fabulous place our dogs loved running around outside, cozy inside, shame about the wind and the banging of the poor gutter that the wind ripped off! Apart from that a great stay

Lovely property with beautiful water views and garden. Cosy fireplace and coffee machine for a lovely cuppa listening to the morning bird calls. We enjoyed our stay very mich

Lovely private house in the country with views of rolling hills and farm animals. Great for relaxing whilst being 15 minutes from the cafes and sights of San Remo and Philip Island.

A lovely trip away with family. Great location and very private, would love to return again!

Nice location but there is no sufficient air conditioning. Went there over the last weekend with temperatures hitting 35 plus for over 3 days. Only one air conditioner in the living area. None of the rooms had individual air conditioning.

We totally unwound for 2 days. So peaceful with a beautiful view from back decking all the way to the ocean. The sunsets were amazing. Spacious and relaxing home. We would say our stay was perfect. Only criticism would be we wanted to have a BBQ and there wasn't any gas in the gas bottle.. otherwise was a wonderful weekend away.

Stunning rural location, peaceful. Gorgeous wood fire but no firewood ready, blunt axe. Had to drive 30 mins to get fire-starters and find wood. Stale coffee. No milk for welcome cuppa. No bottle opener. Rug and bedding worse for wear. Visitor book full from years ago. I bought another for others to record their memories. Rusting shelf and tiles broken in shower. Disappointing but would stay again for tranquility and view. Just bring your own everything. !!

Peaceful location, comfortable beds and a well laid out property within short driving distance to beach and towns. Kids and dogs enjoyed the wide open spaces.

Overall pleased with stay. Needs a new BBQ as was completely rusted out.

Overall we had a wonderful stay, however they can improve immensely on the cleanliness of the property. We had unclean microwave, no bins, dirty tissues left in a room. Highly recommend checking the coffee machine and the filter before use to ensure it is clean. There was no tissues/alfoil/glad wrap etc so pls make sure if you are staying and wanting to use the kitchen to cook bring your own.
Location is great, nice and quiet and space for our dogs, great view!

We did have a lovely stay, the house was cosy and the new kitchen was great. Some of the facilities and amenities a little more rusty than rustic and could do with a deep clean and some repairs

Rolling hills
Lovely place to stay, room for everyone with beautiful views, plenty of space for kids to explore. With a little tweaking and attention to detail could be a 5 star property.

Relaxing getaway
The house was a nice open plan. Very quiet, being in a rural area. Bed was very comfortable. The house was well equipped. Plenty to visit in the area. Close to Cowes/San Remo and Inverloch. Stayed for two nights, could easily have stayed longer.

Great getaway
Easy check in, this house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very well equipped kitchen, loved the coffee machine! Comfy couches, nicely decorated rooms. Coonara and plenty of wood. Beautiful view from the hilltop back down to the ocean. Would stay again.

RELAXATION
My trip was booked for a break away with my husband to switch off and relax. This property provided just that and more!!!
The images presented do not to the place justice. The place has been renovated and I was surprised at how beautiful and cosy it was. The outdoor atmosphere with those views was an amazing bonus which really allowed us to relax
The only downside we experienced is there is no entire property fencing (which we were aware of) but in addition the space stated to be fenced for dogs wasn't secure as the side door didn't shut at all and the space inside wasn't cleaned up. This meant having to keep any eye out on my dog always to ensure it didn't walk off to the road. Easy fix so thought I'd note it. (However if you ever get a chance to put a fence on the entire property that would be amazing!)
Other quick feedback - please state where kindling is for the fireplace. We went looking for some and tried making it as we couldn't find any till the last day in a small hidden box but it wouldn't have been enough either way.
Other than the above everything was perfect and will 100% be returning :)

Perfect for 6 adults who like to cook and 2 dogs who like to run ( after rabbits!)! Fantastic location and views. Even adults can climb trees and go scrumping for apples. The floor plan 0nline had only one toilet and a galley kitchen- the real thing had 2 bathrooms and a n extensive cooking area- bonus!!

Country by the seaside
Lovely getaway incorporating quiet countryside with stunning views and 20min drive to San Remo.
Very quiet and just the right amount of space for the family. Only negative was the house needed some extra TLC as had alot of spider webs and spiders outside on the deck and exterior and rooms were a little dusty. Needed to have a good all over clean inside and out for the price. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Spider infestation
First impressions of the house & farm were great, however we were not happy with the cleanliness & most of all the amount of spiders. Please consider getting the house sprayed for spiders as this is the only reason we will not return. Otherwise the property was lovely.

Beautiful location
We spent 10 days here over summer and loved coming back to the sanctuary of this home after being at the beach and exploring local areas. Every morning and evening was we sat on the decking and admired the view. It was so peaceful and rejuvenating. The kids played cricket on the expansive lawns and the sky was littered with a spectacular star show at night. We did have a few hiccups during our stay (bathrooms flooding due to water drainage problems, broken blinds not opening or shutting in kids room, and long grass around clothes line and through orchid making us very snake wary)... however the rental coordinators were fantastic to deal with and fixed problems as soon as possible. I would recommend this property - more so to families with younger children as unfortunately the bunk beds did not have proper mattresses (thin foam as opposed to spring mattresses). The renovated kitchen is MUCH better than depicted in the pictures (the photos need updating)... It's been opened up and modernised.

Welcomed by little bunnies on the driveway got our getaway started amusingly after a long lockdown. It looks modern and clean inside with nice and beautiful panoramic ocean and field view from the kitchen and terrace. The kitchen was equipped so well that I could cook without any problem.A small shower room inside of master room looked renovated recently because it has a beautiful and clean shower booth. Two fur babies roamed and ran around the house days and nights. My one year old son also enjoyed crawling, walking around in&outside on his second getaway here. It was close enough to get to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. We definitely will come back here soon!

Amazing views
Amazing views instantly instil a sense of serenity as and tranquility. My dog loved running through the small orchard and my son had plenty of room to kick the footy. The house had a lot of character and country charm and was immaculate inside as well as very comfortable and cosy. Quick drive to the beach and shops.

You MUST stay at Kilcunda Coast House! Phillip Island seems to be crowded with holiday houses but this property is quiet, remote and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes drive to the beach. 20 mins to Cowes in one direction and 10 mins to Wonthaggi in the other. There was so many amazing things to do but we just wanted to chill out on the back deck with a cuppa, watch the kids play and the cows roam about the paddocks. The weather was mild even though it was winter - the kids had a ball - we had such a relaxing time (thanks for the magazine collection to read!) and could happily have stayed (or even moved in permanently!!) much much longer. A true gem and should we venture that way again we will stay at Kilcunda Coast House for sure.

Lovely property to relax
The pictures don't do this property justice. Everything thought of for a real family getaway. Just what we needed, just not long enough.

Family Get Together
We stayed at the Kilcunda Coast House with my brother and his family and had a great time. This was our second stay and we were pleasantly surprised that the property had undergone recent renovations to include a brand new kitchen and a more open plan layout. The house is in a great location with amazing views and we were very happy to stay here again.
Our one complaint was that there was no washing up liquid, dishcloths, spray & wipe or soap when we arrived. My husband was travelling separately so he had to make a detour to pick up supplies. There were no matches to light the fire so we had to buy those too. I did contact the lovely agent and she was most apologetic and asked us to send the receipt for reimbursement. It was a frustrating start to our weekend but wouldn't stop us from coming back.
We would highly recommend staying at this lovely house!!

Beautiful House
Stunning house. Was cleaned and ready for us.
Had an absolutely amazing time with friends and it was pet friendly with a beautiful big backyard. Will definately be rebooking in the future.
Only minor issue was the plates and bowls as they were on the smaller side and the coffee table was a bit unsteady.

Well provisioned & equipped - a pleasure to stay here
Excellent property. Well maintained, incredibly well equipped (everything thought of), especially for our fur-baby. Clean, bright & private. Ideally located. Friendly owners.
If we decide to revisit Phillip Island, it will definitely be at the top of our preferred accommodation list.

Very presentable with everything you need at your finger tips
Such a great property - everything you need is there, all in great condition.
Very well designed, with multiple versatile spaces, and lots of space.
We didn't use outside much as just used the house as a base to use the beach and explore P.I
My children went searching for books and games, but were not disappointed with the Play Station!
Thanks.

Relaxing quiet weekender
Nice secluded family home in an awesome location. Beds and Doona's were perfect. A few grumbles though - dishwasher failed to do its job properly so we did by hand, but no draining board so had to use our towels. The plastic drainer supplied was filthy and unusable. We were expecting an open fire but the heater was an coonara type Fire, lots of wood ready to go though, a nice touch.

Peaceful and Private with Great Views
The property is located in a beautiful setting with lovely views from the back verandah and huge expanses of soft grass for the kids or dog to play backyard cricket, soccer, etc. Our kids had a great time exploring the outdoors during our time there. The inside was clean and comfortable with good attention to quality - good quality mattresses, nice linen & towels, good crockery and heaps of cutlery. The inside was not as spacious as we imagined, but the outside more than made up for it. Overall, a great mind & body break away.
