Paradise on the water Sponge Docks Tarpon Springs
J'ai une maison de plain-pied récemment rénovée située dans la belle région des quais Sponge de Tarpon Springs en Floride. Cette propriété a été entièrement rénovée et meublée pour le confort et la conveinence. Deux énormes chambres situées aux extrémités opposées de la maison sont de classe totale. La chambre principale a un lit king et une salle de bain agrandie avec son et ses lavabos et une douche à l'italienne. Le maître comprend également un canapé en cuir de qualité et un écran plat de 50 pouces. L'autre chambre est tout aussi grande et meublée de 2 lits queen size et de lits jumeaux XL. Il arbore également un écran plat de 50 pouces et une salle de bain complète. La cuisine / salle à manger se jette dans le salon. Tout est flambant neuf. Situé hors de la zone de garage est une buanderie douce avec lavabo utilitaire laveuse / sécheuse et une 1/2 salle de bain. Un bel abri voiture et un garage 2 voitures complètent les espaces clos de cette belle demeure historique. L'extérieur de la propriété a un patio situé hors de la buanderie. Le côté de l'eau (arrière) a une nouvelle terrasse patio pavé avec chaises longues et table. Les quais ont été entièrement refaits et peuvent accueillir un bateau de la plupart des tailles dans un slip privé. Deux kayaks et deux planches à pagaie sont également stockés à la propriété pour vos plaisirs actifs. Des cannes à pêche sont disponibles et un barbecue extérieur est également à votre disposition.

This is truly a vacation getaway location. Paradise on the water as listing says. My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness the amenities and the overall experience at this River House. A home away from home. Fun for everyone! I even relaxed long enough to read a book(from the small library at the house). You won’t be disappointed!!!

We stayed at River House for a month and found the location to be very convenient — there are 2 restaurants within a 5-minute walk (We really liked Bayou Bistro) — also it is a short walk into town and the sponge docks
The Host was very nice and easy to communicate with — one of the beach chairs broke and the host had a new set there immediately — there are docks out front which made sitting and watching wildlife a regular activity —many birds, dolphins, and especially mullet jumping
The home was well appointed with all the pots and pans needed to cook in as well as a nice BBQ gas grill — most nights we ate outside on the patio — the property offers easy access to the Pinellas Trail for biking enthusiasts
Tarpon Springs has many fun places to get a fresh brew or a wonderful meal and yet retains an old Florida vibe
All in all a great month at River House was had

We stayed the month of February. Fantastic house in a fantastic location! Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, grill, bikes, kayaks, very clean, fenced yard for our dog. Each bedroom has own bath. The location can’t be beat! We walked everywhere, church, store, restaurants, Spongedocks, downtown strip, and the bayou to see manatees! The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Was hoping to stay next year but already booked! Hopefully we’ll be back sometime!

We enjoyed staying at the River House. It's proximatey to Tarpon Spings shopping was great. The house was large and comfortable.
The Television had no cable, only streaming. The host responded well to any questions we had.
The river frontage is hard to see and enjoy due to all the frontage had docks which were full of boats.
Before we left, we asked the host if we could stay again the following year, and he said no, as he had already rented it out.

My husband and I were so lucky to find this beautiful home to spend our vacation in. We stayed for the month of February and didn’t need to buy a thing but food! All necessities were provided and many extras. The beds were more comfortable than home and the house was spotless! Mornings out back we’re so peaceful and we actually got to see a dolphin who came to visit. Sunsets were amazing! Short walk to the sponge docks and the beautiful bayou, or take a bike ride (two are provided). Shower was heavenly! Our company cancelled but had they come there would have been more than enough room for everyone. Will definitely try to get back sometime next year.

Property was just as described. Very clean (and I’m picky). Host was amazing. We feel like we made a friend! Would not hesitate to recommend this property to others!

Three generations enjoyed a mini-vacation for the second time here. (I left a more extensive review in April of 2019.) It did not disappoint. We hope to be back soon!

Location , Boaters paradise , Great host
Rented for full month and we enjoy every day on the house , walking distance to sponge docks , restaurants and stores . boating to Anclote ( 10 min) , Three rockers ( 15 min) Honeymoon island (20 min ) and a lot of spoils .

This place is in a great location, walking distance to town, museums, food, and entertainment. We hardly got in the car once we arrived! The docks to fish from, and the patio for relaxation were great. When in the back of the house, you never even realize that your in town!
Having a grill and a fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Dave has a wonderful house and a great relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed all the great outdoor seating arrangements and watching the marina and all the bird and fish wildlife. The amenities were super and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again. Communication with Dave was awesome.

The house is within walking distance to downtown and to the sponge docks. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was nice sitting outside early in the morning, drinking coffee and watching fishermen go out. We would definitely return.
