Excellent Position! So close to the Kings beach + Kings Beach Park
Excellente position! Cette unité confortable et élégante de 2 chambres est située à seulement quelques mètres de la plage et du parc Kings Beach. La cuisine moderne dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner vos propres repas ou vous rendre dans les nombreux restaurants et cafés de Kings. Un barbecue est également disponible sur la véranda extérieure. L'unité est spacieuse et lumineuse avec un mobilier moderne de bon goût, une vidéothèque et une sélection de jeux et de puzzles. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond.
Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, c'est l'endroit idéal pour tous les vacanciers. Wifi gratuit est disponible dans l'unité.

Great space, size & location. Beds comfy and nice waking up to birds singing. We felt a little disappointed there was not much of a view & the property is getting a little tired. Nothing provided, no tea or coffee or toiletries like shampoo or body wash.

Just enough space for family of 5. Some compromises are needed ie luggage space, lack of working DVD player, but proximity to beach, cafes, restaurant and ocean pool was great.

Unit is comfortable and accommodated our family very well.
Balcony and pool in the complex were a bonus.
Very convenient location close to sea water pool, patrolled beach, playground and parks with walking paths north and south.
Convenience store and coffee shops and takeaway close by.
We didn’t use the car till leaving - a very relaxing break.

The only criticism I have is that there were no kitchen supplies what so ever. I have never stayed in short term accommodation that hasn't, at a minimum, had some tea/coffee, sugar, etc.

The apartment was perfect for our family close to the beach and food outlets. Has everything you need in the apartment (including a high chair perfect for us with a Bub,) just make sure to take linen including tea towel and Bath Mat. Got a beautiful breeze hardly needed the fan. We loved it will definitely stay again in the near future..

Great except for the lack of parking. On street parking was at a premium. Often had to park down at the beach. Great for the sandflies but not for us.

Fantastic unit location and feel. The unit looks priistine with immaculate decor and colour. However i was a bond cleaner for 20 years and upon closer inspection the unit could do with a once over. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. I regularly rent apartments and yours undoubtedly is the best value for money i have experienced. A 9 out of 10

Kings beach ideal location
We enjoyed our stay at unit 2 spinnaker sea. It is very well located in kings beach. Well set units with all you need for a nice stay. Only down point was the mould, maybe a heating / ventilation system could help prevent mould building up. Lock up garage is great to secure any gear such as kayaking, fishing or bikes you may take with you to enjoy the Sunshine Coast. Italian restaurant just 30 m away was great and there is 2 café and fish and chips at walking distance too. Leo was great in passing us local information and was always very responsive. This is a great asset thanks for sharing it

Amazing location
Neat little unit with everything you need. Owners really attentive and good communication. Perfectly suited our little family, loved the restaurant, beach pool and psrks aroumd. Good value , would definitely stay again

Great walking distance to beach
Great location for walking to Kings beach, local restaurants and surf club, older unit at the back of the unit block. We had to improvise with some bedding as the doona cover was missing the doona, newer fans or aircon would be ideal. Owners were fabulous we left some clothes behind and promptly worked out a plan with me.

Kings Beach Convenience
Easy check in with the Holiday centre on Bulcock st. Lovely large apartment on the first floor with a garage. Plenty of room in the apartment for us. Easy walk to the patrolled Kings Beach and restaurants near by. Apartment was well appointed and if there was a problem, the owner was willing to help quickly. We were lucky enough to be able to check in a little early too. Lovely relaxed holiday.

Great location just a stone's throw from Kings Beach, and the apartment was always quite comfortable even though there's no air conditioning and we visited during Summer.
My one minor gripe was that parking our large SUV in the garage always felt like a tight squeeze.

A lovely spacious apartment surprisingly close to beach
Leo and Dominika’s apartment is perfect for a week at the beach, it’s literally at the end of the driveway !! The place is well looked after, and besides some needed upgrades to the beds, it is currently well furnished and roomy. I would definitely stay again, the hosts are lovely and prompt at responding. Thanks for having me !

Can’t beat the location
Excellent location!! Comfortable enough for our 3 small children and us to enjoy. Loved the closeness to the beach, playground and ocean pool. It was a wonderful place and we would definitely come back, especially due to the fantastic price (especially for a family). Only issue we had was the cleanliness when we arrived. Definitely was in need of a deep clean (dust on floors, under furniture and on walls), but after a quick call, they were very apologetic, explained there were back to back bookings recently and gave us a late check out. Although we didn’t use it, it was appreciated!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay here and loved the location across the road from Kings Beach, the ocean pool and a variety of restaurants.
Communication with Leo was easy and prompt when needed, thank you!
After reading others' reviews I bought tea towels and hand towels but one thing we overlooked was a bath mat or similar.
Our stay was cut short so we may be back in the future to holiday again.

Perfect family spot!
Highly recommend this property. Clean, tidy, lovely decor. Everything has been thought of. Balcony nice and big and great for morning coffee. We also had a lovely BBQ dinner on the balcony. Well stocked kitchen. We had a couple of rainy days but plenty of games, books and movies to keep us entertained. Very close to beach and not far from a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Communication with owner excellent.

Great location, clean and tidy
Great location to the beach, clean and tidy with a great range of cooking equipment in the kitchen. Easy to find and parking included. Wish I knew a high chair was included as I hired one as well and the apartments high chair was better! You do need to provide your own linen but that is standard in Caloundra holiday homes. Overall we had a great stay with our two small children 2 and under and we even decided to get married on Kings Beach while we were there and enjoyed how we could wander barefoot from the apartment onto the beach to get married! Will be back for more family holidays to Caloundra and this apartment in the future!

Nice unit
The unit is in a good location very close to the beach and cafes. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils. The balcony was nice and big and a lovely place to sit, we spent a lot of time there. We enjoyed our stay at the unit.

Kings Beach luxuries appartment
I booked the appartment for my husbands workers and they called it the ‘penthouse’ ;)
It was very clean, nice finishes, modern furniture, perfect spot, so close to the beach and great cafes. Thank you for letting them stay. They enjoyed it very much!

Tidy spacious unit in the perfect location.
We had such a wonderful week away. The unit was clean, tidy and spacious and was fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The location was perfect with only a 100m walk to the beautiful Kings Beach. There was no air conditioner in the unit but we wouldn’t have needed to use it anyway as there was always a beautiful sea breeze and there were fans in all the rooms. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it and wish we could stay longer.

Appartment in central location very close to the beach
This appartment is clean, light, neat and tidy. It is very comfortable, up one flight of stairs. It is equipped with all the essentials internet, tv, games, self supplied linen (or can be hired), fans and located 150 meters walk from Kings Beach. It is also close to transport, shops, restaurants and huge green lawn area for playing as well as foreshore shade and bbq areas. Great for short or long stay.
