The Tennessee location worked well as all of us could drive to the cabin. We found a number of hiking trails within a 30 minute to hour drive - beautiful hikes. The cabin itself was a great size and fit for a family of 13. The kids enjoyed the movie room and game room specifically. I would suggest that the cabin be inspected for some of the maintenance issues that come up with large group use. Furnishings look a bit tired, outside picnic table could be replaced, dishwasher door drops down too far, cookware not the greatest, kitchen faucet needs some work. Curtains/blinds need cleaned.

The location is excellent and you can get anywhere in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville in less than 20 minutes. The mountain view from the deck was great and really enjoyed sunrises over the mountains. A couple suggestions would be to include some starter basics like coffee filters (maybe even starter coffee), more blankets or throws for the colder months and adequate soap, toilet paper and paper towels. A few of these little extra touches would change this from a 4-1/2 to 5 star review. We own several vacation rental properties and have found that these extra touches get mentioned in reviews and are great for repeat guest visits at minimal cost. It can differentiate you from being just another rental.

We were able to play games at this table. So much fun! The view is spectacular! Nice furniture, rocking chairs, beds were comfortable as well. Very nice and clean hot tub. Theater room and game room were perfection. We will definitely stay at this cabin for years to come!

The only negatives to the stay were: 1. No chairs in the bedroom. It would have been nice to sneak away from the others, but there was nowhere to sit. 2. Parking was pretty tight for 6 cars. 5 cars would have easily fit. Unfortunately, we had 6. None of this hurt out trip really. It just made it a tad bit complicated. All in all, the stay was wonderful! We would definitely stay again.

Also, Elk Springs Resort Cabin rentals were the best rental company I have used.

The view was gorgeous and the neighbourhood was very quiet and relaxing. However there were some dishes that were pretty dirty in the cupboards, a used bandaid on a bathroom floor and the hot tub only got up to 98 degrees. It’s only access was through two of the occupied bedrooms.

It was super clean and very well kept. The view was also amazing as well. The only negative was that, while we were checking out, there was a scorpion in one of the showers while we were putting the dirty towels in there. Other than that, I will most definitely be staying here again very soon.

It is around other cabins however you would never know as you still have the secluded feel.

There were 12 of us that stayed at the cabin for the weekend and there’s was no problems and definitely more than enough room! Basic essentials such as pots, pans, silverware and toilet paper are provided. We called to ask for a late checkout and the process was quick and the woman on the phone was very professional and nice. The neighborhood is quiet too! The cabin is 30min from all the activities in Gaitlinburg which wasn’t too bad. Easy check in and check out. Also FYI sevierville is a “dry county”, no liquor stores, so if you plan on drinking alcohol, get it before you get to the cabin.
