Loved every single thing!!! The room was so charming and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. It was a great location to walk around the down town and we even had a slightly “paranormal” experience in our room that we can’t quite explain and we were so excited. Great service at the desk and just all around one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the lack of elevator but it’s an old building what can you do.

Charming old hotel centrally located with an old west feel about it. Rooms have character and are a bit quirky, as is the entire hotel. Our room was spacious, and included a foyer, giving some additional privacy. The decor, too, was a bit quirky and old west. You could imagine the clump of boots and the jangle of spurs in the hall.

No air conditioning means fan noise all night long. It worked and wasn't too annoying, but some people might find it disruptive of sleep.

That there is not a wake up call service

Exceptionally clean and spacious, had everything we needed to cook meals, comfortable bed.

There wasn't enough hot water, there was a big, beautiful bathtub but not enough hot water to even fill it 25% full. It didn't matter what time of day either. The sofa in the apartment-style suite had several large rips in the cushions.

Love the history and Ghost

We loved it all.. except the pillows..the pillows sucked..but I think that's every hotel.
