we stayed in the Queen suite with Spa bath and wow, the room was incredible! the bath was absolutely divine, the bed was massive and so comfortable! staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. thank you for such a special experience.

the only thing that wasn’t even bad, there could have been some more fresh fruit and after we ate we saw the guy cooking up an omelette and we didn’t realise that was available. maybe a menu with extra options you could ask for would be great!

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and restaurants. I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff, absolutely brilliant, gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions and set up day trips for as. Room was spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was big, modern and beautiful with a nice view. The breakfast was AMAZING! The hotel was in walking distance to all of the interesting sites.

The hotel sign was small and hard to find when were driving around. The address was down an alley way and it never occurred to us that the hotel would be behind a closed gate. The building that the hotel shares held a school and other businesses which was why we did not find the hotel sooner. Lastly, make sure to tell the hotel ahead of time that you would like to reserve a parking space for your car.

Giusy and the entire staff at the Artemisia Domus made our stay unforgettable! They went above and beyond, helping us with an amazing tour of Pompeii, recommendations for incredible cuisine, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their service was nothing short of perfect; they made us feel special, even though our stay was brief. Theirs in a special hotel, unique and luxurious; the room and bed was the best we had on our entire trip. We feel lucky to have found such a wonderful hotel in Napoli. We look forward to coming back soon!

Clean and friendly little hotel located in a great part of Naples

The staff was so welcoming and gave me full attention, they answered any questions and helped with my luggage. They are very thoughtful and accommodating. My room was clean when I arrived they clean the room daily. I wasn't aware so I was surprised when I got back from walking about. The location was fantastic, I could walk to all the shopping and great food and café. It was safe, I didn't walk more than 15 min to get to the mall. Otherwise there are shops all on the streets. I hated to leave.

Honestly I don't have a bad thing to say.
