La villa "49Pine" vous offre tout cela ... venez profiter de notre villa entièrement rénovée à Pinehurst, Rotonda West, qui dispose de 170 m² et de trois chambres spacieuses et de deux salles de bains. L'espace de vie décloisonné est décoré avec goût et comprend un salon, une salle à manger pour 6 personnes et une salle familiale. Il y a une grande SmartTV HD avec barre de son pour une soirée cinéma agréable. Il y a plus de 200 chaînes de télévision disponibles.
La nouvelle cuisine est très bien équipée et dispose d'un bar où 4 personnes peuvent s'asseoir.
De la chambre des maîtres, on entre dans la salle de bain et dans un dressing. Dans la zone invités, il y a deux autres chambres, chacune avec un dressing et la deuxième salle de bains, qui a un accès direct à la piscine. La chambre principale et la deuxième chambre sont équipées d'une smartTV.
Dans la zone de la piscine est assez d'espace pour des chaises longues, une table à manger pour 6 personnes et un coin salon confortable. De là, vous pouvez regarder le coucher du soleil avec une boisson fraîche et profiter des vacances. Bien sûr, un grill pour un steak américain délicieux peut ne pas manquer!
La vue de la piscine est sur le lac et le 2. Vert et le 3. Départ du parcours de golf de Pinemoor. Directement sur l'eau, il y a une terrasse en bois privée. De là, vous pourrez observer la sauvagine, les tortues, les tatous, les ratons laveurs, nos deux écureuils Gin & Tonic et bien sûr des alligators qui glissent lentement dans l’eau. Si vous avez de la chance, le Bobcat vous rencontrera, ainsi que vos garçons. Quel environnement paisible!
La villa entière est orientée sud-ouest. La véranda couverte offre en été une protection suffisante contre le soleil intense et les averses de pluie occasionnelles.
Toute la maison est climatisée et dispose de ventilateurs de plafond supplémentaires. Des serviettes de haute qualité, des serviettes de plage et du linge de lit sont fournis. Vous trouverez également des chaises de plage et des parasols, une glacière et un panier de pique-nique pour votre visite à la plage avec nous. Deux vélos sont également disponibles pour vos visites d'exploration.
La villa a une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse et bien sûr une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

House was just as described and ready to go. There were plenty of amenities and didn’t lack for anything. Pool was clean and the house backed up to a canal with a sitting area which was perfect for evening and sunset. Will be renting again.

We absolutely loved this property! Beautifully maintained, very clean and well appointed. We loved the pool and relaxing or grilling in the Lanai area. It was wonderful to have such a well stocked home with everything we needed. The two bikes provided were perfect for exploring the area and riding the trail. We’d like to rent for next year, but sadly, see that they are already booked.

House was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy, owner was quick to reply to messages, and location is only a short drive to beaches. Perfect FL vacation rental. The pool was nice and warm for our Dec-Jan trip too! Highly recommend!

We stayed here last year and returned, once again a wonderful stay, lovely villa with a dock overlooking the lake (alligators, turtles etc) SW facing pool for the sunsets and clean and tidy inside with everything catered for - would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in a quiet neighbourhood approximately 20 mins drive from beaches, shops and restaurants.

Lovely property, clean and everything needed for the two of us. Excellent dock on the lake watching the baby gator and the variety of bird life.
Excellent location for visiting the gulf coast beaches.
Highly recommended and Christina and John were easy to communicate with all through the process.

Lovely clean & well equipped property in ideal location to get in and out of Rotonda. Owners were friendly, helpful & easy to deal with. Superb outside space around the pool and best part of all is the dock overlooking the lake to watch the sunset, gators and wide range of wildlife. Would recommend & stay again.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood
House was nice and clean, Christina was friendly and easy to communicate with. Used the pool daily, and was fun to see the alligators in the pond.

We’ve been going to Port Charlotte for many years and to be honest this house was just perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean , comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great pool with beautiful view, ideal for just chilling with unique birds and rabbits coming over. Quiet neighborhood. We’ve been going to Port Charlotte for many years and to be honest this house was just perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean , comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great pool with beautiful view, ideal for just chilling with unique birds and rabbits coming over. Quiet neighborhood. Awesome, best villa ever
We have stayed at villas all around the world and at least dozen in Florida. This villa is by far the best, it’s not a rental it’s a well loved and cared for home.
The quality of the furniture, decorations, crockery, pots and pans, bedding, towels etc is of excellent quality. The heated pool was fab after a day at the beach. It is a home from home, it has everything you can think of, we did try and identify if there was something we could suggest to improve it, but we failed.
The location is beautiful, over looks a lake and a golf course, it quiet, great and a great location for the beaches, golf and shopping.
It was a great bonus to have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
We highly recommend it and we have already booked the villa for our return.
Don’t ponder this one, because if you do, it’ll be gone. It is awesome.

Loved it!!
It was a very nice & very clean up to date house & pool. It was exactly how it was described. We were very happy with it. We were able to spend time with friends in Punta Gorda, made it to several islands & beaches from the great location. 😊

This was overall the cleanest property we've ever rented and we've been renting through VRBO for about 15 years! Everything was spotless just like my own home and I truly appreciated that.
There were plenty of high-quality towels for everyone. The bed linens were very nice. We loved all the kitchen wares including very nice cookware which is unusual in a rental but you could tell that Christina and John take pride in their home.
The patio and pool were awesome. We loved the four lounge chairs, great dining table and other seating areas. It was great having our own grill which we used often.
The location was convenient as we were only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach.

My husband and I had some privacy on one end of the home with our daughter and grandkids on the other end. The home was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. My favorite part was sitting on the lanai every morning drinking my coffee. The kids had a blast in the pool and were very excited to see fishing poles on our arrival. Christina contacted me by email several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is close to the beaches and restaurants. We hated to leave and would love to stay here again some day!!
