Comfy, nice, quiet

My niece saw a spider in the bed! Bathroom had a smell of sewage in the morning.

Breakfast very good. Wide selection

Pool water temp too cool. Inside door lock was broken. We had to call front desk to get us OUT. SAFETY ISSUE! They responded promptly, but Evening staff should have posted note on the door, so we could have avoided getting locked IN second time. Front staff said MAINTENANCE doesn’t arrive until 11am. Understandable, but notice should have been on the door advising others of problem.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

It would have been helpful to have a second chair. The alarm clock was set from another guessed. It went off two days in a row for 5:30 am. I had a difficult time shutting it off. The first I inevitably hit the snooze.button.

It was very clean.. and the rooms are really nice.. the beds were really comfortable. The staff was pleasant

There was not alot of parking.

The night staff was very helpful.
