beach chairs, umbrellas, mints... you get the idea) and we were very comfortable. Great backyard for us and our dog. Clean and nice hot tub. Easy access to everything around. Would stay there again!

Very friendly host, extremely clean property with hot tub that was awesome! Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and house layout was spacious for our kids to play. Ping pong table was a plus! Would definitely come back.

I could not have asked for a better place for the pup and I to enjoy a long, relaxing weekend away. Mare’s home is incredibly well decorated, super clean and has all that you need with plenty of space! The hot tub was the cherry on top! Could not recommend more.

This home is so cozy and welcoming and perfect for a family. The host has thought of everything to make your visit fun- popcorn machine, clean towels, welcome treats, outdoor table set and ready for dinner. The location is ideal and just a couple minutes away from beaches, restaurants and entertainment. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend!

Okay but not to par . We were told it is sterilized , however we found dirty towels & sheets We had to was towels . Front storm door broken , stove burners not working, man’s clothes left in closet, grill was filthy

This was a great house to stay at with my two boys, husband and two dogs. The hot tub was an added bonus and we loved the ping pong table in The basement. I schooled my kids several times with y amazing ping pong playing. Great location near everything and perfectly well stocked even had beach chairs toys and a umbrella. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels and just an amazing stay. Can’t wait to plan my next trip.

Really cute, clean place. Nice private backyard. Quiet area. Host was great at communicating and answering questions quickly. Fencing was low in a couple spots and our young, athletic dog quickly jumped over, so future guests with young/athletic dogs should be forewarned until owner repairs/replaces. Also, would suggest having a few more utensils so you don't need to wash in between running the dishwasher. Either way, we all loved it, and would rent again.

Had planned to bring our 2 dogs, but then had coverage for them and that being said it was still a great booking. It was everything you need in a nice quite neighborhood, accessible to everything. Nice 1/2 way point on the Cape making it easy to access many attractions. The teens loved the ping pong table, who am I kidding we all did. The hot tub was great too!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice fenced in backyard for our dog. We were only there for the weekend so we didn't end up using the hot tub, but as with everything else, it was very clean. Just down the street was a nice wooded area with many trails which was the perfect place to walk our dog.
The house was within walking distance of Rt. 28. Quiet neighborhood.
We were greeted with a bottle of champaign on ice and dog biscuits for our dog.
If we decided to go back to the Cape again, we would rent this house again.

it was supplied with all the items you need at a home so you do not have to run to a store for everything.
it was a very relaxing and nice home.
my dog came with us to which is blind from birth even my dog enjoyed it and was relaxed there which is not easy for a blind dog to get use to. hopefully we will be coming back to cape cod next year this would be the 1st rental i will call to see if it is available. thank you Mare

This house is so cute, and it was very clean. Ample sleeping space, and the host was really accommodating. In a quiet neighborhood, but close to amenities. We loved the hot tub as well. would stay here again for sure!

Amazing place close to everything
This has been my favorite vacation in recent memory. The house was so cozy and decorated in such a cute beach theme. The fenced in backyard with the hot tub was such a treat. The house was so nice and super dog friendly too, my 8 year old dog loved sunning herself in the yard and the location was so close to everything. We went to a different beach every day and tried so much delicious local food. The host was so kind and easy to communicate with. We were even greeted with dog treats and champagne as we arrived. I would 100 percent stay again and reccomend to anyone looking to enjoy the Cape in style :)

Perfect little family getaway 10 minutes from a quiet beach!
I couldn't be happier with the property and it's owner. It was exactly as described on the website. Mare clearly knows what she is doing. She provided everything we could have needed for a few nights stay. The sunken in bonus room was where we hung out during the day and the cozy living room was perfect for nights watching a movie.
West Dennis beach is 10 minutes away and it was not crowded at all which was perfect for taking my dog off leash and playing ball.
We stayed in March 2022 and the hot tub was a huge bonus as was the fenced in yard for the pup to roam.
We'll be back!

A perfect getaway for us and our fur-babies.
This was a perfect getaway for us and our dogs. Mare’s house was comfortable and perfectly located for our first trip to the cape. We walked into the cozy house to find chilled champagne and treats for the dogs. Such a wonderful touch! We are already looking at dates for our next visit. Be sure you visit the Scapaccio Bakery.

Wonderful Place!
Just stayed here for four days with my two small dogs. We all loved it! I especially appreciated the secure, fenced yard. :) Cozy, sweet, comfortable home away from home! I will definitely be renting it again.

Great little get away!
Mare and Tim truly thought of everything. Plenty of space to hang in for the weekend! We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra night! Hot tub was a true hit!! Plenty of space for the dogs! Very clean and cozy. Everyone felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood which seemed close to anything you needed! Dog treats and wine left by the host just added a special touch and really makes a difference. Will definitely be back! We didn't travel with any children but could have very easily seen my niece (6) and nephew (13) be easiky entertained!

Cute cozy cottage
My husband and I with our college aged son had a wonderful few days at this cute, cozy, conveniently located cottage just after Christmas. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. We played board games and read in front of the gas fire which gave the living room a wonderful ambiance. We wallowed in the hot tub every night - the robes provided were a thoughtful touch! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet so we all slept well too. The cottage is also convenient to many area restaurants and hiking trails - We love to visit in the winter and Mare’s cottage was the perfect getaway. Mare was also the perfect host available to answer any questions but not at all obtrusive. This was my son’s Christmas present and we will certainly be back!

New favorite vacation spot!
This place is a gem! From the cute decor to the amazing hot tub(even in the off season), everything about here is great! Mare was so kind to leave us a beautiful welcome and our dog felt right at home (she also appreciated the welcome treats). We loved just being able to relax for a few days with an extensive movie collection and fresh popcorn, living the dream! We highly recommend this spot to rent and we will hopefully be making it a tradition to come and visit this great spot!

summer getaway
We had a fabulous stay at this property. we were so very pleased that they allowed pets, as we knew we needed to take our furbaby with us. When we arrived we were struck by how beautiful the decor of the inside of the home was, very beachy. It is clear that the owners care about details. We loved the hottub, it was nice at the end of the day. we were minutes away from beach and all local attractions. it was a great family vacation.

Great getaway to the Cape!
This property was perfect for my family to rent for the week. It fit 6 adults perfectly and had everything we would need for the cape (towels, grill, outdoor shower, hot tub). Jim and Mare were very helpful hosts and even let us check in early because the house was ready! Good central spot to Hyannis, west Yarmouth, dennis.

Cozy beach house with all you need close to everything
We had a great week. This house has all the amenities you need for a stay on the Cape with family (including the dog!). For a cape house, it felt spacious with a fun family room, lots of dvds and games for rainy days, ping pong table, hot tub. The fenced in yard was great for playing with the dog. Communication with the owners was clear and quick. Would recommend this house for anyone looking for a cape vacation m.
