Really like the location on the keys, nice beach, swimming pool and facilities. The pool attendant was super nice and friendly with the kids

The breakfast was not buffet, so you have to order from the menu (for us plates were little too big) And the AC indoors was freezing 😅

Start accepting cash and update the hotel - for $1K a night our TV did not work and the room was uncomfortable- old

The location is great! Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice decoration and condition of the property. Very clean.

Small beach with many families with little ones so the kids activities would run on the beach where the bingos and games would be super loud to be able to sleep or focus on reading. Although the property is nice it only has one lunch and dining restaurant where it took forever to get the food.

The rooms were the standard of a $150 motel room. Tired and worn.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord de la mer et les infrastructures telles que les piscines sont appréciables. Le restaurant est agréable et le bar au bord de mer réalise d'excellents cocktails. Malgré la taille, l'hôtel est assez calme.

Nous avions une chambre famille et le lit des enfants n'était pas confortable (canapé lit), il n'était de plus pas fait à notre arrivée. La personne de l'accueil n'a fait aucun effort pour que nous la comprenions : elle a débité son discours habituel en nous regardant à peine...

The facilities and location was great. The private beach was a lovely place to soak up the sun. Rooms were clean and spacious. The servers in the restaurants were good.

The service at the front desk was cold and met the minimum standard. It was difficult to find anyone to help with hire of equipment for water activities. We left an iPad in our room and despite repeated attempts to contact the hotel never heard back. Food in the Dry Dock was average.

Beautiful location on the Bay. Nice beach with restaurants and bars that overlook the turquoise waters -- relax on a chaise lounge, kayak or paddle board in the bay, or relax under shoreside mangrove trees. Staff is uniformly upbeat and friendly.

Guest rooms are dated and in need of a full refresh. Grubby doors, lack of room decor. Very poor housekeeping service -- despite prominent sign in lobby that rooms are made up daily, 2 of our 3 days the room was not made up and required calls to the front desk. Also annoying: no free coffee station in the lobby. Given the room rates, it was nickel-and-diming to charge $5/cup (including tax and fixed gratuity) to get a cup of drip coffee in the morning.

The resort is nice enough but we booked a room with garden view and we were looking over the car park. The staff are not friendly and they say that watersports are free - only between 9 and 10am.

The room was clinical and not cleaned often which meant there was sand all over the floor, our bins were overflowing and we ran out of toilet paper. In the end I took a brush from a trolley outside and swept the floor myself and handed our bins to the cleaner who handed back an empty bin bag. I have no issue sorting out my own room but when you are paying these prices it's not on

Everything was good except the price. Far too expensice and bordering on rediculious.

The price as was misleading with booking.com. Too many additional hidden extra costs as just room no breakfast etc included. Just crazy expensive.

The property was beautiful and clean everyone was friendly and accommodating and everything you need is right there no need to go anywhere.

The Hammock rooms with partial water views are wonderful. Very tranquil and relaxing. The property is very clean and the staff are friendly.

The restaurants and food service could be improved. It was our anniversary the first night and dinner was a disaster. I ordered mussels and they were not fresh. My husband's short ribs made him sick the whole night. The complementary champagne is not really a satisfying offer. It was too sweet and when made into a mimosa, it was undrinkable. We had to leave the property for the rest of our meals, which wasn't the plan. Breakfast was also very poor in quality and taste compared to the price point of the menu. I ordered avocado toast and the bread was untoasted and gummy. The avocado was more sour cream than avocado. The food at this resort is not up to par with the level of the property. That was very disappointing.

did not like housekeeping working until 11pm at night and pushing their trolleys on the concrete landing, sounded like a freight train . could hear this above and below us too . Started again at 8 am !!!!

I loved the beach here at the resort along with all of the beautiful scenery and decor. Absolutely beautiful! the staff were amazing and very accommodating.
