Check in was great. Awesome instructions. Clean property. Good location.Only negative was tv not having cable or we didn't figure out and counter bar stools need replacing. Did not use because they were unstable. Also one small note the name made me think it had a pool!

The house was nice, clean and comfortable. My only recommendation to our host, (he is wonderful, responsive, and very kind) please upgrade your paper products, and maybe add some hand towels:)

We had a comfortable stay with plenty of room for the four of us. The house was beautifully clean and the neighborhood very quiet.

My family and I ( 4 adults ) stayed in this home. The community is nice and quiet, it’s accessible to local stores and eateries. The home has 3 bedrooms with and loft upstairs ( with a bed). The mattresses were not comfortable ( they were very thin and hard) the pillows were very soft and flimsy. The master bathroom door only opened on one side, you had to “ tuck it in “ and go in and out of the door sideways. The temperature could not be controlled from the home, it was pretty chilly. I reached out to the owner (who had been extremely responsive with previous communication) he did not respond after several hours ( typically he responds within 15-20minutes). I contacted him a second time to make him aware of the temperature in the home. He did Increase the temperature but it was still too cool ( 73 degrees). So, to sum it all up, the price is affordable, the community is feels safe, the house could use some attention ie… painting the big beautiful walk in closet and repairing the master bedroom bath door. The TVs were a bit dated. This home has lots of charm and overall the vibe there felt very warm. The digital key pad made it sooooo convenient for us all.

We traveled down to do a Football tournament with the kids. Enjoyed seeing the snow. A great area to stay at. We will be back!

This was an ideal location for my family this Christams. It is nestled in a great quiet community. The home is described as listed with plenty of space and fully stocked with cookware and utensils. This location should definitely be considered of coming to the area.

Some friend and family of mine stayed at the house during a trip to see some TX football including the Giants playing the Cowboys. Check-in and communication with the manager was terrific and the house was in great location to easily get to Dallas, Fort Worth, AT&T Stadium, and many other spots. If I could change anything, it would be to upgrade the WiFi and TV service, both of which were well below par.

Everything was nice. There were a few changes that were different than the pictures, but they were all good things. The TV's could be updated and add one more TV to one of the secondary rooms, but that wouldn't stop me from not staying there again. I would definetly book again!

The property is in a beautiful community. Its a close drive to anything you want or need. The property is clean and has a great grill and table setup outside.
We had use of the 2 car garage which was great.
The rooms were good size with nice linen. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo.
We really enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

We really enjoined our stay here. Highly recommended and would stay at again. We initially chose the place due to price, location close to family and size. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a preteen) felt right at home. We visited during the summer and the AC was working great! Daniel was very friendly and quick to response to any questions. We had a great visit and would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Our stay here was great and the house was big and very nice. Daniel answered any questions I had and very quickly. If u don't like the heat then Texas is not the place to visit at this time of year but I would definitely recommend staying here

Great location, comfortable home
We spent a week at this property. It is in a great location, close to Dallas, Ft. Worth, Six Flags and it made for a good location for day trips to Waco and Plano. The home was as described on the listing. My recommendation would be to have more paper products like paper towels and tp available. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice Location
This is a nice house in a very nice area. The listing advertises 5 beds; however, there are only 4. We did find an air mattress and used that. Other than that, this property met our needs.

Beautiful house however
Beautiful house but we had some issues. No washcloths or hand towels (which we received by Amazon the next day). No toilet paper ( which we received the next day by Amazon). A/C in one bedroom was not putting out any air. The handyman came and moved vents and changed air filters and it made no difference. We stayed almost a week so it was always HOT on that room. Daniel kept wanting me to take out time from my vacation with family to meet with handyman. We had not seen them in over a year and if the handyman can’t tell that a vent is not blowing air, I might get another handyman!! The last straw was when the oven would not heat up. My daughter bought several items to bake one night and the oven lights would look like it was on but it would not heat up. We had to throw all that food away since it could not be fixed. Just wasted money!!! Daniel got rude at that point telling me that he had fixed everything that I had asked. The air vent he then blamed the builder of the house. Then he said that the heat in Texas is hot and the A/C doesn’t always cool every room. But it did however every other room in the house, even the upstairs!! Supposedly he was working on fixing the oven but we heard nothing more from him. If you own the house, you are responsible for everything to be in working order I would think. Would the cleaning person notice there were no wash clothes, hand towels or toilet paper? It served our purposes for our visit. This is probably the 25th VRBO that we have stayed in worldwide and this is the only one that have had issues. Things like this you just don’t need when you are on vacation trying to relax!! Just take inventory and make sure everything is working before you rent from Daniel.

Great family or group house
My family was in town for a wedding in Fort Worth and this house was perfect for us. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Worth, right next to Joe Pool lake and about 20 miles to the airport. The community is quiet ans beautiful. The house is exactly as described/pictured. Very clean and spacious. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs. Upstairs there is a private loft with a queen bed and TV, which could technically be used as a 4th bedroom. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. We were very happy with our stay! PS there is a pack n play and infant toys for those who need it

Family Get-Away
The location of this house was ideal for a family coming from South Dakota that was planning on attending the Dallas football game. It was located in a very nice neighborhood. It had plenty of room for our family, and we all said we would definitely do it this way if we were to come back to the area. Thanks for letting us into your home.

Sunday Football
We recently had the pleasure to go to Dallas Cowboy game, my firts to be exact. Looking for for a nice place to stay away from home can be difficult, we found this property on vrbo and contacted the owners which were very helpful and answered all my questions. The property is beautiful, the neighborhood was excellant, there was plenty of space for everybody,..and it just felt good! Thank you, i would definatley stay there again!
