Enjoyed our stay! Marie and Bernard were wonderful hosts. Located in Old Town with plenty of restaurants to choose. Beach is about 8 minutes away. The apartment has everything that you need.

We stayed 6 nights in July at this adorable apartment in old Town. The location was great. Lots of little shops and restaurants within an easy walk and just a few minutes to the beach. Exactly as pictured- it was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and could have easily stayed a month. The AC was surprisedly cool. Easy checkin with the host waiting for us on arrival and showed us how to use the AC and washer. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

We spent six nights at Marie and Bernard’s wonderfully appointed and well-located apartment. They are responsive and kind hosts who communicate effectively and promptly. We were welcomed in person, and with gifts of fruit and a bottle of rosé, despite an unanticipated delay in our travel, The apartment contains expansive space for two with separate sleeping and living areas, a lovely kitchenette and spacious bath. The AC, laundry (W/D) and dishwasher are all welcome features and work flawlessly. The kitchenette is well-equipped including a kettle and Nespresso. We slept, relaxed and ate well in this location! It was entirely calm and quiet during our stay. It is easy walking distance to the beach and all of central and historic Nice. Similarly it is a short few steps to the tram to get to the train station for trips along the Cóte d’Azur or to travel to and from the airport. We would, without hesitation, stay here again!

We loved it. Shower is not for fat Americans like me. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Location can not be beat. The hosts were fantastic. Would love to stay again

Exactly as advertised. Marie welcomed us and showed us around the very clean, nicely decorated apartment. Double-paned windows block out any noise from shops and pedestrians on the narrow street below. Everything you could want is steps away.

This place grew on us real fast. Quaint and had all the essential we needed. We didn't really cook there but fantastic coffee selection and a very nice layout for a couple. Bernard was a great host who met us and helped us get set up in the apartment. The location is in a charming part of Old Nice. There are a couple flights of stairs so be aware of that. There is also some street noise from restaurant below but we generally take ear plugs when we travel so it was not an issue for us. The location and 8 minute walk to to the beach made up for that. Would stay again!

Amazing place to stay in Nice! Extremely nice apartment with everything you need. Location in the heart of the impressing old town and very close to the city and the beach. Very good connection to the airport by bus number 12. Last but not least many thanks to the friendly and helpful owners Marie and Bernard! We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back for sure!

This one bedroom apartment is in Old Nice, well stocked, clean and the hosts were readily available for any questions. We were welcomed with a bottle of Rose and fresh fruit!

Large, tidy and a great deal. It’s in a busy part of old town and it does get loud at night. If you are a medium to light sleeper bring a sound machine or earplugs. Very central and tons to do in the area.

Bernard & Marie were understanding hosts when our train was late. Apartment was an easy 2 floor walk up. Perhaps a little noisy at night from the surrounding bars. Otherwise perfect location.

It was the 6th time we rented an apartment in Nice. Definitely the best we have rented so far. We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is fantastic. It is neat, comfortable and the locarion good. The only downside is the noise at night if you leave the windows open. Unfortunately that is what happens when you stay in the old town. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend the apartment and the fantastic hosts.

Great apartment in the heart of Nice old town. Bernard and Marie were very responsive and made us very welcome. The apartment had everything we needed even down to small details such as nespresso capsules and a fresh fruit bowl. A well thought out inventory.
Only small issue was loud people in the street in the early hours.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor above the narrow streets of Nice. It is accessed via a private entrance shared by all apartments in the building. (There is no lift.) There is a restaurant below but the noise is abated by there being double glazed windows. The tram was a short walk away.
The apartment has a compact kitchen but has all you could need if you wanted to cook, though there are so many restaurants around that we only ever had breakfast there ourselves.
There’s a well presented shower room and even a washing machine. We played ‘hunt the ironing board’, we had to give in but Marie told us it was under the bed!
Marie and Bernard were very friendly ang helpful. They replied to messages almost immediately.
We would highly recommend this and would go back tomorrow if we could.

Bernard and Marie left no stone unturned in terms of their warmest of welcomes, and unsurpassed hospitality. Location was perfect and the apartment wonderfully equipped, stylish and most comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful, and had all of the things needed for a great stay. The washing/ dryer machine was so good to have in a weeks stay. They location was handy to great restaurants and only 7 minute walk to the beautiful ocean. Bernard and Marie were very accommodating and pleasant people. If we ever come back here, this is where we would stay.

Lovely apartment, super clean and comfortable. Everything is new and well appointed. Great amenities. Only drawback is the windows are not soundproof even when closed. Late, late night partiers not quiet but that is no fault of the owners. A darker curtains in the bedroom would be helpful to block out the bright street light..

Our first stay in a European style rental apartment and we were elated with our choice. It was very large, clean, and extremely comfortable. The wifi worked great and there were many outlets for other electronics that may require charging. Marie was an excellent host and was there to receive us. She briefed us on all items, keys, restaurants and tour highlights in the area. This apartment is a great location not only for old Nice but also travel to other locations. Trams and bus stops are only a steps away, but you won't need any of that if exploring the old town area. This not the Ritz, but for us middle class retired folk from San Diego, it was perfect! Enjoy the Riviera!

We spent a week in Nice and enjoyed the convenience of the apartment. It's right next to a restaurant, which is very handy, but a little noisy at night. There are many shops and two markets just a few steps away.
If you are driving, be prepared to pay about 25 euros a day for parking at a garage not far away. The location is handy to mass transit and it is not expensive.
The property is as described and the hosts are very helpful. I should add that the television has the ability to connect with Netflix, Prime Video, and Youtube with you adding your sign-in.
We recommend this property and enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was exactly as pictured and impeccably clean. A nice gift of fruit, chocolate and rosé greeted me. Bernard was kind in showing me all details upon my arrival. I experienced no problems.

This wa a charming, well appointed apartment in Old Nice. Marie and Bernard were there to meet me, and took he time to show me around the area. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay, and was steps away from restaurants, shops, the market and the beach. It was very close to the tram and buses, but I rarely needed them as everything, including the train, was in easy walking distance. The restaurant downstairs did get a little loud one night, but with the windows closed noise was rarely a problem. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Old Nice.

The property looks exactly the same as what it is shown in the website. The central location is the biggest merit of it. It is near to the beach, restaurants, the open air market, bakeries, and supermarkets. Only three minor points I would like to mention. The first is the noise of the air-conditioner but we got used to it after one night. We slept very well afterwards. The second point is the slight leaking of the shower tray but the impact was not very significant. The third point is related to the kitchen. We are very happy with it and we cooked our dinners in three evenings with ease. We just wonder why there is a microwave oven that steals the space. It is placed just next to a cooking stove (the heat) and a sink (water splash to it). It appears a bit dangerous to us.
All in all, we are very happy with the stay and highly recommended. We certainly will stay here again when we come to Nice next time.

Great location. Shopping, restaurants and markets within walking distance. Train and tram 20 minutes or less walk from apartment and Promenade. Very accommodating and extremely helpful owners. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely flat
The flat is a good size for a couple. All the essentials and some extras were there. Very clean and tidy. Located in the old town but noise at night wasn't an issue. There are nice restaurants nearby. Very convenient location overall. Bus 12 takes you straight to the Airport Termainal 1 (15-20 minutes, every 10 minutes, 1.50 euros per person) from where you can catch a tram to Terminal 2 (for free). The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Thank you again! We'd like to come back.

Fantastic host and home
My partner and I loved our short stay at this VRBO. The location is perfect. We shopped at the market every morning and enjoyed the many great restaurants near by and really got to enjoy old Nice. The unit is clean and comfortable and stocked with amenities such as coffee and kitchen tools.

Marie and Bernard are the best hosts ever!
First, the apartment is beautiful, just as pictured, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and the open air market just steps from our door. We had several flight delays, but our hosts were quick to answer our phone calls, texts, and emails, and went out of their way to accommodate us. We finally arrived, tired and very jet lagged, and were greeted by Bernard who gave us a tour of the apartment and explained how everything worked. We were very thankful for the bottle of wine, fruit, milk, and bottled water they had left for us. It was much appreciated! We’d definitely recommend this apartment. Great location and amenities
Marie met us at the home promptly. Home is well stocked with all the basic amenities including coffee and tea (really good tea). Additionally, she provided us with milk, some fruits and a bottle of wine, little things which matter when you begin a short stay. The place has the French touch to it with the beautiful bedding. If you are a light traveller the washer and DRYER (a plus) will come to good use. All in all it was a real pleasant stay and we will not hesitate to recommend the home to our family and friends. Great stay in Old Town Nice
My son and his girlfriend stayed in the apartment, so this is their review of the stay. They said the location was excellent, and it was very clean. They said Marie was really nice and easy to reach. She provided beach towels for them, and they were thrilled to have a nice espresso maker to use. They loved the apartment, and it is an easy walk to the airport tram, and the train station.
