Great location, great condo, perfect for our visit!

Had a wonderful time in this cute little condo! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. You cannot beat this location as it is walking distance (a bit of a walk but still walking distance) to the square or a very quick uber ride to the Grove. Easy check-in and all beds were very comfortable!

We were able to walk to the Grove and to the Square ( it was uphill in some places, but totally do-able) GREAT gated area for pets to run. Wendy was so welcoming and the condo is well equipped with Kuerig, towels, a washer and dryer , You Tube TV (made my husband happy for gameday prep) Will definitely stay at this property again in the future !

Wendy’s condo is just adorable! Very cute decor, and it was so clean! It had everything we needed to make our stay convenient. The washer and dryer, Keurig coffeemaker, and two parking spots! It came in so handy since we had a rental car and we were visiting our twin students, so they had a parking place too! Not to mention the easy walk to the square!

Perfect location and the owner was awesome to work with. Everything was super easy.

Wendy was the most gracious host!! I was evacuated from New Orleans b/c of the Hurricane and in desperate need to get away. Wendy went above and beyond to help us feel like we were home. She had fresh flowers, a warming welcome note, some goodies for us to enjoy. The Condo was spotless and so welcoming!! Will definitely stay here again! The location was wonderful; washer and dryer was a godsend.

Incredible condo a few blocks from the square! Easy walking to the square and all of the shops. Nicely decorated and well appointed and super clean! Very quite place with a nice private patio deck. Perfect for two couples wanting to come in for a long weekend and not have to drive or Uber to the restaurants and bars!! This property was just as described... clean, cute, and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo is literally steps from the square!! So fun to walk to dinner!! The kitchen needed some attention, I’m certain the owner would have been appalled because she was lovely to work with!! Dirty glasses/counter tops. The owner went out of her way to reserve our parking spots for us!! So NICE!!! She welcomed our little dog too even though we ended up leaving her at home!! As a side note, the exterior of the building is in bad need of repair. Rusty/rickety stairs. Walkways that haven’t been cleaned up for what looks like a long time. I’m sure the HOA charges a lot, they need to repair/clean up the outside of the building.

This is a lovely, well kept condo very close to the square. Would recommend and stay again. Communication was prompt and pleasant.

We had the pleasure of staying 4 days in this unit in Oxford, while we were there for a family reunion. The unit was well maintained & well equipped. The only problem we had was the fact that the Keurig coffee maker did not work. In addition, I was not enough of a geek to take full advantage of the ROKU TV system. The location close to the square was awesome. We would stay again.

Cute condo right off the square! It was perfect for my family of four. We came for our son’s baseball tournament and were able to make a weekend of it. The fields were about a 10min drive and the condo was a sweet retreat. Thankful for the owner’s flexibility and quick response. We would rent it again!

I'd really like to say it was awful so it will be available the next time I come to Oxford! But honestly it was perfect!

This is a really nice place that is conveniently located and managed extremely well. Super close to the square (less than 5 min. walk). Incredibly comfortable and well maintained. Great parking. I will book this place every time I need to visit Oxford.

My first impression was that it actually looked like the photos given, I'd even say better! It was perfectly decorated and oozed Ole Miss tradition and Oxford spirit. It was warm, inviting, tidy and spacious enough for a get together at cocktail hour. The A/C worked extremely well. We were never uncomfortable! The back porch/ deck was huge with table, ample chairs, love seat and side table. The cushions are stored inside so when in use they are vibrant and fresh.The view from the deck was lovely like a retreat full view of pool and lots of foliage. ( I bet the leaves are beautiful in fall) The grounds are well maintained and manicured nicely. The pool was shockingly crystal clear and inviting! There are lounge chairs and a charcoal grill around pool and tables for dinning. We enjoyed making smores for the children. You can walk to the square and not fight parking and don't have to hire driver! I would certainly rent this condo again and highly recommend it.

I must say this is the first time I have been to oxford and it was fantastic. The condo was extremely clean and worth every penny! The decor and atmosphere of the place was very warm, welcoming, and tasteful. The property manager was very organized and extremely willing to help with any needs we had. Plus! It's right next to the square!!!
