We stayed 10 nights, had to ask for hairdryer and clean towels and sheets after 5 days. No hairdryer.

This room was just ok. The area was quiet and easy to access. If you are on a budget, it works. Overall it was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The shower faucets were loose and coming off the wall.

These properties had out dated fridges and furnatires. Bedrooms, plumping are also out dated. Windows and doors are sixties and seventies style. What I like of these Vacasa property is the Swimming pool and the views of natural tires and gardens around the properties.

We were already in Placencia, but wanted to extend our stay and try a rental apartment rather than a hotel. Vacasa made the whole process super simple and efficient. Once in they responded immediately to any issues (shout out to Kaprie who was superb). The apartment is spacious and comfortable and steps from the water. 3 restaurants within walking distance, for anything else you will need transportation.

This Villa was beach front in a private tucked away grove of nature, with a pool right on the ocean. Whether you're walking the beach, sitting by the pool, or enjoying your patio with your guests, I highly recommend Beachside Villas for your stay in Placencia! The local teams and management company is also stellar! Kaprie, the Local Operations Manager, is incredibly kind and responsive!

Rats in the villa, beach not cleaned in a long time and stunk. Refridge front door rusty. Very poorly maintained. I was there when it was Roberts Grove and it was fantastic. So sad. Slept on the deck the second night because of rats. Moved the next morning to a new resort. We had called them the night at 8pm and they did nothing until the next day around 10 am. We got part of our money back. Also no services at all. Pictures and web site are deceiving. Beware

But again the host was super responsive in getting them fixed and the property itself was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and the location can't be beat. Great condo for our family of 4, would absolutely recommend to other families.

The condo was exactly as described in the photos and the place is in a great location. The only down side was that the pool was too deep for the kids but otherwise perfect. Will surely visit again soon.

Nice condo for family or two couples
The condo was clean. Had basics for cooking/eating. Pool and ocean beautiful view from one room. Beds ok comfort level. This unit is NOT right in the village. Need car or shuttle to get to village.

Stayed here the first 2 nights of our vacation before setting Sail with Tradewinds. Very nice clean property, nice pool, and right on the water. Several good restaurants within walking distance !!!!
