Die Wohnung liegt perfekt im spanischen Quartier nur wenige Meter von der Via Toldo, der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wunderbar im vierten Stock gelegen mit einer kleinen Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick auf das Castel Sant´ Elmo.

L'appartement est grand, lumineux et très agréable Avec son grand salon, sa cuisine / salle à manger qui est totalement ouverte sur la Terrasse. Permettant de prendre ses Petits déjeuner, et ses déjeuners ou diners, si on a pas envie d'aller au restaurant . Très belle vue sans vis à vis. L'appartement est rès bien placé dans Naples qui est une ville mouvementée et donc offre la possibilité de se ressourcer tranquillement après les ballades et visites. Merci à Marie pour son accueil et puis on souhaite bon rétablissement à Annamaria de Palma que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de connaitre. Anne et Bruno

quatrième et dernier étage (attention l'arrivée en sortant de l'ascenseur sur une volée d'escalier est un peu casse-gueule!) véritable coup de foudre quand on rentre dans l'appartement d'autant plus que l'accueil est chaleureux: grande pièce à vivre très claire, colorée, avec de grands sofas donnant sur une grande cuisine véranda assez spectaculaire, donnant sur une grande terrasse pleine de plantes, donnant sur les collines napolitaines Anna Maria est pleine d'attentions : gateaux, proseco, vin et café Nous avions opté pour cet appartement cher (110 euros la nuit) au lieu de l'hotel pour pouvoir nous faire à manger, et c'est là que nous avons compris qu'Anna Maria avait plutôt l'impression de prêter son appartement et non pas de le louer, c'est à dire que ses critères personnels de confort ne sont pas forcément à la hauteur du prix demandé par exemple, heureux d'être là, nous décidons de nous installer sur la terrasse pour manger les gateaux et boire le prosecco ! pas de verres adéquats, 5/6 tristes petits verres à eau.... plus tard, nous voulons ouvrir le vin, le tire bouchon cassé! comme elle nous l'avait recommandé, nous l'appellons pour avoir du nouveau matériel: 2 jours de messages, mails, textos sans réponse finalement la cuisine où nous voulions faire à manger se révèle peu équipée pour 8 jours : pas de lave vaisselle, un égoutte-vaisselle design et quasiment inutilisable, un petit frigo, un congélateur pris dans une gangue de glace donc pas de conservation possible, un tout petit four électrique A notre départ, impossible de lui faire ces remarques puisqu'elle n'est pas venue à l'heure convenu nous sommes partis en claquant la porte derrière nous, et nous avons croisé en prenant notre taxi pour l'aéroport, la touriste anglaise qui nous remplaçait... donc, qui n'a eu personne pour la recevoir, et de toutes façons l'appartement était loin d'être prêt! donc, Anna Maria, malgré son côté sympa a un problème de fiabilité, difficilement acceptable à ce niveau de prix

We stayed at Annamaria'a place for the third time and when we arrived it felt like coming home! Unfortunately we couldn't see Annamaria because she was traveling, but everything was perfectly organised and superb! Best place to stay in Naples, and best apartment I have ever had with homelidays! Naples, ville étonnante et authentique dont on épuise pas les richesses en une seule visite. L'appartement d'Annamaria est idéalement situé, superbement agencé, meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Une super adresse à retenir. Nous reviendrons sûrement. *****

Helle, großzügige Wohnung, die sehr zentral liegt. Zur Metro Toledo nur 3 Minuten, zu einem netten Markt ca 7 Minuten, selbst die Fähren nach Procida und Capri sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ideal auch für einen Ausflug nach Pompeji. Nur Busfahrten sollte man vermeiden.

Wundervolle, sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft, hell und geräumig, mitten im spanischen Viertel, von wo aus sehr viele Stadtziele zu Fuß zu erreichen sind (Vomerohügel, Chiaiaviertel, Via Toledo, Spaccanapoli, Pizzeria Michele, Markt Pignasecca, Hafen mit den Inselfährterminals,...). Die Küche wurde mitten auf die Terrasse gebaut und vermittelt ein Kochgefühl wie im Himmel. Super Ausblicke auf der Terrasse geben Entspannung nach einem Urlaubstag in der quirligen Stadt. Der Rollerlärm ist von dort oben fast sanftes Gesäusel. Annamaria, die Eigentümerin, ist sehr entspannt, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Buchen und Wohlfühlen.

Je conseille Très fortement. L appartement est vraiment très bien: idéalement situé, très fonctionnel et de surcroît très joli. Anna Maria est très prevenante et de bons conseil. Ai je dit que je conseillais?

Annamaria's apartment offers the best of both worlds. It is in the lively Spanish quarter from which one can retreat when one gets 'home'. As other guests have mentioned herself and her friend welcomed us with wine and a box of delicious cakes and answered every query as to restaurant recommendations, shops, transport etc. There are masses of maps and guides in the spacious apartment which is on the 4th floor and reached either by stairs or by a lift. The flower bedecked terrace affords glorious views over the roof-tops and up to Vomero and sitting out there eating breakfast or lunch was a delight of changing light and church bells signalling mass. One huge boon for us, because we'd travelled by train from London (and thus wanted to cut down on luggage), was being able to do washing which was dry in hours out on the lines on the terrace. There is a washing machine and powder should one want to use it. Another huge plus was that the tap water is drinkable which meant we could just fill our bottles each day and, gosh did we need water as it was hot every day, and that at the end of September! The area is terrific. So close to Via Toledo which takes one straight down to the sea-front in one direction. Just around the next street up is an entrance to the spanking new arty metro stop of Toledo so in 3 stops one is at Piazza Garibaldi for trains out to Pompeii, Ercolano or Sorrento. I just really enjoyed walking around our locality and discovering a street 4 or 5 roads over where there is an excellent butcher, grocers and greengrocers. Next to the apartment entrance there is also a little shop where one can nip out for last minute things. We also enjoyed a trip over to the tiny island of Procida. In fact we found that there is so much to enjoy and see in Naples that we still had a 'wish list' when, sadly we had to leave. Have I mentioned the pizza and gelato that is the best?!!

My son and I spent seven beautiful days in Annamaria's apartment! We enjoyed the beautiful terrace, the spacious and light rooms, the great location of the apartment and its neighborhood, the contacts to Annamaria, and of course the great city of Naples. She was so friendly and warm, and even brought an English speaking friend with her (we speak only very limited Italian) for our check-in to explain things about the apartment and surrounding area. She had stocked the apartment with a welcoming bottle of wine and some scrumptious pastries from a local bakery. The apartment was also stocked with everything you would want in your home, from ample soaps, shampoos, paper products, etc. in the bathroom, to wonderful and ample towels, in the living room, bookshelves full of intriguing books, and a kitchen stocked with staples and ample plates, serving utensils, etc. The apartment itself is beautiful, with gorgeous views, clean and decorated with great art throughout. The terrace is amazing, and felt safe for our two children to be on without extensive supervision. The kids loved "their" room, and the exercise bike in the living room kept them very entertained during a few rainy afternoons. The space felt large enough for the four of us to spread out a bit, and my husband and I were able to drink wine on the terrace while the kids played and it felt relaxed for all. The apartment was situated perfectly for us, right in the Spanish quarter with all it's intriguing, thriving lanes and small shops and trattorias, and within a quick walk to lots of the key things you might want to see in Naples. Very pleasant stay in this apartment , despite the high heat in Naples in August. It is well located for visiting Napoli.

Great apartment with everything we needed plus some local produce very kindly supplied by AnaMaria. The apartment is close enough to everything to be able to walk and my partner uses sticks to walk. I'd recommend this apartment to people of all ages, my 10 year old son thought it was great.

Annamaria's apartment is simply perfect for a stay in Naples. Super spacious with lots of comfortable seating, a beautiful roof terrace, great shower, all the mod cons... we couldn't have asked for more. There are two bedrooms - one double master and one single which were both very comfortable. The apartment is furnished very tastefully, and Annamaria makes every effort to ensure your stay is a good one with lots and lots of tourist info available. She was very helpful throughout and generous with her time - over and above what I've experienced from a rental owner before. With regards the location, it could not be better - right in the heart of the historic centre and 3 mins walk to the metro. All in all a great find - we would 100% stay in this apartment again. It was the best vocation for me and my family, as the appartment is very comfortable, with a wonderful terrace. It has a beautiful location, close to metropolitan station. Hostess Annamaria is very lovely and attentive. I really want to go back for the next vocation, thanks to Annamaria for everything!!!

Great value! You feel directly at home: there are a lot of beautifull flowers on the terrace, music and books in the living room, some personnal lovely stuffs,… It was really clean too. Anna-Maria welcomed us very friendly with some fresh pastries, wine and coffee! we were five people(3 adults and 2 teens) and it was spacious enough to stay together. Wonderfull view from the terrace where we ate each time. Good place to visit Napoli (near the underground "TOLEDO") but it is a little noisy during the night because of the scooters. In fact, you stay in a very popular area of Napoli: the spanish district. The lift is also a little bit capricious so you have to go up the four stairs because the apartment is just under the roof. We all LOVED this apartment and Naples! I only booked four nights, book more! I didn't even explore the usual nearby 'tourist' sights because just this area and Naples is so fun to hang out in. The most friendly people I've met on my journey through Italy so far! Go to the local restaurant Nennella...it is brilliant!! AnnaMaria is a wonderful host, good communication and extremely helpful, tasty cakes and wine left was very kind and thoughtful. Apartment is absolutely gorgeous and completely comfortable....and the terrace...heaven. Venice and Florence we're beautiful, but this felt like I had finally arrived in 'real' Italy...cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks again Annamaria!!

This apartment has nearly everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Naples. The apartment is high above the rooftops of the Spanish Quarter; and has a good elevator. The view from the lovely flower-filled terrace is wonderful and colourful. The inside of the apartment is very spacious and light; with huge windows, and the beds are so comfy! The whole place is very clean; and is full of interesting art and books. It was fairly quiet with the windows closed; the only noisy time is at 01:00 when the many garbage dumpsters on the streets below are emptied! Of course, everything echoes as there is so much stone in the buildings and streets. Otherwise, the street sounds only add to the ambience of the city. It's in the most perfect location to do everything in the city; and has all the shops and services within walking distance. Some great restaurants are nearby too; and the food in Naples was really tasty, and much less expensive than farther north! I was prepared to feel a little unsafe in Naples; but was instead pleasantly surprised to find such warm, helpful and kind people there instead! I did not feel unsafe at all anywhere. AnnaMaria, our host; is so accomodating and kind; and we really enjoyed meeting her. She arrived on time to meet me when I first arrived;and had brought a little present of wine and yummy Neapolitan pastries too. I would definitely return to this apartment; and recommend it! The only thing I would like to see added is a kettle to boil water for tea! Thanks again, AnnaMaria!! :)

We (couple, (30yrs old) have enjoyed our stay in Napoli very much! The appartment is just incredible. Everything is organized neatly, it was very clean and we felt like at home. Mrs. Anna-Maria P. has been very friendly and prepared several brochures for us to give ideas how to spend our time in Napoli. The appartment offers all the things you need to feel comfortable (kitchen stuff, pillows, music instrumentes, books, washing machine, air condition etc. and has a tremendous view to St. Elmo and is just wonderful to be at in the day time and evenings. As it is in the spanisch quarter it is sometimes quite noisy (motor cycles and cars) when windows are open but that didn`t bother us (we used air condition at night time). We stayed at the appartment for a couple of days to study but we also took day trips to the island of procida, the vesuvio, herculano, pompeij and of course the historical city centre of napoli. Close to the appartment (10 minute walk) is a wonderful market for fruits, cheeses and wine. So we spent romantic evenings on the terrace with a view of napoli, pasta and wine. Thank you Maria for this wonderful time, we will recommend your place to all the italy fans we know!
