the beds mattress was very yellow dingy like someone had urinate on it . The lady at the front desk was very nice about giving us another room .

Awesome staff, super clean. The staff goes over and above to accommodate.

I didn't like how often the Valparaiso police department patrolled the parking. It was a lot. Too much is uncomfortable.

Everything was very clean, our room was very spacious. Will be staying there again.

The breakfast was literally a honey bun and yogurt after us reading that it was a hot continental.that was my only disappointment

The bathroom was cold so I didn’t take a shower.

There was a musty smell, the water pressure in the shower was very low. I paid for a king size room but got a queen size room cause i needed disability room. No elevator to get up floors. I had to get towels from the front desk. They dont own big towels. The biggest ones were like a half a towel size. Bed was hard as a rock in places

Everything was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We had two rooms. The room with the king bed was exceptional. Clean and comfortable.

The second room we were issued was a handicap accessible room. That aspect was very good. But there was a permeating odor in the room throughout our time. The shower was unable to drain properly as water covered the entire floor. The bed was not a queen bed. Overall this room needs a thorough cleaning and remodeled bathroom to help with drainage.
