It was near the museum.
First I try to check in, it’s not ready. Ok no biggie, we fiddle fart around the ran down town. We return after 3 and I begin check in. The girl then stops checking me in and proceeds to take another reservation from a guy on the phone who calls AFTER I begin my checkin. In lieu of asking HIM to hold, she makes me stand there (with a handicapped foot) while I wait for the guy to make his reservation AFTER I took time to make mine MONTHS in advance. I even asked her to make the caller wait on hold instead of the person standing right in front of her. She tells me to just hold on. Had this town not been so sketchy and overrun by gang immigrants in their low riders and cars that bounced up and down and gold teeth, we would have walked out and went somewhere else. This town was NOT safe or nice at all.
The smell of bleach in the room was so overpowering I couldn’t sleep. My eyes burned, my hair smelled so bad after checkout. The sheets literally smelled like you were soaking in bleach. The sheets were so wrinkled, I felt like they weren’t washed. The couch had crusty grossness on it. My advice. Skip Dodge City. It’s sadly overrun, gross and not a safe place to take the kids.

Very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was hot and fresh, good coffee. Great location right on the main drag street.
Didn't matter to us really, but the both pool and hot tub were closed.

That the beds were comfortable and the family seem to enjoy the stay.
The pool was too cold to swim in.

Bathtub drained slowly, vending machine wouldn't take cards and doesn't give change back.

it was great.
The bathtub floors were very slippery. For us older folks they need a bathtub mat or floors needs to be redone.

The room was bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom was very modern. The breakfast was great. The staff available when needed. Most importantly, the hotel and the room were quiet.

We got to the room at 4:00 am to go to sleep only to find there were bed bugs.

Bed and pillows were the best. Room was clean
There was only a partial roll of bathroom tissue on the dual roller, which imo wasn't a good thing.

Tub dripped all night. Missing 3 out of 6 bulbs. Good lighting even then. Faucet hot water turned on to the LEFT. Comfortable pillows and bed. Plenty there for hot breakfast even late in shift.

bathroom was ok. stingy on towels and they were pretty worn.

Staff were courteous. Rooms were clean. Breakfast offering and choices were very good. Plus breakfast was available over a 3 hour period, which accommodated guests needs better.
Pillows were too hard. The shower spray could have been stronger.

The in room coffee sucks.
I doubled the portion just to have ONE CUP and it was still like drinking hot water ,ZERO FLAVOR.
If you're going to offer in room coffee then get some coffee that's decent.
