beach front, awesome and helpful staffs

It’s not (only) a property problem but the leak of proper infrastructure of the local makes it difficult to park the car, although I managed to leave the car inside the place in the first night

Very cute pousada right at the beach. Very friendly staff and the owner did everything to accommodate our needs. Marcelo gave us ideas of where to go, how to do it and where to eat and so on.

Everything was great.

The location is amazing right in front of the sea with its own private entrance and a path that leads to an empty and natural beach. The breakfast was incredible, I've never had one with so many different fruits and delicious dishes, definitely one of the best breakfasts I've had in a Pousada. The staff is amazing and willing to help with anything you may need, from restaurant recommendations to tour reservations.

The room was a bit dark but still quite comfortable.

The owner, Marcelo, is fabulous. He was in regular contact prior to and during our stay, providing ideas for activities and restaurant reservations. The location is great and there are beach chairs and coolers provided. The room was large and sufficiently appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Marcelo has a variety of local wood carvings for sale.

We paid as much for this place as for some of the nicest hotels in Brazil. We booked a manatee tour, which turned out to be a boat taking us to a spot where there were vendors selling things, loud music, and multitudes taking selfies. The boat driver dumped us out and just motioned a general direction in which to look. Based on a variety of other wildlife experiences in Brazil, we were expecting to be taken out in the boat to search in more secluded areas for the manatee until we spotted one or our time was up, whichever came first. Avoid this option!

the owner and staff do everything to please you, breakfast is top, the location is ideal and the rooms are very clean

the television channels are few and the room lacks safe.

The host was very nice. Served me an amazing breakfast during the morning, before the beginning of my stay and was very help with what I needed for work. He also helped me to plan my bike route for the next day, what was very useful in the end. Also, it is beachfront and stepping out of the yard, you are already on the sand.

Great pleace..Great people, great hosts. Few meters from the sea, sand on feet. Marcelo is an outstanding host. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The sea in front of the Pousada Refugio is amazing, turquoise, warm. No crowded. Very peaceful. If you want to relax, that’s the place in Sao Miguel dos Milagres. Toque beach. Pousada Refúgio dos Milagres.
