Room was very hot Room I paid for was not available Room was very small Sink was leaking Shower head didn't work

it had bed bugs not happy about this and the motel doesn't look like the photos

The staff was extremely rude online it said pet friendly but they are not pet friendly an won't even entertain the thought of having an animal for the night but one of the staff members that lives there full time has a full grown husky an they have dog calenders in the office hotel room door wouldn't fully close or lock could see the out all the way around the door frame an lock no hot water for the entire 4 day stay no clean towels only one towel on check in covered in stains burn holes in blankets an sheets bathtub wouldn't drain neither would sink when asked to fix maintenance man blamed it on us for using the sink an washing dishes mind you we don't have any dishes with us doesn't fix the issue but says it's fixed when asked about the towels for the 3rd time maintenance man said he could bring them the next day cause it would be easier then comes back 3 hours later while I'm at work (I work from home) tries to forcefully push his way into my room to fixed the sink again since he didn't fix it the first time? I refused service as I was working on a private line with my two minor children in the room I didn't receive any towels for the remaining two days of my stay or fresh sheets holes in the walls I could hear the guest next to us as our beds where on the same wall next to a conjoined door that you could see light shing through all the way around the door the place was disgusting an the place should be shut down an condemned unless your a drug dealer hiding from the cops or a hooker this is not the hotel for you

When I got to the room it smelled like mold felt like something was crawling on me. And you can’t cook in the room
