They are overbooked so they had to change my two-queen bedroom to a king bed room. I didn’t sleep well for two nights. This was ridiculous…

$250 deposit required for stay despite room cost being less than half of that cost. The price change was never communicated before the arrival - at booking this was listed to be $75. Towels in room at arrival were not all clean.

The location was good for accessing the athletic facility in Romeoville. The parking lot had plenty of free parking. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was very clean. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean.

My daughter plays AAU basketball and we travel a lot. We tend to locate hotels with free breakfast and a pool so that our 4th grade son can swim in the down time. This hotel had breakfast the 1st morning but had no breakfast on Saturday morning. Also, had no coffee on Saturday morning. Why do I need to pay full price for services that they do not offer.

Breakfast was advertised but come morning it didn't exist. No one told us this at check in

Said there was a pool, however it was closed waiting a State Inspection...we weren't notified in any manner. I asked about laundry facilities which they had however it took coins and they weren't able to exchange cash so we had to go down the street to a gas station for the coins.

I booked this room for the pool that was out, m last day I got up for breakfast this guy is looking at me like I’m dumb because they didn’t even have it out. he said staff was running behind while one of the employees was on the couch sleep he had to nudge him and tell him to wake up because I was there. totally unprofessional and not at all worth the money. I plan on reaching out to corporate about my concerns.
