The location of the apartment was great! Angelos was a very attentive host who was willing to answer all of our questions even at 1 am in the morning (we had a very late check-in)! The terrace view was absolutely amazing!

We loved the seaview, the three comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was also spacious, we appreciated the coffee machine. ☕️ We found the sight of the roofs around just fabulous. On a cold day we could see the peaks of the Olympos.

The apartment was spacious, very tidy, clean and very well equipped. Our check in went smoothly and the host was super helpful and always ready to provide any additional information we needed about the nearby cafes, the public transportation or anything, he was even kind enough to leave us coffee pods for the coffee machine when checking in. Also I didn't expect each bedroom to have their own isolated balcony which was a plus. The huge veranda overlooked the neighborhood and we had a view of the sea. Overall great value for money and would definitely book it again.

The location was a tiny bit far away from the center maybe 15-20 minutes walking from the apartment but still quite near and walkable distance.

Wonderful and well-appointed apartment! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Three great sized bedrooms, each with their own small balcony which let in the beautiful Greek sunshine! Very much enjoyed the large balcony which was off of the main living area. The host was very responsive and kind! Thank you Angelos!

I was initially concerned that parking would be an issue in this residential area, but fortunately was always able to find parking a few steps away!

The location was good. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Everything was new and it had everything you need for your stay. The host, Angelos, was very nice and helpful with us! We highly recommend it!

Renovated new apartment with double beds in bedrooms and modern furniture. Nice view from the veranda to the sea. Hot water and heating. Walking distance from main square. Angelos our host was amazing giving us directions where to get the key for the place and welcoming us to Thessaloniki. He enquired if everything was ok and we had communication when needed. He responded immediately. Located in nice quiet area.

Floor mat in bathroom could have been a clean floor towel for each booking instead of a small carpet.

We were first time in Thessaloniki. We loved the city. The apartment was great. We were delighted of the apartment. Clean and you have everything that you need. The bed was like you sleep on the clouds. Next time we are staying there for sure.

Our host was very helpful, kind, everything was set, waiting for us. Also, he was available for many very useful tips (all via Whatsapp and very prompt) Thank you Angelo. The apartment is comfy, with everythig you need. I was really happy to find dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, coffe machine (with a pack of capsules), water-heater, even a washing machine. Bathroom VERY clean, with enough room that my wife could fit all her accessories. TV's in every room (with internet access). Internet was REALLY good (if you have kids you know how important it is... and also for my work). It is not "central" location but it is much more quiet and you can find a free parking spot (which is not the case downtown), and parking garages are very expensive (4e/hour.... 15e/day). Still you get to Ladadika in 10min walk or to White tower in 15-20. Central control for heating is something that was really appreciated (since it is January). Also, both bedrooms have AC. The terrace is fabulous... with great view of the city.

Not much to say here. There is only one thing that was not perfect, and we have a suggestion that would make winter-guests even happier. un-perfect thing: - pillows (extremely soft for my taste) suggestion: - putting a gas-heater on the terrace (like in a cafe)... because it is sooo nice to be there and it was a bit cold in the afternoon/night to sit there.

Normally I'm too lazy or too busy, but this time I really need to male an exception. Angelos our host, super polite and friendly, was going out of his way to help us and was always there available. Check-in and check-out all easy and relaxed. Location very quiet but 15min on foot.to city centre. And then the view of literally the entire city + mountains and sea. You see both sunrise and sunset, actually we arrived just at the moment of a glowing sunset (it was December) where you could see Mt Olympus on the other side of Thessaloniki bay. You have both the city and a feeling of holidays hovering above. Ideal.

Aggelos (the host) is very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our staying is perfect. The view from apartment is gorgeous and you can also find a parking place in the nearby even though the city is very crowded.

The appartment was very cleand and spacious. Very good contact with the host Aggelos, the terrace was absolutely amazing.

The refrigerator was freezing too much (there is no flap for the internal freezer).

The guest manager is very attentionate and tries all he can to make sure everything is ok, but he is not the owner and so not the decision maker. The terrasse is large and has a nice view over the port although most of the view is actually over the top of uninterresting nearby buildings. The location is about 20 mins walk from the nice part of the city with lots of shops and good restaurants..

The size of the 2 bedrooms appartement is around 35-40 m2 which is much smaller than the 60 m2 stated in the description. There is not much space to move around once you put your suitcase on the bedrooms floor. The kitchen is well equipped but also quite small. So is the bathroom. There is no other room / no living room. The elevator is missing one of the doors which makes it dangerous to use. The street area has no interrest and is not well maintained with lots of rubish on the ground. It is also difficult to find a parking space nearby.

The host was very nice and welcoming, he left clear instructions how to get in the apartment. The place was cozy, had separate bedrooms, kitchen and a very nice balcony with beautiful sunset views. Actually, there are two balconies in this apartment- one on each side of the place, since this is technically a penthouse type of a place. The value for money is really good.

The surrounding neighboorhood was a little on the dirty side, but that is to be expected from many places around Thessaloniki. Note: This has nothing to do with the cleanliness and quality of the apartment itself!

The location was great - close to plenty of bars and restaurants- the host (Aggelos) was very nice, always maintaining contact, attentive, considerate and gave us great tips. Thee place was clean and tidy and the balcony is great to have dinner and chill. They also had equipments and amenities that made daily activities easier, like an iron, washing machine, etc.

Related to the whole area: parking can be difficult, as the area is always crowded and the streets are narrow.

Communication with the host was perfect, the property was wonderful, with great view to the sea.

Very nice and spacious apartments, kitchen fully equipped with a coffee machine and capsules provided. Amazing terrace to enjoy any meal, nice view. Every room has an AC, which is necessary during our stay in June. Aggelos was friendly, communicative and provided useful information for our stay. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Good location, walking distance to the city center. We enjoyed our stay at Seaview Deluxe apartments.

AC in one room made noises when operating, so it was impossible to sleep while having it on.
