Ce 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison confortable qui est parfait pour les familles et les amis qui veulent sortir à la montagne. Entouré d'arbres, avec le lac Chatuge juste en haut de la route. À quelques minutes du parcours de golf, du spa, du casino, des terrains de pickleball, du parc des expositions, du Young Harris College, d’un terrain de jeu pittoresque, de fantastiques restaurants, d’antiquités, de la location de bateaux / marina, etc.
En 2019, nous avons fait traiter la maison par un professionnel pour lutter contre la moisissure afin d'éviter toute préoccupation.
Nous proposons des services Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu et Amazon Prime Video sans frais supplémentaires.

This is our second stay and we absolutely love it, it fits our family perfect. We love that we can save money by cooking and this time WAL-MART will deliver which makes it so much easier! Love sitting out front to listen to the different birds and wildlife can’t wait to go back!

A great quiet place tucked in the woods that just felt like home, our son loved the games and toys that the host provides and our pup loved the back area. Would love to stay here again in the future

This property was the perfect location for our visit. Close to Hayesville, Hiawassee and Young Harris. It was clean and spacious. Provided quiet retreat and nice neighborhood to take walks through.

The house is old but pretty comfy. Really too large for one person and a dog. House could use some fresheners and removal of spider webs. Table lamp in bedroom switch needs to be replaced and in dining area light flickers on and off fast. The fluorescent lamp in laundry room needs new lamps because they don't want to come on. Since you allow dogs the carpet should be removed and just have wood or linoleum floors because of the stains and odor.
But I did have a lovely time.

The home was perfect for our group. We enjoyed staying here very much . We would definitely stay here again . The property owner and manager were very responsive to all our needs . Thanks again for everything.

We stayed to visit the fair for a day. The place was perfect for our trip. Plenty of games for children. Beds are comfortable. The place was clean. The kitchen had what we needed to fix a full breakfast. The children loved the bath/shower. Would stay again and recommend.

The property was pretty much as described. It is older and you can definitely tell - the owners are doing gradual updates which is also apparent.
Pro: lots of games for the kids (although the fooze ball was broken on arrival), tvs stocked with entertainment, bedrooms were good size. Location was convenient. The little beach nearby (~7 minute drive) was super cute.
Cons: “2nd bathroom” was pretty useless. It’s off of the laundry room and not located near the bedrooms to use for getting ready - it was also really dirty; had leaves or something all over the floor when we arrived. This was pretty annoying but our stay was so short we just dealt with using 1 bathroom. The backdoor to the yard had a sign “do not use” on it which made it annoying to take our dog out all the way around the house. The lamp in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, therefore not enough outlets for the baby monitor, but that wasn’t a deal breaker.
Overall it was good and worked well for what we needed. Cleanliness could step up a notch.

This was exactly what we were looking for. The house was wonderful, kitchen had everything we could need, the bedrooms were great, the dinning room and living room were big and room for everyone. Thank yo for the games it truly was a wonderful Thanksgiving thanks to you all.

My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times now. Homeowner recently added changes to property which were very nice. This is like a second home to us. Now we have figured out a short hike through the woods, puts you on the shore of lake. Enjoyed playing in the water.

The yard was not kept. Leaves were piled up and heavy. Opened the garage door to go into the house and there was a snake on the floor inside of the house. Could not use front door or the 2 back doors. This was a clean nice house but needs the grounds and outside of the house kept up a lot better. Lot of safety issues outside.

Only had 1 outdoor chair. The shower head leaked all the time. Orherwise, everything was fine.

When you are looking for a comfortable place to stay that's not five star this is a good place. Had everything you need without a bunch of fancy stuff! Clean and secluded. I'd stay there again.

Pictures tell a thousand lies
Master bedroom and master bath are not connected. Had to share the bathroom with 3 people because the secondary bathroom was just terrible. The sliding door to the backyard in the master bedroom stays off track. The trees are touching the house, says not to use the back door because of snakes. The utility shed had leaves in it a foot deep and it was July. Most leaves quit falling in December. The place just made me feel like I needed to be busy fixing things instead of being able to relax and enjoy vacation.

Loved my stay
Super pet friendly and excellent location. Nice car ports for loading/unloading for wet days. Easy drive in with no major hills. Great fenced yard for pets. A few steps but much less than other places. Will stay here again as my family is up there.

Wonderful rental!
The pictures were deceiving as to the size of the inside. Very large and spacious. Large kitchen and dining room. Plenty of seating in the living room. Very clean. Great price. I just wish they'd have 1 or 2 lamps in the living room area, they just have ceiling fan lights which were kind of bright. And as there were 9 people staying there, I wish there was a 2nd garbage can. We had to dispose of the overflow ourselves, which wasn't very convenient. But these are 2 very minor things. But we absolutely loved this house and we will definitely rent here again. Location was great.

In The Middle Of Everything
Liked being in the middle of Hiawassee and Blairsville, with the lake right around the corner. Plenty of room to lounge around in when it was raining and good Roku TV to pass the time. The lake was right up the road and there was a Church with a fantastic view. Carport for your convenience. All the appliances needed except electric can opener. There is a manuel.

Old and tired
Needs a lot of maintenance. Ceiling in carport about to collapse. Only one door for egress/ingress. Broken fencing with exposed nails. Rear bathroom just awful, you hit the ceiling fan cords with your head, no mirror over sink. Could be better with better maintenance. We cut our stay short. We didn’t feel that communicating with the owner would have made a difference as the issues are not new.

Woods Grove Property
Our stay was great! and was thoroughly enjoyed by my family and I. The location was excellent and was conveniently located close to everywhere we were planning to be for the weekend. The house is large with enough space for everyone and has great character. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return in the future.

Romantic getaway
We really enjoyed our stay just wish it was longer. We felt like we were at home. Found many great restaurants to eat and and did a lot of sight seeing. We were close to Tennessee and Right at the North Carolina line do we were able to see a lot and close enough to everything that we did not spend a lot of time getting to the places we way to see. We will definitely be back and rent this cottage again

Plenty of room. Everything you need except your groceries. We had an amazing time just exploring the different falls in the area. Got to see snow and enjoyed the property. Relaxing and clean!!

Excellent Stay
This property was just as stated. I have stayed in many houses where the kitchen is not fully stocked but not here! I am picky because I am a chef and I needed nothing that wasn’t available to me in the home. My 2 daughters also loved the stay. We were able to see and do everything we wanted. There was lots of info at the house for local attractions and restaurants. It was a delightful stay for my family.
