Bienvenue à Waterlily! Ce 4 chambres 2. 5 maison de plage de bain a été rénové et mis à jour juste à temps pour vos vacances d'été. Avec une piscine dans la cour arrière, la plage à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons et beaucoup de soleil sur le pont arrière, vous aurez beaucoup d'options pour profiter du plein air lors de votre voyage à St. Simon's Island. La maison a 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances en famille! Nous venons de rénover et sommes prêts à héberger votre rue Simon's Island vacances en famille.

Chambre à coucher principale: lit king size, télévision à écran plat, salle de bain complète attenante avec double vasque et douche. Accès privé au pont arrière et à la piscine.
Deuxième chambre principale: Configuration identique à la chambre principale ci-dessus - lit king size, télévision à écran plat, chambre attenante en suite et accès privé à la terrasse et à la piscine. La seule différence importante est que la salle de bain complète attenante avec baignoire / douche est partagée.
Chambre de la Reine: Lit Queen - 2 personnes. Déco confortable et décontracté - vous ne pouvez pas vous empêcher de vous détendre dans cette chambre!
Chambre avec lits superposés: La quatrième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés - 4 personnes au total. Nous avions des enfants en tête lorsque nous avons conçu cette chambre, tout en conservant un décor neutre pour que garçons, filles, adolescents ou adultes se sentent à la maison. Salles de bain: En plus des 2 salles de bain complètes décrites ci-dessus, une demi-salle de bain se trouve à proximité de la chambre avec lits superposés.
La piscine extérieure reçoit beaucoup de soleil et est de bonne taille pour la famille, elle mesure 13 x 25. La piscine peut également être chauffée moyennant un supplément journalier. Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir pour vos vacances! FLETC considéré pour les mois d'hiver et de printemps.

Notre maison de plage est située dans une rue résidentielle tranquille à proximité de la plage et du "Village". Le village est le centre social de l'île, avec de nombreux restaurants, magasins, un grand parc en plein air, la jetée et des glaciers. Vous passerez du temps tous les jours au village et notre maison se trouve à distance de marche du village et bien sûr de la plage. Voir la carte ci-dessous pour notre emplacement précis.
Se déplacer
Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à la plage et aux restaurants. L’épicerie est accessible en voiture ou à vélo. Beaucoup de gens sur la rue Simons préfère faire du vélo pour se déplacer et vous êtes invités à emprunter nos vélos pendant que vous êtes ici!

We enjoyed a great week with my son & daughter in law. The location was perfect since we brought our golf cart & could easily get anywhere we desired on the island. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing post beach & pre dinner each night. Would stay here again.

The pictures were deceiving. The house is small. The only good part was the heated pool. Low water pressure in Jack-N-Jill bath. Not enough wash clothes and overall just an awkward place in an awkward location on SSI.

We had a great time staying in this house. It is tucked away on a nice quiet street close to everything. Bring your bikes or rent a golf cart ($500 for the week) and leave the car behind. When it gets too hot, just relax pool side. Huge deck and plenty of room outside for everyone. The only drawback to this house is the kitchen. It's a little small. We were still able to prepare meals but counter space is limited. I would recommend this rental, especially for families and pets.

Overall, the property was well equipped and clean with the exception of the floors. This was quickly cared for upon request. Communication was excellent and well appreciated.

The online pictures are nothing like the actual property. The property was absolutely awful in every way imaginable. This includes a stained mattress, dirty bedding, missing outdoor furniture, lights that didn’t work in pool, unsafe deck boards and just pure filth. I contacted the property manager and we were able to move to a different property that was absolutely beautiful.

Lovely
My partner and I had our grown kids at the home for the week and it was wonderful. We hosted Thanksgiving there for extended family and then went to the beach for a long walk. Beaches are dog friendly so they were in absolute heaven. The property was adorable and perfect in almost every way. The kitchen was a bit small and I would consider closing in the back on the side that is open for pets. Overall 10/10 great memories!!

Very happy with our stay on St Simon's here. Clean and spacious house with starter supplies (soap, etc). Convenient location - close to restaurants and shops, short walk to beach. Heated pool was awesome! Perfect for a fall visit. Great communication with host as well.

Fun Time
Had a great family vacation at Waterlilly. We really enjoyed the pool. The house wasn’t too far from the beach. Nothing on the island is very far away. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Small kitchen with a great family pool
The house is small and the kitchen had very limited counter space and too few dishes for our 7 member family. But the pool was great fun! The inside could use a little TLC but when you’re at the beach you don’t want to feel like you have to be too careful, so it worked out OK. Easy walk to the beach. And at Simons is a great community. The neighborhood of this house is transitional ( some homes need work and some are new) and very interesting as a result. We enjoyed our stay.

Waterlily
House was perfect for us (3 kids, 2 parents 2 grandparents and dog). Close enough to walk or bike to beaches. town, the lighthouse and ice cream shop. Quiet neighborhood great for walking dog. House was clean and well equiped. Shed had pool toys and beach wagon. We rented bikes and biked all over the island. Loved eating on the pool deck and using the grill. Owers were great to communicate with and very responsive. Also close to grocery and other stores. Plenty of room in house for all of us. Pool was great for the kids. They had a blast playing shark and minnows with us. Made great memories here. Highly recommend

Cute home
We liked the home. I think the renovations were a few years back but decor is current and we enjoy older homes. There were items available for cooking but wish renters be asked to empty the grill after use. You can definitely walk to the beach if you aren't carrying a load but we found parking in early morning and evening too.

Fantastic location
Wonderful neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. The house needs repairs—master bath shower leaks uncontrollably and floods the floor, the pool’s not fully enclosed—but we had a fun week.

Large house with heated pool
The house is spacious and can accommodate 8-10 people easily. The heated swimming pool is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is small and the sliding bathroom door is a hazard for children. The neighborhood where the house is located is not well kept and there are 2-3 houses on the street which are occupied but completely falling apart.

Misleading photos
the website neighbors photos looked like the rooms were much bigger. The master bedroom linens were wonderful but It shared a bathroom with the guest bedroom. And doors to the pool were through the two master bedrooms which was inconvenient. We had a good Stay but definitely would not rent again for a family reunion. Beach was close but not walkable.

We used our golf cart to go to the beach and some restaurants.Loved the tv channel varieties, all the tech hookup areas in house.The WiFi was a little slow.Lighthouse was very responsive to our needs.Enjoyed out side areas until dusk, when the bugs came out.We grilled and cooked. The kitchen was well equipped.We all enjoyed out time spent there.Thx

The floors were dirty and the pool floor was also dirty. -Master bathroom shower leaks and didn’t have hot water on our last few days. -Living room caused people with allergies to have allergic reactions.-No shade in the backyard from the sun.-No covered area for cars.

The is a great house the house need some TLC the neighbor must have a landscape business and burned Trash for three days no way to control that. The traffic on the street was near to nothing we enjoyed our stay pool was great!

Comfortable house in great location
House was clean and in a great location. Bedrooms were very large and beds amazingly comfy. Lots of towels, including beach towels. Easy to talk to beach or Pier Village; bikes and beach chairs provided. Living room small although plenty of seating.

Great Vacation House
The vacation house was everything we hoped it would be clean, comfortable, lovely, spacious, kid and pet friendly. The location is great also close to the village, and close to the beach. My family had a great time grilling out and swimming in the pool. No one wanted to leave and everyone requested we go there again. As susch, we will definitly stay there again.
