Clean, Beautiful Bright Studio Condo With Extras For Your Perfect Vacation!!!!
Cette unité joliment décorée est située à quelques pas de l'océan pour vous permettre de vous allonger au soleil, faire une promenade au coucher du soleil, ramasser des coquillages, construire des châteaux de sable avec les enfants ou vous asseoir dans le belvédère et prendre votre café du matin tout en regardant les dolphins s'ébattre jouer. Détendez-vous à l'intérieur de l'unité entièrement équipée qui comprend un lit queen-size et un canapé pouvant être transformé en un lit simple en retirant les coussins de dossier. L'unité a un four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière Keurig, grille-pain, mijoteuse, vaisselle, verrerie et batterie de cuisine de marque nommée pour le chef. Profitez de nos excellents restaurants le long de la côte de cristal. Surtout ..... venez vous amuser et vous détendre!

This was such a great place to stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. It was within steps to the beach, with a nice walkway and covered gazebo/deck. I hope to stay here again!

This was a cute little condo. It is in an excellent location and we loved the area! Perfect size for our family of 3. The owner was very responsive to communication and resolving issues. When we arrived the bathroom wasn’t very clean (hair, dried soap and dirt in shower, sink and toilet) and areas of the kitchen didn’t look like they had been wiped down. The owner did have a family member come right away to clean it. It still wasn’t as clean as I would prefer. So I did clean the bathroom and kitchen again. It wasn’t what I wanted to do after a 6 hour drive, but I felt I needed to do it since I knew our toddler would be touching everything. Luckily it’s not a super large area to clean. I did get it cleaner than what we found it. I do realize that the owner pays someone to clean, and that person obviously wasn’t doing their job. Hopefully the owner will find a more reliable cleaning service. Other than this, it is a great location and place to stay for a quick beach trip for a small family. Cleanliness is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay, we had a late start due to the previous guest not leaving the key where it should have been but Brooke had her Aunt over there with in 30 mins to let us in.

This was our 2nd year staying at Ocean Sands and it did not disappoint! The This Is It unit was fantastic and there was no musty odor as soon as you opened door like our unit last year. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen supplies for all our cooking needs and the Keurig was a definite plus. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a separate TV for the bedroom area. It is literally 60 seconds from the building until your toes are in the sand. Can't wait for next year's beach vacay.

Everything was really good. We were a little disappointed because the way the pictures looked we were supposed to have a ocean view out of our room. There was only 1 trash bag and there should have been more towels available for three people. I would have suggested curtain over the window to help block out the light. It was a truly nice, clean, cozy place. Beautiful beach and easy access to the beach.

Nice and Quaint
We had a very nice stay. We were here from Mon-Fri. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the pool area was close by, as well. We like that they did leave some kitchen items spices, salt and pepper, sugar. The condo is close by a Dairy Queen, grocery store, McDonald’s and some beach shops are all within five minutes of a drive.

Great stay
This was a great place to stay. Truly a short walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable, it is on the high side (for vertically challenged) but still able to climb in. Place was bright and welcoming. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect rental for a relaxing weekend!
This property was amazing! It was exactly what I expected from the listing with NO surprises! Very clean & equipped with everything, even beach chairs. The pool was new & very nice. Easy walk to the private beach, absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for the memories!

Great Place to stay
Really enjoyed our stay here. The online description was very accurate and the property was great. Really enjoyed having pretty much everything you need already there such as linens and dining utensils. The room was very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Short weekend getaway
Over all the place was just as described and made just for two . Lol It was very cute and had all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Just an FYI the mattress has been replaced w a new one and it slept great!!! It was a nice weekend get away and definitely would stay again .

Great Location Needs Some Work
It was great location, condo was clean and nice. The parking pass was missing but the contact answered the call quickly and helped us out. The only 2 complaints I had the mattresses on the bed needs replaced there was a hole in the middle from high use and the couch had some stains where a guest had spilt something. I would recommend the location.

Great stay
My wife booked this property for a short vacation for us and our 3 year old. We loved it, we enjoy cooking fresh seafood at the beach and our 3 year old does better eating at home so we specifically look for week equipped kitchens and this one did not disappoint. This was exactly what we were looking for and you can’t beat the price for this location. Would definitely stay here again.

Worst place we have ever stayed!
When we 1st arrived the storm was stuck at the top & we couldn't get out. The Property Manager had someone come right over which was good. I didn't realize it was a 2 story with stairs. My fault! My husband is a dissabled vet with a brace on his ankle & leg. My husband used the toilet & the bathroom was so small he hit his head on the wall going to stand up. When we went to bed, that was the last straw. We were afraid the bed would fall off the plastic bed risers. We automatically rolled to the middle of the bed. We had a terrible night's sleep. The tiny walkway between the bed and back side of the bathroom wall was about 6 to 8 inches wide.
It is not an actual apartment. It is an old hotel room made to be an apartment. The walk to the beach it a lot farther than a few steps. After the first night we packed up our things & went to a real hotel with twice as much room.

A little disappointing
Biggest disappointment was no coffee maker. We had to get up and dressed and go down road to find coffee. I agree with other reviews, bed is awful. The bed, couch and floor all squeak and creak. We got little sleep. I own 2 rentals and clean them myself...I question the cleanliness of this place, needs many updates down to just cleaning out cabinets. Location to beach and pool were definitely the best part of stay

Left a day early
While check in and location were good the cleanliness and overall comfort led us to leave a day early. The couch was uncomfortable but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. I'd two people are sleeping in the bed you will definitely end up sinking in the middle of the bed. For the price I think one could expect a decent night's sleep unfortunately with the bed you won't get one. These things have been mentioned in previous reviews yet not rectified. Save your money or better yet spend a little more and actually be able to sleep while on vacation.

Wonderful Weekend for My In Laws!!!
I rented this property for my in laws as a thank for you for all they have done for me over the years and supporting me in getting my business started. They absolutely love the unit. Perfect for a couples get getaway! Easy access to pool/beach and close to everything you need on the island. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating. She even put together a wine and cheese basket for them at my request and sent photos before placing it in the unit for them. 10 out of 10 we’ll definitely rent again!

Excellent Location
This condo and the location was exactly what I needed for a last minute quick trip to the beach. Perfect size for just me for some quiet time to myself. Linda was an amazing host and always answered my texts right away. I loved that there was a pool to cool off in after a day at the beach. Love the variety of restaurants near by. This was my first visit to the Atlantic Beach area and I will definitely be back and hope to be at Linda's condo!

This condo was just perfect for me. It had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Very easy to get to the beach and a very nice pool too. Great location for Atlantic Beach. Easy to get anywhere. The property owner was very accessible with any question I had. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again.
