We had 21 people staying, there was room for all. We did buy an extra coffee pot since there was only 1. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Would suggest another bunk in the movie room and maybe a curtain in the master bath so it can be used while people are in the room. Overall a great stay. would go back again.

The house was great, provided excellent space for coworking and team bonding; kitchen was well appointed. The only 2 drawbacks were 1) alarm had unread messages and incessantly beeped until we cleared them (look a few days -, and 2) many of the lightbulbs were burned out/ did not work.

Basement bathtub was too stained and dirty to be used and the faucet handle fell off when we tried to clean it. The main bathroom had a very mildew smelling curtain. The master bath had mineral deposits that made the tub feel unclean.
There were a dozen dead flies on the window sill in the master bedroom.
The house was worn but worked well for our group. We left it very tidy and started the laundry as asked. All the trash was carefully contained and deposited in the cans.
There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beautiful back yard and a large driveway made it a great place for a group. If the bathrooms can be updated and overall cleaned more thoroughly this would be a premier home and one we would use again.

The check in process was a breeze. The overall home was perfect for our needs, however, we did have issues. The A/C was just replaced and hadn't cooled the house yet, so our first day was really hot.
Maintenance came and he was really great -- helped us find fans, checked up on things, etc.
The customer service people gave us the wrong wifi password, so none of our group could access the wifi for the first few hours.
There is a chair downstairs where the foot rail is broken. On the back row of the theater chairs, the arm on the far left was literally only connected at the bottom, so it wobbled to the point where we thought it was going to fall completely off.
The door to the theater doesn't latch at all without me using all of my strength to lift up on the knob.
There is a huge patch in the wall of the theater that isn't painted and is poorly done.
The left side of the foosball table has come apart. You can see the dowels where it is supposed to be connected.
The water in the door on the fridge is warm.
The steps leading to the back door are not done to code. The thickness of each step is different. We had 3 of our group fall on those steps.
The kitchen is sparsely stocked. I brought most of what I cooked with from home.
Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this place to enjoy a large family holiday gathering. We enjoyed the spaciousness that allowed us to come together and at the same time have a private room to retreat. My only complaint was the check in process, they sent me the wrong access code to the door and it took us about 30 minutes standing in the freezing cold to try to get in and no one was answering the phone or email; at one point I even feared I might have been scammed! Someone eventually answered the phone and we were able to get in but I was not happy about that. And we lost 30 minutes of time I had paid for.

Multi-family three day stay and the house worked very well. Good location and most things in working condition. Would be five stars but house does need some attention: broken cabinet in kitchen, billiards table in disrepair, foosball table needs work, interior paint touch ups, window sills need cleaning, yard needs work, and front door needs attention.
Bedrooms plenty large enough, living room fantastic and basement/rec area very functional for us. Driveway large enough for vehicles and neighborhood was quiet.

We had a great vacation with family. We had 19 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Very convenient location near grocery store and restaurants. Not a bad drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon to the ski resorts. Overall, the house was in good condition with everything we needed. Hot tub could be a little hotter, dishwasher and can opener could stand to be replaced. We bought a manual can opener and left it for the next renters. A few complaints from those in the group who slept on the bunk beds but I'm sure they would be fine for kids. Had a little trouble with the projector in the movie room but the Utah's Best team sent someone over and it was fixed immediately. The game room was the highlight. Our group enjoyed playing foosball and ping pong. We will definitely be back!

The rental experience for this property was overall positive and supported 3.5 days of skiing at four local resorts during the stay. The property was clean and minor maintenance items were addressed within hours. The guests appreciated access to the property slightly outside of the normal window with proper communication to the company. Plenty of room was available for multiple guests to have their own space, and square footage in the house doesn't disappoint for a big group. Amenities such as the video room, ping pong table, and a separate basement level meant guests were not on top of each other the whole trip. During our stay, the hot top did not heat above 99 degrees and the fireplace upstairs did not work. The fireplace issue was completely resolved within hours but even after reset of the system, the maintenance attention on the hot tub did not solve the problem. All things considered, this rental experience was more positive than not. The only real issue for the guests during the stay was a hot tub was on the tepid side. While it was disappointing to have that happen since the trip was ski-focused, our group appreciated the quick response on maintenance and overall the house was very clean and rules and notes about technology clearly articulated.
A quick note on technology: the cable TV service was basic and all of the TVs were not set up well for accessing streaming services like Netflix, Prime, etc. (Some were with a bit of work, but not all.) Wireless internet, however, gave multiple guests no problems and was better than average. I'd rate the TVs and other display technology in this house as average after renting ski houses in different areas over a decade.
