Cottage By The Sea At Cayucos where serenity is found, 3 minute walk to beach
Sérénité! (Description de l'invité actuel séjournant 15 jours) Une chambre avec lit queen, cuisine, salle de bain avec douche et une salle de séjour avec un petit coin repas. Trois maisons à la plage. Parfait pour deux personnes, un nouveau canapé n’est pas un dormeur. Cottage est situé derrière la maison principale qui est une location de vacances, cependant un grand patio est entre les deux unités. La chambre spacieuse est située à l'arrière du chalet afin que l'environnement de couchage soit très calme. La grande maison située à l'avant est sur VRBO / HomeAway depuis plus de 5 ans et a reçu 5 avis d'étoiles (veuillez consulter le numéro de référence 803849).
Le stationnement est sur le côté de la porte lorsque la maison principale est louée, cependant, lorsque la maison principale est vacante, le stationnement est dans l'allée.
Le chalet est entièrement équipé avec des appareils de cuisine, pas de four conventionnel, cependant, a un four à convection portable, vaisselle, produits en papier et linge de maison. Deux chaises de plage sont fournies pour votre commodité. Une douche extérieure chauffée vous permet de laver tout le sable de la plage. J'ai seulement déduit du dépôt de garantie 3 fois pour saleté excessive, de sorte que 99% du temps, le voyageur voit son dépôt de garantie intégralement remboursé. J'ai trouvé nécessaire de revenir à 300 $. 00 après l'avoir abaissé à 100 $. 00 en raison du fait que j'ai récemment eu un invité de réserver le chalet en sachant qu'il a une limite de deux personnes et qu'elle avait 4 dormir dans le chalet pendant 7 jours.

Great place for me and my dog to stay for a few nights. Easy access to the beach and close to town too. Well equipped, extremely cute and clean, and Carol was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely have this on our list when we come back to Cayucos.

This cottage was a very nice place to stay... close to the beach, close to town and close to many activities in nearby coastal destinations. While we were there, we met the owner, who was very nice and welcoming.The only downside was the noise from construction happening next door put a damper on the serenity we had hoped to find.

The cottage is perfect for 2 and very quiet. There is access to the beach a few blocks away and the drive to local restaurants in Cayucos or Morro Bay is very short and Sea Shanty is a short walk for some excellent food in large portions.

Comfy bed; good shower pressure. Very quiet at night. We walked on the beach every day. We ate at Schooner's and The Sea Shanty, and got take out from Federico's, Surfside Pizza, and Thai Elephant in Morro Bay. We hiked on the Estero Bluffs, Fiscalini Ranch in Cambria, and took a day trip to the Carrizo Plain National Monument.

The cottage was clean and equipped everything needed for a couple looking to relax by the beach. The owner is very conscientious and respoonsive. Definitely recommend.

The property was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach. Cayucos still has that charming small town beach vibe. I would definitely book this place again. Having a kitchen is definitely a major plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is the best place to stay in the area, especially with our dogs! We've stayed here several times, and every time it's a great price, great accommodations and very convenient for both people and dogs. Beach is very accessible, and the cottage is so quiet and relaxing! It's very well kept and clean, and with a kitchen and living room it's so much better than any hotel. The owner is very professional and prompt at getting back to me with any requests or concerns, and it's always such a great experience every time we come here, usually for a week at a time. We come here at least once a year, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! I'd recommend it to everyone, especially if you have dogs!

This was our third stay at the cottage with our two dogs who love being there! The cottage was recently updated with new flooring and is even more comfortable and cozy. The location by the beach is fantastic and has easy access to downtown Cayucos, restaurants and a park. The outdoor shower works great for cleaning the dogs. We used the kitchen this time and plan to do so again on our next visit. The excellent heater makes it comfortable and cozy for winter nights at the coast. We highly recommend this cottage with or without your dog!

We had a lovely stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, spacious for two people, and was mere blocks from the beach. There were guests in the main house but we were never disturbed by them whatsoever. Our host, Carol, was very responsive and the entry and exit instructions were very easy to follow. I would stay here again, definitely.

We had a great stay at the cottage and Carol was very responsive. The cottage is walking distance to several beach access points which was very convenient. Its a nice quiet neighborhood for a beach getaway.

This charming cottage was located in a very safe, quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to the beach, whether driving or walking. It was just about 2 blocks or so to the main street through Cayucos, rendering it easy to locate the nearby grocery store, and just little further were several dining options and a variety of other shops as well. The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and it was fun "living like a local" while I was there. I highly recommend this cottage and will certainly hope it's available the next time in the area. Oh, and the owner was easily contacted if need be as well.

Very clean and perfect for only two people. I think it is a space that really depends on who stays at the big house and luckily we had good people who were quiet and good with their dogs. Beach access was perfect for us since we are 73 year olds. Sea Shanty Restaurant was the best of all restaurants (dog friendly) from Cayucos to Pismo. We had a great time.

The cottage was super clean and quiet even with guests in the main house. Basic necessities in place for cooking but additional coffee K-cup, including decaf, would be a welcomed amenity. We loved how close the cottage was to the beach. We parked our car and walked everywhere in Cayucos! Quiet neighborhood and the highlight of our trip was seeing a whale just offshore of the pier!! Will return and consider the main house when we travel with our family.

We have booked this cute little cottage 3 times in the last few years. We love how well taken care of if is. It’s close to the beach and just a very relaxing place to hang out. It’s perfect for one or two people, and very dog friendly.

The cottage was more than described. Less than a block from the beach, you woke and went to sleep with the sound of the Pacific in your ear. The time of year, mid May, was perfect as the town (a classic beach town which comes alive on the weekends and is otherwise quiet, save the summer when I suspect the houses fill with short term renters) was not busy. The cottage was well stocked for all two people needed for a beach stay. Carol is very attentive to her guests needs and is just a contact away if something is not quite right. She is quick with a timely suggestion, otherwise she is the perfect hostess. The location is great as you are close to activity if you want it, but staying in the midst of tranquility. There are great beaches, restaurants and shops to explore in the many surrounding towns and cities or you can take that book you have been meaning to tackle and listen to the ocean. You can only go as far as Ragged Point on Route 1 N, but it is a beautiful drive and the cafe at the Point is well worth the drive; the view from the property is quite stunning as well. As a native son of CA., returning for a vacation, I could not have asked for more. Thank you Carol, I can not recommend the cottage strongly enough.

Very nice very Beachy decorations everything is new and clean and in working order. It has a kuerig coffee machine also which is what I prefer for making coffee. Very close to beach access also. Wouldn’t mind doing this again next year

We were in town for a wedding weekend and Carol's Cottage provided us just enough space and comfort for our quick trip. We didn't get the chance to venture to the beach but it looked very close as described.

We stayed at the cottage for four nights. No problems.
The place was very clean, and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen is tiny, but seriously useable. and well-stocked with utensils/pots/ etc. The bathroom had enough space for all our stuff (we are so old and need so many meds!). Bed comfortable. Big plus- lights on both sides of the bed - because we are bedtime readers!

Very nice to have a well stocked kitchen, and a great place to stay with small dogs. Very close walk to the beach. Great house heater and TV/channels. Very nice, clean and quiet. The Host was super easy to contact for questions.and was very helpful every step of the way. I have absolutely no complaints! A very fair reasonable price as well. This was our second time visiting. here, and we''ll be back asap for another visit!
