Staff very accommodating; great property location; attached bar/restaurant.

Standard breakfast buffet, eggs and bacon ok. Free use of laundry services. Nice big rooms

Travelled with 2 adults and 3 children, paid quite a lot, but only received 3 breakfast vouchers. Tea was cold, fruit hard, orange juice like water. No warm water to shower which is really inconvenient!

The only bad thing that happened was on July 13. We had to false fire alarms go off at 7 AM in the morning. Wasn’t a really good way to wake up.

The property listing indicated breakfast but breakfast was not included with the room price. Also, an additional $15 per day was charged which was not included in the room price and the staff could not explain the reason for the $15 daily charge. I messaged the property about the fee and asked for an explanation and requested a refund but did not receive any response. The property charged my credit card for $15 per day a total of $60 for four days without any explanation or any information on the property listing.

Location was great for the event I was attending.

Breakfast wasn't included, for the $$$ of the room should have offered 3 complimentary meals.

Location was ok, parking was good

The charge for breakfast was ridiculous at $18 a person. Also the room temperature would go up at night for some reason. Spoke to the staff and was told that there was nothing that was causing that.

The game room area for the kids was superb! Every hotel should have one! Breakfast was our 2nd favorite. The buffet gave lots of options! Last, the small town was great --- everything, from restaurants to the grocery store, were all within walking distance.

The door from our room in our suite to the main living area was loud & squeaky, even after maintenance looked at it, and we requested extra towels and were told they were short on towels. They ran out of pool towels twice. Also, the valance over our bedroom window looked like it hadn't been dusted in a year.

Love the location.Right next door to the snowmobile tour company and right down the street from the park entrance. The game room with free pinball, fooseball,pacman,and a pool table was a nice surprise.Theres even an x- box and big screen for gaming.The Branch restaurant/ bar was a great place to watch the superbowl.The rooms were large and comfortable.The only thing that was a minus was the lack of snow removal which meant the entrance to the lobby was an icy- slippery zone. We will be back.
