Excellent location nice staff clean rooms, nice pool.

Few bad guests, tried to write on my door. Seeing how they were just passing through, I don't hold it against the hotel. Do double check there is a door between the rooms Make sure it is locked and bolted.

Location. Right in town.

The blinds were broken. The shower curtain and mattress were stained or dirty. No microwave in room. Smelled like an ashtray.

The location was great, were happy to find this motel on our road trip through the mountains. Staff was very friendly and gave us another room, as the first one was not cleaned.

Was convenient to not have to make a huge drive to and from the funeral I was attending.

They lost my reservation initially then said the reservation was never done but booked me a room at $15 more per night then what I reserved and used the credit card I initially booked with but without asking me for any information. So I can't help but to wonder if they didn't have my reservation how did they have my name and credit card information on file?

I liked that they had a heated pool and the staff was very friendly. I’m so glad they are a pet friendly establishment.

The heater in our room didn’t work the first night but the nice woman at the front desk was very accommodating and immediately moved us to another room.

I liked the pool. The front desk clerk of the evening was very hateful. She never wanted to help me in no way. I asked for towels, that was a racket. Everything I mentioned, she couldn't help me

When I booked the room I accidently booked smoking. When it was brought to my attention at check in I asked to get a non smoking room as i am allergic to tobacco smoke.. I was told I could. When we entered the room it smelled like the smoke had attempted to be masked. When taking a shower the smoke smell was so bad it nearly made me sick. The room also looked like someone had been in there before us as the soap package had been opened and thrown in the trash can and there was small bits of paper scattered thru out the room. I have never had a bad stay here so hoping this was just an off day.

It was quiet. The bed was fairly comfortable. The coffee maker looked new as did the hair dryer. The a/c worked great.and the pool looked nice and was in a heated room.

I didn't like that they didn't have king beds on the bottom floor and the refrigerator was missing from the room.

We liked the location, the beds were comfy, and the room was clean. (A bit skimpy on the bath towels, for two people.)

I booked our group's 2 rooms many months in advance on Booking.com, and received confirmation accordingly along with email correspondence from the hotel. However, when we arrived the desk clerk had no reservation on file!! As a group of four motorcyclists, we do not have the option of sleeping in our car. So, I had to work with the desk clerk to get the last two non-smoking double rooms available.... she could see our reservation on booking.com, thank goodness, and I had my reservation and confirmation info with me. BUT then she tried offering us a smoking room after someone booked one of those last two rooms while we were discussing the situation at the desk. I politely convinced the desk clerk that since I had booked our rooms so far in advance that we should get the two non-smoking rooms as originally booked and that the the just now booker should be told that thru an inventory issue they only had a smoking room available, sorry. So, after thinking about it, the desk clerk agreed to that, and we did get our two originally booked non-smoking double rooms.

very dirty, had several questionable people hanging around property!

had a power outage on a 90 degree day waited 4 hours and checked with power company and the estimated time 3am I’m on C-pac machine ask for a refund and they refused!
