Situé dans la communauté familiale de Chelsea Heights à Fairfield Bay. Le condo est à distance de marche des courts de tennis, volley-ball, jeu de palets, et la piscine "Cool Pool". Cette surdimensionné deux chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, condo entièrement meublé qui comprend deux grands canapés pour dormir six personnes. Ce condo offre une cuisine entièrement meublée / fonctionnelle, câble / WIFI, et un lave-linge et sèche-linge. Le condo dispose également d'une décoration moderne et moderne avec tout le confort de la maison. L'étage principal a un plan d'étage ouvert de la cuisine, salle à manger et salon pour le plaisir et l'interaction en famille. Le salon est fourni avec un grand téléviseur, lecteur DVD et CD. Profitez de la vue sur les montagnes Ozark depuis le salon, la grande terrasse extérieure et le balcon supérieur. La cuisine comprend tous les appareils, vaisselle en verre, argenterie, casseroles, poêles, plaque chauffante et mijoteuse. Complètement ensemble de clubs de golf pour hommes en condo pour les visiteurs utilisent pendant leur séjour. Terrasse inférieure avec foyer et barbecue à déguster le soir.

We were in town for a family reunion in Quitman. This was the perfect location (only about 30 minutes away). I traveled with my kids (twins 23, one's special needs) and needed a place that provided comfortable space with surrounding options of things to do. This was steps away from the pool and cafe. Food at the cafe was great and so was the staff. There is a playground with flat grassy area next to it (son needed spot to kick his soccer ball), there were plenty of tennis/pickle ball courts and the putt putt golf (really nice) was only a short 10 minute (tops) drive. There is a near by grocery store as well that was much bigger than expected. The condo is inviting, comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the deck is nice to sit and relax. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo to anyone visiting the area.

We had great stay at Fairfield Bay, the condo was nicely updated, clean and well equipped. About ten minute drive to the marina. Went to the Little Red Restaurant at Indian Hills, food and service were great. Went to Janssen's lakefront restaurant in Edgemont, what a disappointment worst food I've had in a restaurant in a long time.
Sugarloaf Mountain is a nice hike if it's not too hot and you have a few hours to kill..

We loved how close the cool pool was to the rental. It was nice to just walk up the hill and spend the day at the pool. The condo was soooo clean and very comfortable! We all talked about coming back in the fall so we could enjoy the outdoors more!

We enjoyed the amenities of the community from the pools to the marina. The condo was very clean and worked perfectly for my family. Dawn was quick to reply if I had any questions or concerns.

The condo was nicely decorated and cozy. It was raining most of the time so, we enjoyed the games and DVDs that were available. We also had fun playing the record player. We were very happy with our accommodations. Dawn was especially nice and quick to respond to questions. Thank you for helping to make our celebration a great one.

Condo is updated and very comfortable. Great quick response from owner when we couldn’t figure out the tv(our ignorance). Quiet area…great place to relax. Very easy check in and check out process!

The condo was very clean. The place was peaceful. I loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings, while drinking my coffee. A Hummingbird would come visit me, looking for food. I loved it!

My (adult) daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yoders Retreat is a great property that is centrally located. It is pristine and filled with lots of nice little extra amenities that make it a step-above some of the other vacation rentals we've had. We loved our time there.

And any other time I would just go on and say oops I missed that chance to review but I JUST CANNOT DO IT THIS TIME!!! This was one of the most amazing places I’ve had the pleasure of renting for my short vacays. It was so nice and clean and comfortable. It was the weekend before Christmas and I was there to spend my Christmas time with my grand daughter and was so worried about just having a tree but low and behold they already had a beautiful tree up and decorated when I arrived!! I had a little oops and broke the slot that the shower head goes in and contacted the owner to let them know and see how they would like for me to replace it or pay for it and they simply wouldn’t have it. They were amazing about it. I just really really recommend this place to anyone!!! You won’t regret it and it’s well worth way more than the cost. Thanks to The Yoders for allowing me to use your condo for my holiday with my granddaughter!!

Family time @ the perfect location
The Yoder's Retreat #42 was perfect! The exact location is directly across from the Cool Pool/tennis courts. We have three teens and they loved this place.
The kitchen was nicely furnished with anything you may need. The cozy home like feel was just what we all needed.
We will be planning a trip in the near future. We loved this place!

The condo was very clean. The owners left my husband a birthday card which was super nice. Check in and out was super easy. We try to go Fairfield bay once a year and we will definitely stay here again!
