During my recent six-day stay at this hotel, which commands a nightly rate in the luxury segment, I encountered a blend of positive and concerning elements. While the establishment's ambiance initially promised a premium experience, the reality diverged in several aspects.
Instances of unprofessionalism and subtle racial insensitivity left a mark, creating a less-than-ideal environment. Additionally, the absence of temperature control in the room, coupled with persistent noise, detracted from the anticipated comfort.
One notable issue was the inconsistency in staff conduct, exemplified by a variable check-in experience with Kayra. The process proved to be notably prolonged, and Kayra's approach conveyed a discernible bias against third-party bookings. This treatment, delivered in a discriminatory manner, added unnecessary frustration to an otherwise eagerly anticipated stay. If the hotel wishes to discourage third-party bookings, a more transparent approach and withdrawal from such platforms would be preferable. All guests, regardless of booking method, contribute equally and should be accorded the same level of respect and efficiency in service. This episode underscored the importance of consistent and fair treatment for all patrons, irrespective of their booking source.
The disappointment extended to the swimming pool experience. Despite the temperature falling below the specified 85-90 range, the staff declined our request to increase it, rendering the pool unusable. The inconsistent service from the employees, who proved to be a mix of hits and misses, was evident.
On a positive note, I would like to commend the assistance provided by Tom in facilitating transfers during our stay. However, the overall experience underscores the need for the establishment to address and standardize service quality across all facets of the guest experience.
However, the most notable discrepancy occurred on the final night at the hotel's restaurant.

New, clean, nice amenities.
Limited food/restaurant options. Example: could not order a pizza…
No ala cart breakfast option, Only a $25 buffet.

Great location and beautiful area
The rooms were very small for the price. A double room, was two full size beds and not queens. It was really expensive for such small rooms.

Absolutely beautiful and complete serenity!
3.5
Beautiful location and clean space. The room was Pk, so was breakfast but it was my 50’s birthday with my kids and we did not feel welcome : we wanted to have lunch but there was just one table in the corner and we waited to be served like no one cared. Eventually my oldest daughter said it was not nice for my birthday and asked to leave which we did. We paid more than 400$ and another more bucks for breakfast for the night so… make your conclusions
There was a wedding there and t was like the other guests were less important. But we paid our room too, right? Also no special attention for my birthday - fun fact : we went to Trader Joe’s and they gave me flowers …

everything was great.

Fantastic location and room. Some staff were amazing above expectations.
Mixed staff experience. Some excellent and some horrendous. Strange Heat AC alternate with loud fan and uncomfortable cold air that can not be adjusted or turned off. Facilities (tub, games room) often broken or closed. Not acceptable at the high high price charged

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the cookies at the end of the day skiing. The gym, pool/ hot tub, and yoga room were all excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better stay

It wasn’t open everyday. We didn’t get up early enough to eat there before they were finished serving food.
The pool had a lot of bugs floating in the water so we didn’t use it.
