Nothing!

The beds were not comfortable at all! Pillows were not comfortable either. The bed seemed like it was found to break it squicked a lot. Breakfast sucked . Reception ppl very unfriendly and rude.. front door locked and had to call on the phone outside. Hey

the breakfast was great.

we were on the first floor and the carpets looked definitely worn in some places. took a bath and felt like I should have wiped the tub before I did so bc it didn’t feel super clean.

Wish the hot tub would have been open

I didn’t like booking our room through booking.com as our plans changed and we could only stay one night but had to pay for 2. Had we booked directly with the hotel we would’ve been able to cancel Saturday night and not have to pay.

Good location and it was clean.

No plugs by the beds to charge your cellphone. The sheer curtains did not shut all the way to block out the light in the morning. Also, the front curtains that would normally shut to block out all light were merely a decoration. Only two panels on each side and you were not able to close them. We were wide awake at 6:00am and didn’t have to be. Paid $255 for a good nights sleep and didn’t get it.

The Rooms weren't ready at 3pm on Friday (waited about 50 min) and was late to the wedding rehearsal.

Asked for wake up at 6.45, got the call at 2.15. Way too early. Only one elevator was working causing packed elevators during rush. Entrance to hotel is hidden and easy to miss.

there was a long delay (over an hour) to check in and we arrived just 10 minutes before scheduled check in.

needs a major renovation...the room was dirty, drapes were torn, tv was old, bed was very uncomfortable, shower head leaked.

We found sand and dirt in pull out bed and guests next to us had running screaming kids at 3 am 6 am and 8am

nice hotel

staff were great when we checked in, but later they were very rude to my kids. they wanted hot chocolate and there wasn’t any, the vending machine didn’t dispense they tried 3 times the front desk person gave them so money back but didn’t offer or say she would have someone look at it so they spent the money trying to get what they wanted and finally did. just a rude experience for my 17 year old daughter. not sure why it is such an issue when kids ask for things. it wasn’t like they were running halls, jumping around, or screaming.

The parking was great along with the included breakfast.

The property can use some updates including new carpet. Also, early checkin was not available, even though it was requested in reservation.

The front desk staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room size was what I expected and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The TV channels were very minimal and mostly consisted of news and sports. There were loose tiles in the bathroom floor and the water pressure in the shower was pretty low.
