Une luxueuse maison de ville de 2 étages récemment rénovée située au cœur de Portstewart, sur la très populaire Promenade, qui regorge d’excellents restaurants, cafés et boutiques.
Le logement est présenté à un niveau de qualité élevé pour un séjour agréable et confortable dans la station balnéaire animée. La plage et les parcours de golf de renommée mondiale sont à une courte distance. Il y a beaucoup de transports en commun pour explorer toute la fabuleuse côte nord.
La maison de ville est lumineuse, aérée et très confortable - idéale pour les couples, les familles, les voyageurs d’affaires ou les golfeurs.
L'espace offert comprend 3 lits king size, 2 chambres doubles et 4 salles de douche. La chambre principale possède également une baignoire. Il y a une spacieuse cuisine entièrement équipée et une buanderie et une grande salle familiale séparée. Il y a une belle vue sur la mer de toutes les chambres donnant sur l'avant. Un escalier mène de la porte d'entrée au premier étage. Le salon, la cuisine, une chambre king-size et une grande salle de douche se trouvent à cet étage avec 4 chambres supplémentaires et 3 salles de bains au dernier étage. La buanderie a une machine à laver, sèche-linge, micro-ondes et lit Voyage et chaise haute. Un sèche-cheveux se trouve également dans la chambre principale. Produits de douche, shampoing et revitalisant fournis dans toutes les salles de douche
La maison en rangée est chauffée au gaz et fonctionne sur un système à deux pneus qui permet de chauffer la propriété différemment à chaque étage. Il a WiFi et Sky TV.
Il y a beaucoup de choix pour manger et boire sur la promenade ou plus loin dans le village toujours populaire de Portrush.
Un parking public est disponible directement devant la porte d'entrée. Si ce n'est pas le cas, un parking supplémentaire est disponible à une très courte distance à pied (2 minutes).

Great location, clean, spacious and well kept. Patricia was a perfect host. She met us after our distillery tour of Bushmills as we were slightly delayed and she was all smiles and super helpful. Coupled with perfect weather, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Our group of 8 - 4 couples toured the area and enjoyed the local shopping and pub scene. Will definitely be back sometime soon.

Stayed two nights for a big birthday. The property was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Great location within walking distance of the shops and cafes. There was an issue with the TV and the owner got it sorted the next day. Fully recommend staying here :)

The property was beautifully decorated, clean and bright. There were 8 of us (two families of four) and there were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We spent time playing games in the spacious lounge, which migrated to continuing said games around the large kitchen table. The kitchen had everything we needed and our lovely host even left us a cheeky little cake for us all to enjoy.
The property is near everything you might need in Portstewart, so no need to drive: the beach, several bakeries, ice cream, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy - all within eyeshot or a short stroll.
Additionally, this was a great base for us to leave and take in some amazing sights: The Dark Hedges (30 mins), The Giant’s Causeway (30 mins), Curry’s Fun Park in PortRush (10 mins), Seaside Pitch n’ Putt Golf (5 mins) or just a drive along the beautiful coast.
Lastly, the experience wouldn’t have been as complete without such an excellent host. Patricia was a diamond. So kind, very helpful and that accent! Moreover, she was careful to be helpful without being overbearing. She ensured we were settled without just throwing some keys at us. She set the tone from the beginning and we had a memory-filled, on-the-floor-laughing, remember-that-moment-when kind of stay. We highly, highly recommend!!

I booked this accommodation for a group of 9. It was absolutely brilliant in terms of location and space. It was all set up for us and we really loved having both the kitchen and the living room space. Patricia was a great host and very responsive throughout. Would throughly recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay. We were two couples and a single adult, and all had their own space. The convenience to restaurants was an added plus. We didn't have to drive for dinners, which is always a plus.

From start to finish the stay in Patricia’s property was second to none.
Patricia the host is an absolute lady and was so warm and inviting on arrival. The house itself is spacious and kept to perfection. The rooms are spacious with lovely decor. The kitchen was our favourite room - everything you could ever need, cutlery, tea pot, mugs, glasses etc.
The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of portstewart. We really enjoyed the villa restaurant and me and mrs jones restaurant- both of which were a stones throw away.
I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone. We had such a lovely weekend and hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our three nights at the home- everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed the location, right near several pubs and restaurants - rooms were in great shape and the property is great value

This was our second time staying in this property. Can't praise it highly enough has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The property is modern very clean & tidy and the beds are really comfortable. We were 5 couples so having 4 bathrooms was great. Another plus is it's in an excellent location. We hope to be back again in the future. Patricia kindly left us bread and milk which was much appreciated.

Great spot. Liked the large kitchen and sitting room. Layout provide ideal for a seniors and younger children. Owner was very responsive to our small questions. Only comment is the late night celebrations one night spilled onto the street from the Anchor pub and it was noisy for some time.

We were not disappointed in our choice of accommodation. A well equipped, clean and spacious apartment with enough separate facilities for us all. Hostess, Patricia was there to greet us and was on hand throughout our stay if required. Location is great for the town itself, short walks to the shops and restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay again some time in the future.

We were a party of 5 couples staying over the New Year period.....the house is excellent and most importantly for us had 4 bathrooms.....it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is great.... Patricia was there to greet us and was on hand if needed......give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Great Portstewart accommodation
We had a very enjoyable stay. A convenient location with a perfect setup. It had all the amenities you could ask for and was immaculate. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Portstewart or other areas close by.

The building itself is quite unassuming from the road. But once inside, it opens up into bright airy rooms set over 3 floors. The living room is well laid out as is the kitchen with all related items you could require. Sky tv is available as well as internet access which was well used. Having a family of one chef and good cooks the kitchen was well utilised and catered for us all around the large kitchen table. I should add there were seven adults and three young children of 5, 2 and 2 respectively. The bedrooms are very nice and well appointed with two en suite and the others having access to further bathrooms that we found very helpful. The house was close to all of the major amenities in Portstewart and I can recommend nice walks around either end of the town. There is a very short drive to the Portstewart Strand where you can drive onto the beach and use your cars as a base we all loved this. Portrush is just down the road and with great attractions and marvellous scenery within very short distances. We were all very pleased with the house and location. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and on hand all week which was very reassuring and helpful. We all loved our holiday and thought our base for the week really made it for us. I would thoroughly recommend to all.

Great Location
Easy access to Giants Causeway and Bushmill. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. A bit noisy at night as it is right on the main street, but a tradeoff for the convenience. The apartment was clean and spacious and as advertised.

Awesome property; really nice rooms and tons of space. Only downside is lack of parking, but once you figure out the street parking it’s fine. People in town are some of the nicest we’ve met traveling all over the globe. Bar across the street is solid

We had an amazing time! The house was excellent with everything we would want in a rental. We loved the location and the house! Clean and well decorated with anything we would need! Patricia was a great owner and very understanding when we were delayed with our planned arrival.

Lovely seaside townhouse w view of ocean
Comfortable and roomy for 6 + people w roomy baths and space for all to eat or visit. Town is a step away for food and drink. The only issue was when the late night bars close the stragglers can be heard leaving for their beds but then it is back to quiet. Golf in every direction and walks along the flag and sand beaches abound.

Just Perfect
Patricia’s home was just perfect for six ladies on a golfing trip . Her home is beautifully furnished . Immaculately clean and soo comfortable .A Perfect location in the heart of Portstewart we could walk out for breakfast and walk to Portstewart golf club . Thank you Patricia we would certainly book again .
