Située à 10 minutes de marche de la plage du débarquement, cette maison familiale avec vue sur mer Méditerranée enchantera vos vacances. La maison possède 4 chambres entièrement climatisées et trois salles d'eau. La terrasse de plus de 80 mètres carrés surplombant une piscine chauffée ravira vos soirée. Egalement proche des commerces et à 1.5 km du village de la Croix Valmer . Les prestations sont de qualité. Le quartier est très calme.

Excellent family summer house with all the amenities required such airco, fully equipped kitchen, sun loungers, BBQ etc. 2 minutes drive to the local shops and less than 10 minutes to the beach. Would highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing, quiet und near by the beach.
The holiday home was beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Our kids loved it, especially the large bedroom on the second floor.
We will come back!

The villa was excellent and the view was stunning. The pool next at the lower level is nice and gives at lot of privacy. We’d liked the big gardentable with the screen for shadow.

This house is a real gem! The three leveled outdoor set up opens up a beautiful view to the sea. We stayed for a family vacation with friends, and we all enjoyed our stay at the property. The outdoor different settings for dinner, coffee and the pool made us not want to leave the house. The area is very pretty as well, with plenty of options for outdoor activities. Also the house is well equipped with everything needed, good size bedrooms with bathrooms. We’d love to come back again.

We spent a wonderful week in the villa! The heated pool was great, the location amazing, everything in perfekt condition. Céline prepared our arrival so nicely! We appreciate very much the quite environment and the sea view and this lovely place!

This home exceeded our expectations on many levels. The home was very spacious and had been updated since the photos, making it feel even more bright, airy, and beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the premises were well-maintained. Situated in a very quiet area of town, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The location was ideal, walking distance to the beach and just a few minutes from a supermarket. The pool area was stunning, and we loved having dinners on the patio at sunset. There was a slight miscommunication with the host about needing to pay for primary linens, but it was quickly resolved and did not impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful home and beautiful memories made.

I always enjoy the time in the house very much. Everything works just wonderfully, the cut of the rooms is perfect. The view of the sea during the day and the illuminated pool in the evening is beautiful. We have spent wonderful family vacations here and plan to do so again in the future

The house is very clean and has a lot of comfort. The view is stunning, but the most pleasant is the feeling of spaciousness. The pool is heated and very nice in the spring.

The house is nicely located in walking distance to the beach and is well equipped. For us with 4 adults and 2 small kids it was a very good fit and we enjoyed the outdoor area and the ocean view. Thank you for the hospitality.

It's a real shame but the house needs a lot of love, exposed light fittings, holes in bathroom ceiling and generally not good value for money. Very poor master on-suite bathroom, up stairs bed room accessed via outside stairwell with only one key, so either the downstair occupants are looked in or the up stairs are, not ideal as no smoke or Co2 detectors. Pool area very nice but don't be fooled by the picture of the hot tub, no water in it. Oh and neighbours complained after our kids where playing in the pool one afternoon, but we found some great local beach instead.

The location of the house was great, close to the village La Croix Valmer and close to beaches such as Gigaro and Plage du Debarquement. The house is charming, in particular the outdoor area with seaview, pool is great. The kids loved the room upstairs. Hoping to return in the future.

Wunderbar
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Der wunderbare Blick auf das Meer, die verschiedenen Terrassen und vor allem der beheizte Pool waren fantastisch. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn man auch selbst kochen möchte. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern ist uns die besondere Qualität der Bettwäsche aufgefallen. Bonus für Familien mit älteren Kindern: das ausgebaute Dachgeschoss mit Schlafraum und eigenem Badezimmer. Bis zum schönen Strand sind wir in ca. 15 Minuten gelaufen.

Beautiful spot
This is a well-maintained property in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood. It has everything you need, and a terrific pool and outdoor eating area. We felt completely at home and safe here, the person who welcomed us could not have been more helpful, and I will certainly return here in the future.

Bonne expérience
Villa agréable et bien située. Aménagement extérieur soigné et très fonctionnel, avec une belle vue mer et une piscine chauffée très appréciable. La maison en elle-même est assez petite : la pièce de vie et 3 chambres au RDC + un dortoir à l'étage. Ça manque un peu de volume mais pour des vacances l'été, où l'on vit surtout à l'extérieur, c'est suffisant.

Was für eine Aussicht. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und hat eine super Lage. In 20 min. ist man am Strand. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe.
Viele Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar.
Und ein Traum ist es morgens und abends von der Terrasse das Meer zu sehen.

Séjour très agréable en famille
Nous avons apprécié la maison, la qualité des literies, la piscine chauffée et la proximité des plages. Tout ceci nous a permis de réussir cette semaine de vacances en famille avec petits et grands. Tip top. Et merci à Céline pour son accueil très cordial.

Emplacement superbe et villa éblouissante
Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable dans cette propriété à quelques pas de la mer. Tout était super, de l'aménagement à la localisation, sans oublier la terrasse qui offre une vue incroyable.

Une vue à couper le souffle !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison avec une vue magnifique ! Le logement est confortable et bien équipé, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et l’emplacement est parfait ! Le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a remis les clés sont tous les 2 très arrangeants et à l’écoute.

We enjoyed a week in this house. The outdoor area and the view are really the highlights of this property. The pool and garden well-kept and very attractive and relaxing. The indoors is simple but all works fine. We enjoyed are stay very much and can definitely recommend.

Très bel emplacement et quelle vue !
Très bon séjour de 4 jours à 2 familles de 4. La maison est assez fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée en cette fin octobre et la proximité des superbes plages du Var. Le wifi était un peu faiblard cependant et quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquaient (presse ail , casse noix , pinceau de cuisine , 2 plaques de cuisson ) . Mais belle literie et sanitaires en nombre suffisants. Les enfants ont aimé le dortoir même si l accès était via l extérieur de la maison . Nous avons bien profité de ces derniers jours ensoleillés .

Wirklich schön und groß! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Umgebung: Es ist hilfreich, mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein, weil die Straßen etwas eng und unübersichtlich sind.

Magnifique vue
Depuis la terrasse, magnifique vue sur la mer et la végétation. La piscine est très agréable (chauffée constamment à 30). Gilles et sa femme nous ont très bien accueillis et le pisciniste est très sympa.
