The only thing that was ok was the price, ahahah. At the day of arrival they sent me a message that that they do not provide towels and I need to give them 200pesos cash deposit. I told them this was the first time when hotel do not provide towels and their comment was priceless: Yes, because we are the cheapest hotel in Cozumel. Well, you sure are.

Room was not cleaned before ny arrival. The bathroom was fool of women long hair all over the place. There were used napkins under the bad. The smell if the room was like in a cave and the lighting was so poor that I had to keep my room door open otherwise I felt like in a cellar. When I showed the guy on the recetion that my room was never cleaned he said they can only clean it tomorrow, but I was l leaving in the morning, so this would not help me. Hopefully, they at least did it for another guest. Awful experience.

The location is good, close to the center. The AC worked quite well. They have info on tours and rentals but I didn't use any of that. Decently clean. Not a bad place for the price.

Smelled a bit musty in the room. Wifi doesn't really reach inside the room.

The one guy that was there when I checked in was very nice!

I did not sleep at all the one night I stayed. the bed was so hard and lumpy which I don’t know how it can be both those things at once, but it was. no water provided but I could have lived with that. I have pressure point issues and I was in so much pain the next day. I looked for a new room during the night and booked so I could move the next morning. of course, I could not get a refund, even a partial refund. I did ask the guy at the desk if they had a topper that might help with the firmness or another bed that might be better and all he said was,”no”. I suspect he did not know what I was talking about but he also didn’t try. I do have a translator app on my phone that I could have used but he just walked away. There were gaps in the door frame so big you could see into the room if you wanted and the ceiling fan was shaking so hard I thought I was going to decapitate me firming the night. it was very loud, but that was not the properties fault. at one point, there were 3 of us waiting in the hall for someone that works there because we all needed him (not the guy who checked me in) one guest was supposed to meet him to book/do a snorkelling tour and he was not there. I ended up paying for two places at the same time because I just couldn’t stay there. if you are one of those lucky people that can “sleep anywhere”, this is the place for you, otherwise, I’d suggest somewhere else.

The two gentlemen who work here, Ismael and Sebastian are both very helpful and kind. Ismael booked a snorkel tour for us and Sebastian gave us a map and told us of where many things that we should see are located on the island. The hotel has a fantastic central location, and is within walking distance of both the airport and ferry. There are multiple decent markets and restaurants within 2 blocks.

BED BUGS

I’ve woken up with what appears to be bed bug itchy bites in clusters all over my body. There’s too many for them to be mosquito bites, I’ve reported this to booking.com. The shared bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks with muddy foot prints and lots of black hairs where someone has shaved all on the floor. The second bed on our room had a wet mark / stain. Go spend your money somewhere else .

Good location Cheap

Check in and check out was pretty complicated and bad organised. Even though there was someone in the building they let us wait for 20 minutes on the street. Only after writing on Whatsapp he opened the door. Didnt react to the doorbell

The host from Argentina was so sweet for us. The place has perfect location, close to the city center. Good value for money. There is a fridge to share.

Sower could get some maintenance. We waited a bit for the guy to open doors.

Sebastian is super friendly and helpful Nice that there is a fridge available outside the room to keep your food and drinks cold. The hotel is outside the very touristic area. Lots of typical local Mexican places nearby where you can eat (cheap).

The smell in the room (of mold). There are bikes for rent but they're not so good.

The place was clean when we arrived, and what was really nice was, that we could use two beds with the 2 of us. They we're very welcoming us and gave recommendations where to go when renting a scooter. Really nice shower with a good amount of water pressure and temperature. And high enough with us being tall. The ac works really well. When we checked out we could leave our bags for a little while. Great location, not far from town and not far from the supermarket. Quiet area.

The front door is not fire safe, as it is always locked. You've got to use the key that you have to turn a few times to open it. The bathroom bin should be emptied every day. Had to ask for toilet paper. Also a sweep over the floor would have been nice as we stayed for 3 nights. Wifi wasn't strong enough to reach to our room. There's no kitchen supplies, we've bought yoghurt but no bowls or spoons to use. We saw you we're renovating some rooms, a side board would be nice to put some stuff on. And some hooks/bars on the wall to dry your towel or hang a bag.

Felt immediately welcomed and at home. Every single person we interacted with was super lovely and helpful. I live not so far from Cozumel and for a short trip, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We got a very thorough introduction to the island and super helpful tips on what to see, do, and eat. Will definitely come back.

Nothing, really! The place is well located, not far from the port and city center but just enough tucked so that is not loud at all.

Where do I start. Firstly I was greeted by a cockroach that flew at my face and landed on the curtain. I was then greeted by the foulest smelling bathroom. There was hair on the floor, so presuming it hadn’t been hovered very well, If at all. The mattress was lumpy and a single pancake pillow given. We ran out of loo roll on the first day, but the staff didn’t always seem to be there, so had to wait until the third day to ask for loo roll and extra pillows. No mini fridge to store water. Unsure if it was a resident or staff member that had a moped in the hall way right out side our door, so around 8am they continually tried to start the broken moped, waking us up. At around 9am on the second morning they decided to start hammering against our adjacent wall. so even if we wanted to chill in the room for a couple hours, we couldn’t hear each other! In a nutshell, not clean, not comfy, very loud noises through thin walls and wouldn’t recommend as there are other accommodations just as cheap, but better around.

Very nice staff. They helped us with scooter rental and showed us the best places to eat an the best beaches to snorkel. Hotel has very good location right in the city center. The rooms are big vith comfortable beds. We liked it a lot!

Quite a lot of mosquitos around.

The accommodation is well located: quiet location, but in 10 min you are in the city center. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The price/quality ratio of the accommodation is excellent. Sebastian and Ismael gave us many helpful tips for our excursions and recommendations for different restaurants. Very friendly staff!

There were some serious issues with this property and communication from the manager, BUT Sebastian, saved this place from being a complete and utter disaster. He was incredibly nice and helpful - really great! The room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable. When we were moved eventually to a room with private bathroom the shower was great (With hot water).

The communication, accuracy of the description and general attitude of the manager were awful! We originally booked a double room with shared bathroom, having read some reviews quickly and noting one saying the hot water was good (an important point for us). After showering in the shared bathroom it was very cold (water pressure was also terrible). Initially we thought we just didn’t know how to use it (it had an electric shower head and we did get shocked!). We asked the receptionist for help and he said the shared bathroom doesn’t have hot water at all. We asked if it was possible to change rooms but sadly the rooms with hot shower were all booked. So we asked for a refund (only for the remaining days, not for the full amount) and we could find another hotel that suited us. The manager proceeded to tell us they wouldn’t give us anything as the hotel description never said it offered hot water. We explained about basic expectations of accommodations and simply pointed out that we only wanted to be comfortable and being refunded the remaining 2 days and finding something else would be the best solution. The manager refused and was rude. Awful attitude and customer service. Meanwhile Sebastian, the receptionist was amazing, offering for us to use the hot shower after one group had checked out but prior to the next checking in, extremely nice. He then organised a private room on the last day. The cleanliness of the shared bathroom was also really bad.
