No breakfast

It was a big room and the beds slept okay.

Didn't know there was breakfast. It was hard to find my room was down this little dark Hall and the door had a giant step up to get in. The remote on the TV didn't work. The TV came on but we couldn't change the channel. We took the remote back to the desk and they gave us another remote and it didn't work either we took it back and they said well they would send someone to fix it they never did and then we didn't have a remote to turn the TV off and we had to unplug it.

It was falling apart. Huge rip in the carpet, bathroom screen ripped out, shower head dangling from the wall, blinds in room broken and missing, no curtains, beds were hard, staff did nothing to remedy problems, kitchen very under stocked

ac and heater worked.

Location and value

The room was spacious, but the sink is in the bed area. The tub was slick...be careful, my husband fell while taking a shower. Not many TV stations, but we spent most of our time in the park. Parking is very limited.

Just ok

Bathroom needs a complete overhaul, very dark room the 2 lights were above the beds only and very high hard to turn on and off. Beds were too high for shorter people overall it was cleaned everyday but not a nice feel at all. No coffeemaker, no fridge, no microwave. Could hear noises from upstairs and next door. Shower water would go from hot to cold while showering. No grab bars at all in shower.

No breakfast, location is okey.

Room dirty, chair was very very dirty. No parking, full. Wifi did not work. I need refund.

Moquettes dans les chambres qui n’a probablement jamais été aspirée ni lavée, lunette des WC qui était poncée et tachée d’excréments, moisissures sur le plafond et les murs de la salle de bain, pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivée (il a fallu demander au responsable qui a fait le nécessaire rapidement mais n’a pas pu nous changer de chambre), serrure de la porte qui a été forcée et ne fermait pas à clé, wifi et télévision qui ne fonctionnaient pas
