Le Domaine Pré Joly est idéalement situé dans un écrin de verdure, à 10 mn des remparts d'Avignon, du Palais des Papes et du fameux pont d'Avignon, à 7 mn de l'aéroport d'Avignon et à 20 mn de la gare TGV.
La bâtisse date du XIXème siècle. Elle se situe sur une propriété de 5000 m2, où se trouve également notre résidence principale. Les deux maisons sont complètement indépendantes.
Elle a été restaurée avec goût en 2014 dans un style contemporain mais tout en conservant son charme. Elle abrite un grand séjour, un salon avec télévision, une cuisine entièrement équipée (plaque électrique à induction, lave-vaisselle, four, four à micro-ondes, frigo, cave à vin, congélateur, machine à café Nespresso, cafetière électrique, bouilloire, grille-pain, presse-agrumes), des toilettes de jour, et à l'étage, 3 chambres en suite avec salle de bains (douches à l'italienne) et 3 toilettes privées, 3 télévisions à écran plat.
La maison est entièrement climatisée, équipée d'un système domotique et d'un serveur musical.
Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un grand lit double (2 lits en 180, 1 lit en 160) avec une literie haut de gamme, de rideaux et volets occultants.
Pour votre confort, nous fournissons le linge : draps, serviettes de toilette et de bain pour la piscine.
A l'extérieur, vous pourrez profiter d'un grand jardin, vous restaurer à l'ombre de la terrasse, vous offrir un moment de détente dans la piscine avec plage immergée (chauffée de mai à septembre), ou profiter du jacuzzi.

Our family of 4 including 2 children ages 7 & 9 absolutely loved our stay at Anne and Vincent’s home. The pool was a huge hit and the home is beautiful!! Anne went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay.

The Domaine Pre Holy was spectacular. The house is wonderful and the grounds are even nicer. The pool, jacuzzi and bocce ball were enjoyed throughout our stay. Anne and Vincent were gracious hosts and very accommodating. Avignon was a perfect location for wine tours, getting to the Mediterranean and enjoying the walled city. Truly and magical trip.

This property is amazing! Our small group felt like we had a five-star resort all to ourselves. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was a joy to work in and the open living room and dining area was very comfortable. We all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor spaces, the pool, cabana, and dining area. We were torn between going on short day trips and relaxing at our "resort."
It was also nice to have Carolina and her beautiful Golden Retriever, Floki nearby. She was able to answer our questions and made us feel welcome.
Our host, Anne, also made us feel very welcome. She was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful home and property! From the moment the gate opened we were awestruck. The amenities are amazing. The pool, pool house, dining patio and grounds are not only convenient and well appointed, but beautiful. Everything we needed and wanted was there. The design and artwork in the house creates a beautiful vibe. The house is perfectly wired for lighting and sound.
Our hosts, Anne & Vincent, made us feel like we were at home. Carolina took great care of us during our stay, even making us a snack, unexpectedly, one afternoon.
We cannot wait to return to this piece of paradise in the Provençal sun!

We loved our stay at Domaine Pre Joly. The property is exquisitely decorated and the outdoor area is luxurious. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped for self-catering all your market purchases. The host was thoughtful, attentive and responsive at all times.

A wonderful property tucked away just outside Avignon. Extremely private home and yard even though it is right in the residential neighborhood. It's too far to walk to Avignon Centre, but there are boulangeries and cafés just down the street.
The house is immaculate, roomy, beautifully decorated, and the pool was a delight. I wish we could have stayed for a year!

This property is even more beautiful than it appeared in the photos! So much space to relax and enjoy time away with friends. Anne the host was also so sweet and very helpful with getting us checked in and out smoothly. Would 10/10 stay here again the next time I visit Avignon!

The home and grounds are gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It was hot in France while we were there, so we were grateful for good air conditioning and a lovely pool. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. It helped a lot to have a washing machine given the hot weather. We met only our hostess, who was charming. We had a couple of teen granddaughters with us, and they also loved this property. The decor was modern and also beautiful. I hope we can return some day.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It's exactly as listed. Clean and well equipped. It was hot while we were here in early July and the a/c worked well and was a welcome retreat in the heat of the afternoon. We didn't do any cooking ourselves but we ordered dinner for the first night when we were arrived and were so grateful that Carolina had provided a delightful set of options for us to eat, including 3 vegetarians in our group. We would stay here again in a second. You must have a rental car in this area. The village is very quiet. We visited the bakery but went to Avignon and other villages for all of our outings. Communication with owners was very quick. Thank you so much for opening this to rentals!

This was an absolutely beautiful house and property, and the most friendly and gracious hosts who provided so many extra special touches, we felt totally pampered. Wine stocked fridge, fresh fruit, dinner upon arrival, fresh flowers, desserts…..if not for the fact that we wanted to see the rest of the surrounding area, we would have been happy to stay here and relax for the three days. We wished we could stay longer. Best VRBO ever!!!

We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very friendly and courteous. Nicely decorated and beautiful yard. One thing to note is the owners live on the property which is not disclosed on the listing. They maintained our privacy but it did make us a little self conscious at first when the kids were playing in the yard and making too much noise. They stated the pool would be heated but it was cold. The hot tub was on sometimes and other nights it was not. The owner has control so a late night soak was not always possible. There is only a washing machine, no dryer for clothes which created a much longer time spent to do laundry (and work to hang on the line and remember to bring in before any inclement weather). There is also no coat closet at the entry so it always felt a little messy hanging jackets on the chairs etc. rooms have very limited closet room and drawers for storing so pack conservatively. All in all we had a great stay and enjoyed Carolina, Anne and Vincent. We spent time near the end with them and they were gracious and lovely hosts. We manage/host many properties ourselves in Cabo San Lucas so we are always a little more picky than the average.

Beautiful house set just outside of Avignon. Anne was very helpful with helping us with restaurant reservations and things to do around Provence. The grounds are lovely and make for a perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine and some cheese while reading a book.

We’re ready to move in permanently. The house was amazing. Comfortable and well laid out. The grounds were like a park and immaculate. The jacuzzi in its own building was great. We asked that there be a dinner for us since we were driving across France to get there. Not only was everything tasty but there was delicious gluten-free bread for me. Anne was helpful and always responsive. We hope to return again.

We spent a week at Pré Joli. The property is beautiful. We were 3 couples and felt very comfortable in this spacious and beautifully decorated home. The grounds are spectacular.

This home exceeded all expectations and provided us with everything we needed- a pool, full kitchen and three en-suite bedrooms. The home is stunningly remodeled and is perfect for entertaining. Amazing property just outside of town in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very central location to exploring all of the many hill towns and quaint villages of Southern France. Has all the amenities you want. 3 spacious bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Large spacious kitchen and dining room. Huge grounds with swimming pool and cabana house. Pictures do not give you a sense of how big the property actually is. Would not hesitate to stay there again on our next trip to Provence.

Amazing property
We had an incredible stay at this property. Anne is one of the best hosts we've encountered, ensuring we had what we needed to make the stay perfect. The property itself is sparkling clean and very well equipped with everything we needed (and more). The pool was closed when we were there in April, but we imagine it would be amazing in the summer. We still spent time lounging in the pool house, using the hot tub, and my children enjoyed playing on the large lawn. The villa was well located with easy access to Avignon and surrounding villages. My family is already talking about returning next summer!

Beautiful Property with Great Hosts
This is a truly beautiful property. It was perhaps the cleanest property we've ever rented. It was obvious that a tremendous amount of effort has gone into the design and decoration of the property.
The grounds are also amazing. The pool was not filled due to the time of year that we visited (which was communicated to us at the time we booked) but if you did visit during pool season, it would be a fantastic set up.
In terms of Location, it is in a quiet area but all the necessities are close by and the centre tourist area of Avignon is a 15 minute drive.
Again this is a very special property and I would strongly recommend it to anyone.

The housekeeper was absolutely wonderful and made sure to do her work whilst we were blissfully unaware at poolside or out and about. Super friendly and helpful without being intrusive at all!
The property felt so safe and secure we didn't feel the need to lock the house up when we nipped out to shops and could fully relax poolside with no worries!

The Domaine pre Joly is a beauty, and there is nothing you could miss on your trip. It’s more than that, you are expecting a house with self service, but with the household nanny as your neighbour you enjoy your day while everything is made up and cleaned, the pool prepared and closed in the evening. And Anne is always giving a hand in case of any inquiries.
Overall, the whole family was more than happy and hopefully we made it once again to Avignon.

Anne and Vincent were gracious hosts at an amazing property. It's a beautifully renovated historic house that was completely spotless and comfortable - the pictures don't do it justice.
The welcome basket was a real treat with incredibly fresh fruit. We enjoyed our time in the pool and hanging around the cabana. Plus the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Don't miss this VRBO. Having rented more than 20 homes over 20 years it's by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in at an extremely affordable price!

Even Better than the photos!
The property is outstanding! Easily the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed at. The owners and their assistant are very nice and helpful. You get the benefits of a home rental and the perks of a hotel, it was really nice to have the beds made and the house tidied up everyday. We took advantage of the pool, outdoor living area snd the jacuzzi. As others have said before, I only wish we had allowed more time to enjoy the home.

The Best Ever
If you want to treat yourself to an outstanding home and property, you MUST stay here. This is the best home we have ever rented! The home was elegantly furnished, the showers were huge with rain shower heads, the kitchen was fully equipped, the pool was clean and set at the perfect temperature, there was a large pool house to lounge in, and the owners were delightful. Anne and Vincent were so helpful and Caroline, who greeted us when we came in, spoke little English but was so much fun and so gracious. Every area was so clean, neat, and pleasing to the eye. We are very thankful we had the opportunity to stay here. Thank you, Anne and Vincent!!!!!!

What a magnificent home. Anne and Vincent manage this house like a deluxe hotel, with a warm welcome and constant availability if needed. The grounds and home are more beautiful than the photos. Loved the location with bakery and grocery store a ten minute walk. A dream vacation in a dream house.

Excellent apartment with great amenities
Great apartment for up to 6 guests (3 couples) with modern bathrooms, great air conditioning and superior amenities. We were in Avignon, France during a heat wave and were still able to have a great time because of the amenities of the apartment. It is in a safe and secure area. The pool was excellent and saved the day after a 111 degree F day of touring. The host was available and responsive and helped with dining suggestions. The apartment was super clean and the host supplied so nice touches to make us welcome.
