El desayuno fue muy bueno y completo. La empleada del desayuno fue muy atenta y amable, igual que los empleados del "counter". La piscina y jacuzzi muy limpios. Tranquilo y agradable todo.

The location was convenient to the office I visited.

Renovations were taking place - this meant peeled wall paper in the lobby, and peeled up wallpaper in the bathroom. The shower floor and walls didn’t look very clean. Breakfast options were not great. Oatmeal tasted like water.

The staff was horrible-no customer service. When I asked for the manager he was too busy to see me. To say they needed training is an understatement. I will be filing a complaint with the owner along with Marriott. We had next door neighbors that played thumping music until after 3am. We called the hotel # from Google and it failed every time. There were no working phones so we unable to reach the hotel.When this situation

The reception and breakfast staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Hotel location provided convenient access to all our needs for this trip.

The road traffic made sleeping difficult. Cleaning staff never touched the room the 3 days we were there.

Sunday breakfast ran out of coffee and didn't make if for half an hour. Ran out of waffle batter. Orane juice only dispensed watery substance. Garbage cans never emptied. Ice machine did not work on floor 3. No senior discount. Broken grab bar in shower.
